This was such a neat experience! Your one stop shop for all things wellness. It’s located right next to a yoga studio as well so all I had to do was walk next door. We went with the contrast therapy our first time which consisted of the Suana and cold plunge followed by the Oxygen Ozone Hot Tub. I can’t wait to try everything! I also love that they offer a day pass so you can take your time and try out multiple treatments. The staff was also so amazing and kind. Michela greeted us right away and gave us the full tour. She was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend.

Recently visited unwind! Let me tell you, i was unwind by the time everything was said and done: i usually walk around with so much on my mind. By the time i left unwind, i literally for the first time had clarity. I felt relaxed and luke i had done something really great from mt cancer, my pain, my MS and TBI. You see im a walking mess of a person and with all that was happening to me i felt like my mind had finally let go of many negative feelings that were weighting me down and causing so namy toxic thoughts. I was angry because i knew i was dying. Today i let what feelings that use to over whelm me and finally let go. I was gifted this, so i wasn’t going to say no to such an incredible experience. I had nothing to loose accept what was creating so mych chaos inside me. Then i applied my patches, these patches i wear have changed my life! Contact me regarding these. Mother’s Day came early! I've already been sending pictures from our wonderful mother and son experience about how amazing we felt when we left there. We enjoyed experiencing all of the various healing modalities offered. Most of all my arthritis pain is gone and I felt an overall sense of calm, happiness and peace.

What a great way to relax and rejuvenate! In about 90 minutes I cycled through the steam room/shower, dry sauna, a jacuzzi soak in oxygen and ozone infused water, followed by a cold plunge. I also utilized the biomat and the radio frequency foot detox. I felt refreshed and recharged after my visit. Friendly and helpful staff and a lovely environment throughout!

The past six months I've been grieving the loss of my mom and the tension, extremely elevated levels of cortisol and pain I've grown used to living with was relieved today after enjoying every moment with "the circuit" at Unwind Health Spa! When you walk in the door, the peaceful and relaxing environment welcomes you to start the physical, emotional and mental journey towards a happier & brighter day!!! I have never felt more relaxed and refreshed, as I did after my visit to Unwind! My go to for relaxation was always a visit to the spa, but Unwind takes it to the next level. Unwind has all the traditional perks of a spa, but longer lasting and rejuvenating benefits. There truly is something for everyone, I highly recommend the cold plunge! Rarely do I ever write reviews. I was so excited to find Unwind. I have been doing the cold plunge and infrared sauna therapy for the last several years. I was looking for a place that offered multiple modalities for biohacking and healing, Unwind did not disappoint. Dr. Stone was extremely knowledgeable about hydrogen therapy and all of the many healing benefits it offers your body. There is nothing even in comparison to Unwind in Arizona. I have never heard of a hyperbaric cold plunge until I found Unwind. What a difference it made. I am beyond impressed with Unwind. There’s quite a difference between a hyperbaric cold plunge and a regular cold plunge and after doing research, I realize that I couldn’t find another place locally that had this type of equipment and therapy. It’s truly one of a kind. I know there are a lot of places in the valley, and I have been to most of them, however, between the friendly and knowledgeable staff, the equipment and the amazing feeling you have after you leave I would recommend this to everybody. At least to try it one time. Overall I was very comfortable at Unwind but more importantly I feel like a new person. I have increased energy and more clarity after just one session here. I will definitely be going back. Oh and not to mention it was SO CLEAN.

Amazing place! Has all the latest detox and rejuvenation amenities such as red light saunas for deep detox, hydrogen infused hot tub, cold plunge, emf reduction beds and more! It’s the perfect combination of modern technology and health science paired with the spiritual healing of time tested traditional modalities. As soon as I walked in, it felt like my whole body knew it was about to be taken care of in mind, body and spirit and Unwind didn’t disappoint. Highly recommend!

I had a such great experience at Unwind yesterday. Sculpt Pod is absolutely amazing! After only one Sculpt Pod treatment my skin feels much tighter and smoother. Also I have tried hydrogen bath, cold plunge and foot detox. I feel like a new person now. Lots of energy and my body feels and looks so young. I am very impressed!!!

Love Unwind for the many energetic healing modalities they provide. Packed full of light, vibrational, water / hydrogen therapy machines for relaxation, sleep, detoxification, neuropathy, inflammation and pain. They also have a mix of natural supplements for sleep and recovery! To find all these processes you'd typically have to go to 3 Naturopathic offices - but here it's all under one roof in a peaceful setting with highly knowledgable staff.

The experience I had today was incredible. The serenity and ambiance of this place is amazing and the staff made me feel at ease, as it was my first time experiencing many of the treatments. I have been detoxing from mold toxicity for 11 months now and have had lung issues. My oxygen levels have been dropping and leaving today, I feel so refreshed and can breath so well! I highly recommend this spa to anyone who is healing from anything, physically or mentally! AMAZING!! I can't wait to go back!

This place is amazing! The space is inviting, the owners are super knowledgable, and their services are out of this world. My personal favorite service is the hydrogen ozone cold plunge in the sensory deprivation tank. It is such a unique experience that I have not seen any where else. Recently, I was battling a cold and experiencing low energy. It had lingered, staying with me for well over a week. I decided to feel good again and try their day pass! Wow, what an experience. This place is really put together and has a really Zen feel to it. It has a full range of services, sauna, steam, cold plunge, oxygen ozone bath, and this thing called a bod pod, which will burn almost 1000 cal per use. And a bunch of other stuff. I can't wait to come back!
