I came in with a long middle part flow, and asked for a short- medium flow middle part. I also showed a picture of what I wanted. The barber spent about 75% of the haircut on my right side and left it much shorter than my left. Also, the left side is absolutely botched. She tried to leave the layered hair that I already had but cut the top layer in half, and destroyed the back, leaving a weird area in the back left that has less hair than the surrounding area. She also terribly cut my hair in the back, attempting to keep the layer thing I had going on but trying to ditch it at the same time. However she left a small area uncut, leaving a patch of hair much longer than rest of it. Don’t go to this place! It ruined my hair!

As soon as my daughter and I walked in we were greeted so kindly. Everyone there welcomed us in. Answered all of our questions. Took the time to truly make sure my daughter was comfortable. Treated her like family. We will definitely be back. Definitely found our spot! Tysm!

I had a fantastic experience at Up Next Barber and Beauty Salon. The customer service is absolutely top-notch, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I brought my son (picky teen) for a haircut, and Barber JAY nailed it—he loved his cut. They even stayed late to make sure we received the best service possible. The shop itself is beautiful, with a cool 21+ area that has a pool table, making it a great spot to hang out while you wait. They even offer snacks and drinks for purchase, which adds to the comfortable vibe. The location is super convenient, and they have beauticians available too, so I’ll definitely be booking an appointment soon! Overall, a great place with talented staff who go above and beyond to provide an awesome experience. Highly recommend checking them out—Up Next is truly a top-tier shop!

It's a beautiful barber shop and salon. The service is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️'s as well as the friendliness, and environment. My sons barber did an amazing job. It was hard to find someone to cut my special needs sons hair after his long-term barber retired. The barbers here are courteous and take pride in their work.

Our wait time was bare minimum, everyone greeted us walking in. Snacks and drinks are offered at a low price… the ambiance of the shop was super classy and neat.. my son’s haircut was done to perfection. I enjoyed my time talking to the professional barbers and patrons of the shop. Great experience hands down top notch
