They did an absolutely amazing job with our hair and makeup for my wedding. They showed up early and were extremely professional and were so friendly and easy to talk to. I was so anxious because I’ve never gotten my hair or makeup done before and they were so accommodating to what me and my bridesmaids wanted. I did my hair and makeup trial at their salon and they genuinely made me feel like I was not only a client but a friend. If I’m ever in the Virginia Beach area again, I will most definitely come back!!

I hired unveiled for my wedding day hair and make up as well as my two bridesmaids hair and makeup and both our mothers hair and it went amazingly! We had Sadie as our artists and she was on time, friendly, talented, and just so fun to have with us. We all loved our hair and makeup! She did amazing! And even prior to the day the company did a great job updating me, giving advice, and making sure we had all the services we wanted!

Kristen and Bridgette did my wedding hair and makeup. They were so great, everyone hair looked stunning, make up was on point and last the whole night! There was a lot of dancing. They also did my daughters at the last minute. I couldn’t have ask for a better team, thanks again!

I am pretty apprehensive about getting my hair done due to some pretty bad past experiences (I have naturally curly hair) but Kristen took such good care of me! Not only did she make me feel so comfortable and taken care of, but my cut and color was the best ever! I don’t plan on going anywhere else!!

I have had my hair done at Unveiled Beauty Lounge for over a year. I will not trust anyone else with my hair. Theyrelaxing environment and the people make this a great place to relax, get pampered and socialize. The events that are held after hours always have great food and enjoyable company.

Unveiled is pure magic! We hired Kristen for our wedding. From the day we first spoke until the day of our wedding - she was AMAZING. My daughter was so worried she would get burned that Kristen personally did a trial for her to show her and gain her trust. The whole salon went above and beyond for my daughter and that means so much. I showed Kristen three Pinterest ideas and she brought them all together in one. Her personality is AMAZING. She came to our wedding, her second stylist was unfortunately ill last minute & had everyone done, looking fabulous in more than enough time. She even stayed for touch ups & helped place my daughters real floral crown(thank god because I wasn’t going to do that) We are so grateful for Kristen & all of unveiled ❤️ 10/10 highly recommend! I got married in April 2024 and had the pleasure of having my hair and makeup done for my wedding by Unveiled Beauty Lounge, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. Kristen was my stylist and Mady helped with prepping my bridesmaids and I. Both of them were amazing and exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I had my HMU trial months prior with them, I was very impressed by how warm and welcoming they were. Kristen took the time to understand my how I like my makeup and what I wanted for my wedding look. She helped me figure out what would best suit my features and the theme of my wedding. I truly appreciated her attention to detail and ability to translate my ideas into reality when I couldn't fully verbalize them. On the day of the wedding, Kristen and Mady were both incredibly professional and efficient. They arrived on time, and their calming presence helped ease any pre-wedding jitters. My bridesmaids and I had a blast going back and forth conversing with them as they worked on each of us. My hair and makeup turned out beautiful and they helped to make it exactly what I had hoped for. Kristen’s skillful application ensured that my look lasted throughout the entire day, from the ceremony to the evening reception for an outdoor wedding with quite a bit of humidity. I received countless compliments on my hair and makeup, and I felt absolutely radiant. I would highly recommend Kristen at Unveiled Beauty Lounge to anyone looking for an experienced bridal stylist! I booked them for myself for my elopement. She was confident, efficient, and great at communicating what I needed to do prior to the appointment to make sure my hair would stay. During the bridal trial and wedding day I did not need to have her fix anything. I have a cosmetology license and am particular about my hair; with that being said every single hair was positioned beautifully. I showed her a couple pictures and she nailed it. The atmosphere of the salon was relaxed and calming. She was very professional and a good listener. I throughly enjoyed her and was so grateful to not have to worry about my hair. I got so many compliments from friends, family and strangers. If I had to do it all over again I would choose Kristen again.

I was grateful to come across unveiled beauty when researching wedding stylists. We had a small wedding with just family and rented a house on the beach big enough for everyone. We were looking for something easy so Kristen and Mady came to our rental and did a fabulous job with our hair and makeup. We had such a great time getting ready and enjoying time together. I’m giving two stars for variety of reasons one it’s been three times of showing up when the business states it’s open and nobody being there and nobody answering the phone. So if it says open it should be open so definitely don’t waste your time going down there unless you call first or second hair extension stayed and I had told them I had issues about Stylist putting it up way too high because I have thin hair and what did they do they put it at the front of my head I have a little bit of hair to Essentially see the extensions, even though I told them where to put it it almost seems like they just ignored it to get the job done overall not terrible’s extensions held up and they are long. I do have been here but overall deciding against the salon. Reasons for these reasons of not being listened to in coming to the business multiple times during business hours and then being fleetly clothes shop with no no no type of information on why just nobody there

Kristen is incredible. She will do anything and everything to make their clients happy and look amazing. Kristen just spent 5 hours transforming my hair with hair extensions and color! This salon feels like home! First time going and the ladies were so friendly and I felt like I knew them for year already! I told them about my very bad morning and Kristin gave me a head massage while washing my hair. I SO appreciated that! Charity was awesome helping the girls wash/blow dry my hair and Tina was amazing with the cut and style. I love how this salon works together to get the job done! And done to my liking as well! I’m so glad I found them as I was on the hunt for a new salon and they are doing my bridal hair and make up so I am sold! If you want a chill environment with the best staff then book with them!

Kristen and her team came in bright and early with amazing vibes and organization. They were self sufficient and able to get them selves situated while we were still waking up and getting our large bridal party settled in for the morning. Everyone was so happy with their makeup and the way it last from 7am- 3am! I can be picky with my own hair and makeup and as a bride I was nervous, but Kristen came with sheet masks and eye patches for me and I actually almost dozed off in my chair. 100% one of my favorite vendors hired for the wedding.

Kristen was recommended to me by a friend. I wanted my hair done, colored (for the first time ever) because I could not find someone reliable or did what I was looking for, so I stayed basic and cheap most of my adult life. Until 2 weeks ago. Kristen, the owner, is amazing. The young ladies that were there were so sweet and pleasant. Kristin sat with me, I showed her the picture of the style, we talked it through, she gave me her thoughts and it was absolutely the best, most relaxing experience ever. Going to get your hair done seems like a chore but this was no stress, seemed like the time flew by with chatting about many things, all 4 of us and the scalp massage was amazing. Even the color outcome was perfect. I recommend her as a stylist and she will be mine now. :)

Long story short, you don’t need to go with anyone but Unveiled for your hair & makeup on your wedding day. All I can say is wow. Kristen & her team (Sadie & Madi) made my wedding day that much more special. From being flexible on day start time (because I was being me & wanted to be done obnoxiously early when it wasn’t necessary) to the atmosphere they set up for you (vibes were TOP NOTCH), to making you feel like a queen on your day, I cannot recommend Unveiled enough. I had a pretty large wedding party (10+) & they got the job done without us feeling rushed or flustered & did such an amazing job. I was on the dance floor alllll night long (my calves were literally sore for days) & both my hair & makeup did not move a centimeter.
