I absolutely love this place! I've only been twice, but I will be coming back. I feel so at peace when I'm in the sauna and all the stress just melts away. I highly recommend to anyone looking for some rest and relaxation.

Definitely recommend this place and infrared saunas in general. This is the first time I have ever taken a sauna and I feel great. Skin feels smooth and has reduced my eczema. Overall, I feel so good even hours after.

This is absolutely the best sauna studio in Frederick. The owner Michelle is super nice and takes her time to explain so that you have a great experience. The studio is impeccably clean. Highly recommend to anyone.

Unit 8 is amazing! I come here anytime I am in Frederick to use the ceragem beds and the infrared sauna. The owner, Michelle, is so kind and accommodating. Will be back the next time I am in town!

A very very nice facility, and pleasant place to detox and reenergize. This place reflects Michelle, the owner , peaceful and serene. I drive 130 miles round trip sometimes 2-3 times a week, so I find it particularly beneficial for my well-being. I found it while searching for a near Infared studio, and discovered Michelle’s saunas have far, mid, and near Infared, Jackpot.

Michele has been super friendly, helpful and professional. She’s helped me adjust to using the sauna cabins and the massage bed is amazing also. It seriously helped my husband’s neck in just one visit. I appreciate her genuine care for our health and all the resources she has shared. Highly recommend!

This is absolutely the best son a place in Frederick! Michele the owner is a gem! She keeps the place running beautifully and it’s always nice and clean. Plus the quality of the sauna is amazing and helps detoxification :-) you should definitely come here.

Very nice Business Owner!! I recently undergone surgery due to nerve pain. I was encouraged by a family member to try using the sauna in order to help relieve muscle spasms and tensions, that may happen whenever I pick up something too heavy etc ... This was the absolute best decision I have ever made! It feels like I'm floating on clouds without a care in the world, once my session is over!! It is literally my home away!!
