I had a 60 mins scalp massage today with Jorge Cazaras. The massage started fine. Throughout the massage he kept massaging same spot...the top of my head in circular motions, it was continuously the same motion and too much pressure. I requested for him to do some work on my neck to get him off the redundant motion on my head. At the end of the massage, the hairline around my face looked like a literal birds nest. From the continuous circular motions, my hair got extremely tangled. It was difficult to brush out. Here's an image of how much hair I lost while combing it out. I didn't have time to make a complaint, because I had to rush home to a meeting since the appt also ran late. I was supposed to leave feeling relaxed and I left with a headache and some missing hair. I absolutely do not recommend getting a scalp massage by him.

Fantastic! I was in pain that I could no longer deal with in my neck and shoulder, and found this amazing place close to my house . They took me in same day and Jorge Cazares absolutely provided pain relief! I spent 3 weeks in pain avoiding a massage as I don’t feel comfortable with strangers touching me , but had to give in and get help. I’m so glad I did. Jorge is so professional and I felt very comfortable and relaxed. Place is peaceful, relaxing, and pristine. Service was friendly and accommodating. Massage was so great I booked another one when I left. They have many massage therapist to book with , make and female, i can only speak on Jorge Cazares since he was who was able to see me same day , I will be a regular client of his as he has changed my uncomfortable feeling of getting a massage! If you are in pain don’t wait another day, call them!

Great attention, atmosphere, clean and neat, love that they have massage options, such as male or female masseuse. Prices a little bit high.

Omg! Thought it was girly to get a massage, but was pleasantly surprised at how amazing the service and staff was. Not only do they massage, but they are very educational. Gone 4 times now and feeling amazing! Definitely recommend! If they gave cookies on the way out, easily 6stars!

Safety is a priority. You'll find your temperature is still taken, and the staff might still be wearing masks. The ambiance supports the experience of relaxation. I felt very safe and well cared for. Kyle is very knowledgeable, talented, and professional. Unknot is a true asset to our beautiful El Paso!

Wonderful masseuse. Itzel is outstanding. thank you for fixing my sciatic pain. I was very stressed but 60 minutes did the trick. The desk person not so helpful. they double charge me and its hard to get refunded. need to email and talk to book-keeper since they apparently dont keep track of what is paid vs what is not.

About 4 months ago I had a massage scheduled. We have spoken to the owner Pamela whom is a very rude person. She told us over the phone she is all about money and no customer satisfaction. We were unable to attend an appointment for a massage that was never confirmed but she told my wife and lied telling me that we had attended the appointment. Called us liars said there was a form that we filled out, which we never did because we never went. This is not fair, now she has charged all of our money and she told me she does not care what we do. She hung up and never gave us any refund back. She took our money for no services obtained. 3/22/22 You are a liar and a very rude person while talking on the phone. You lack customer service and the responsibility you owe to every customer. I will have no further contact with you and may you become a millionaire as take other people's money. God bless

After three recommendations and high expectations, I decided to book an appointment with this establishment for a deep tissue massage. Surprisingly they had an appointment for today at 4:45 PM; I made the booking at 3 PM. A receptionist called advising that my appointment may be canceled since their therapist is an independent contractor. At that moment, I asked at what time I would be notified. She mentioned that she would contact me at 4:30, mind you, that the appointment is at 4:45. I agreed and planned to be out of my home by 4:20 since it’s about a 20-minute drive. At 4:34 PM, the receptionist called to confirm. I thought I would make it on time. Once I got on the highway, there was a car accident. I called to let them know I would be arriving late; they mentioned they would have to cancel because the therapist was unwilling to wait. Overall, I understand that the therapist may have needs or a life; however, my concern/issue/question is, why post available times if you are not willing to keep those? That, for me, is not customer friendly or driven; it is more 'well, we may be willing to see you if we feel like it.' I hope Unknot Thai looks at their scheduling practices and accommodates customers accordingly. First impressions are important and matter!

I got the Thai table top. A really good massage at a super reasonable price. Never had this style before but it was some good stretching but mostly deep tissue work. I’m sure you could request more or less stretching. Definitely worth your time and money!

I absolutely LOVE this place! Every time I am greeted with a smile from Ms. Wonderful Pam and I have yet to be disappointed in the service. Not once have I been pressured into a membership or any other sales pitch. As a Massage Therapist and client I love that! Pricing is reasonable but you get what you pay for (quality over quantity.) Itzel is a phenomenal and versatile therapist that can provide either Thai or Swedish, whichever is your cup of tea. Teresa is awesome as well, her technique is unparalleled. Jyrus is one of the newest LMTs and is exactly who you should book your deep tissue massage with. Can't wait for my next visit! Update: Julio is also hands down, one of the best!!

I did become upset because you lied to me confirming that my husband was in fact there for his massage and he was not. You lost emotional control when I asked you to show me footage from the camera showing that he wa there. You became rude and started yelling at me, if you yell I will yell. Forget about the facial, that was done. You were rude and inconsiderate to what I was telling you. Just because you already have established clients does not mean you can can denigrate us. There was never any communication from the person that was going to provide the service. No calls, nothing. There is a lack of communication, consideration, responsability, and empathy from your business for this matter. I read on your website that we should at least get 50% back but like I said, you lack any care towards us. If you want to keep our money go ahead. Not even doctors charge the whole consult for no shows. They charge a $25 dollar fee.

Oh I wish there was more than 5 stars to give!!! I have been going for years to see Pam. She is AMAZING! An absolute angel here on earth. She is so talented and always leaves my skin feeling fresh. I have also had massages with Itzel and she is good let me tell you. From the moment you walk in it is pure serenity. The sounds and the smell just bring me inner peace! I love going here and I look forward to it all the time!

Scheduled a last minute appointment here and it was a great experience! Julio was very professional and provided an excellent deep tissue treatment. I had an increase in muscle tension and today (day after massage) I feel amazing!

Ajit is the name of the masseuse. I went in with upper back pain. I've had this pain for years. Ajit worked all the surrounding areas, as well as the main part of the pain. I left after 90 minutes feeling great. This relief lasted considerably longer than other times i've been to less professional/trained establishments. I will definitely be going back. Pricey, but well worth it if you can afford it.
