I had an amazing experience at Upkeep Medspa with Harry! He gave me a half syringe of Restylane Kysse for a super natural look, and I absolutely loved the results. Harry is so skilled and made sure everything looked balanced and subtle, exactly what I wanted. Even though I have a pretty low pain tolerance, the procedure was much easier than I expected—it felt no worse than a quick shot at the doctor’s office. The whole experience was professional and comfortable. Highly recommend Harry and the team at Upkeep Medspa!

Is anyone else having issues with their lip fillers? I’ve been to this place 3-4 times already and in less than a week my lip fillers has completely dissolved each time.

I went to Upkeep for years, and it’s been a rollercoaster of experiences. While there were some good moments, there were far too many bad ones. They’re inconsistent and often downplay their mistakes, even when things go wrong like ending up with asymmetrical and droopy eyebrows or, worse, not being able to smile due to incorrect Botox placement. The management team is the worst to deal with unwilling to understand, address concerns, or make things right. Overall, it’s just not worth it. I highly recommend going elsewhere for a more comfortable and consistent experience.

Jessica is my favorite nurse. She definitely knows what she does. I wish I could give her 10 stars. Plus front desk is amazing in downtown location. I don’t like the upper east location so much.

Upkeep has been the only place I’ve gotten lipfillers! From my first time until now. Although throughout the years I changed injectors. This has been my worst experience! I came back for a quick lip and tried a new filler and injector. After a month my lips still have a “divet” and it is so obvious. I didn’t leave satisfied like my prior times. All the injector suggested was continued massage. Upon reading the injector was suppose to refill that area that is left “botched” because of her injecting technique or choice of filler the lips look uneven because of this dent on the lower lip. I don’t recommend this place anymore. Now I’m back to researching real injectors to help with the botched lip.

Upkeep is so good!! I’ve gotten several facials there (hydra and carbon) and my skin looks and feels so great after. Botox has always been good. And staff is super friendly and helpful!!

I was looking for a new place for all my Botox injection needs. I do a lot of television work in New York and LA I found upkeep I made an appointment. I travel a lot, so I'm only in town for a week they sent me three notices, reminding me On day of I showed up early for one of the first appointments and nobody was there to greet me. Had to reschedule it for later today went back. Had Botox done long story it didn't do anything I've had Botox many many times, but I had had it for a while and there was just no reaction. It took about three weeks and my skin seem to smooth out for about 48 hours and that was it that I went in for a PRP hair. I was told they rarely do it there because people want more frequent and faster results 6 weeks later I went back and made an appointment for them to look at my Botox treatment and see that nothing has changed. They told me they don't know why and that if I wanted the PRP to work I should do it another 3 to 4 times at $600 apiece and they said goodbye i've heard of Botox being cut with water or other chemicals lately I'm not sure what happened but there was four to $500 with a Botox put only in one area of my head and there was no results whatsoever that has never happened before. Nothing they can do. Waste of almost $1000. Thx

If you’re big on customer service like I am, this place probably won’t cut it for you. And just to be clear, I’m not talking about the injector—they were super professional, kind, and caring. It’s the lackluster and unprofessional front desk. The energy matched my phone call with them so my fault for ignoring the red flag. They get the job done, but I’ll be trying my luck elsewhere in the future. Also just read a similar review where the owner responded about how ‘customer service is extremely important.’ Clearly, not much has changed… so idk about that.

Jess is absolutely amazing and I trust her implicitly. I always know I’m in the best hands when I see her. She takes the time to answer any questions and talk through everything, and she always knows exactly what I’m looking for. I couldn’t reccomend her enough!

Jessica is an awesome injector. She didn’t push me to over do anything and she did a perfect job with my injections. The prices here are also very reasonable compared to other med spas in manhattan. I will definitely be returning.

I never post reviews but Delaney was amazing !! I was soooo nervous about getting lip filler the first time but she was super sweet and thoughtful, didn’t rush, and made sure I was happy with my results! Best ever thank you Delaney!!

I wish I could give this place 5 stars bc the injectors are truly awesome. But I always have a bad experience when I call the Greenwich office. The girls at the front desk aren’t so pleasing. They are not very helpful. Last time I called it felt like I was being rushed off the phone and their attitude was very dry.
