I’ve never had a facial before but went here after a stressful week on recommendation from a colleague. I got the hydrofacial and love it! It was relaxing and every step was explained. Gross seeing what came out, but I like knowing it worked. My pores look better and my husband says my face looks “soft” and “smooth”. I also left with some tips for better skin care at home that I’m starting right away!

I finally found my “home” for Botox injections and skin care At UNITS Injection Spa which is conveniently located at Central & Camelback (no longer need to drive to Scottsdale!) Lavaya is highly knowledgable and skilled in the placement of Botox injections and she works for the best results within my budget. She is a welcoming professional (she also works in the medical field) who owns a very comfortable and clean hygienic Spa! I have gained a high level of trust in Lavaya, so much that I have scheduled a deep Co2 facial laser resurfacing procedure for this week! I am super excited and feel blessed for Lavaya who, greatly, improves my overall wellbeing!

Lavaya is incredibly skilled with all of the services she offers! I have been to many different medi spas and even doctors/dentists for many different procedures and she is better than all of them! She is wonderfully down to earth and funny and makes every experience fun and less stressful. She does not push for more services or units like some places. It is always better to go for less vs more as you get into something like masseter muscles for TMJ, which I originally thought you had to get done through a dentist, not so! I ended up spending a ton and got no relief that way. Her products and services are top notch and her business is beautifully designed and decorated. She also plays great music, so it is truly a fantastic experience all around. Scheduling and adjusting appointments is also quick and easy! When I win the lottery, I will give her my money every month! Truly the best! 10/10 would recommend.

There’s no one I trust more than Laveya! As someone who isn’t familiar/comfortable with injectables or basic “plastic surgery”/med spa services and products, I was so nervous to even get a lip flip. Now, 3 years going to Laveya, I book many other services and I always feel safe and comfortable that the result will look amazing under her care. Laveya is so knowledgeable and takes my natural features to the next level. Never once has someone been able to pin point “what I’ve gotten done” to look fresh and revived, only that I look like I’m glowing and better than I ever have!

This review is long over due. I have been seeing Lavaya for almost 2 years now. I was new to the Phoenix area and I saw Lavaya, and have not needed or been interested in seeking any other help with beauty and skin care since her. I appreciate how easy it is to make an appointment, how comfortable I am with sharing and showing Lavaya my concerns and how honest she is with what’s the best option. She’s down to earth while also being top of the line with her care and knowledge. She isn’t shy with sharing good promotions too ~which is nice for anyones budget or wallet. She’s fantastic and if you need any skin care or beauty needs I would recommend Units Injection Spa!!
