Fraud! Be careful. Doesn't exist

This was probably the worst booking experience I've ever had with someone. This stylist/barber duo scammed me out of $105 because she can't remember what she wrote me in message. I reached out to book her & she gave me a quote. She requested full payment upfront when I went to send it Cashapp advised me she was fraudulent ( I should have ran) regardless she talked a good game and I wanted to invest in my culture. So after asking for the address she stated she would send me the suite number but the address was in her Bio the address went to a open complex area in downtown Atlanta. So I waited her for he to send me her "email confirmation" so I could receive specific address directions. 3 Hours later no email I advised her multiple times I never received anything she stated it takes time. It's now 1 hour before the appointment I still have to find parking get there etc so I asked her to send me the address via text with the suite number she says one sec 1 hour later its now 7:30 30 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start I've blown her instagram calls up & chatting & no response. In a panic I began to reach out to cash app to try to cancel the payment because at this point I was weary I was getting scammed as I am not an Atlanta native and have heard tons of rumors of scams. After 20 she read my messages and didn't respond offended she stated she been sent the address but again I never received a email or text from this person who doesn't use "Zelle". I requested my $105 back from Traveon Henley her "Husband" who blocked me on cash app quickly for her to block me on instagram immediately after with no refund of my deposit even though she promised to send a suite number that she never did. Luckily I was able to file a formal complaint with cash app. I will be filing a report with BBB after. I understand it may have been my ignorance of not going to the address that created this big misunderstanding but if you tell a customer you gone send address specifics then you can't get mad if they get are worried ab where they are going some people have severe anxiety and can't stand being lost especially in a busy city like Atlanta. I will attach photo proof below.

I was a tenant at Universal Salon Suites. As a barber/stylist, you know that it’s hard to find a great location & on top of that , even harder to find good owners. Being at Universal Salon Suites was the best thing that could have happened to me. It’s so professional, welcoming, & clean. Even though all of the tenants had separate businesses, we all became family. Therefore the vibe was always lovely. If didn’t have bigger dreams of my own, i would be a universal salon suites FOREVER. The owners are magnificent & caring. You will not have a bad experience here AT ALL!

Amazing experience at Universal salon suites... The staff was very attentive to my needs.... The adjacent event space (The Marke') is beautiful and very elegant... Pretty much a one stop shop for any special occasion! You can get make up, teeth whitening, hair, massage and more... Very much needed in Atlanta

I work here and I can honestly say, the most professional and organized landlord I have ever experienced. They are so fast with work orders. My clients love the valet car service. It makes their hair appointment time less of a hassle. Also, our valet towel service makes life easy for us owners. We don't have to worry about towels. We even have towels for our color services. All my neighbors are very polite and also professional. I will totally recommend everyone to come and get a suite as a business owner and if you are looking for professional stylist and estiticians you can surely find one here!!
