Had a terrible allergic reaction causing insanely itchy rash around the private areas Jen the dr prescribed a treatment process And I recovered Whole experience both times there was excellent the office is very efficient and Dr Jen is very upbeat positive and knows her profession She also really seems to care

I was impressed with my first visit to University Park Dermatology & Medical Spa. I was referred by my primary care physician for a dermatologic exam. I was seen on time and taken to the exam room where I was provided with a gown. Within a few minutes, Jennifer Vo, MPAS, PA-C, a Physician Assistant, came into the exam room. After introducing herself and before examining me, she advised me that she followed a certain procedure so that she would not miss anything. While she was examining me, she clearly explained her findings to me and if something needed to be treated. Additionally, if she recommended doing something, she first asked for my permission. She was very pleasant, polite, thorough, and answered my questions. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of a dermatologic exam.

The only bad thing is that they still require you to wear a mask I don’t like masks over my face especially when it’s clear not to have to use them

We love Jennifer Vo. She was very professional and helpful. My daughter felt very comfortable with her, which is a big deal she gets embarrassed really easy!She also gave us several options we could do! Look forward to bringing her back!
