I went here for a photo facial. I’m displeased with my service because I was asking for laser resurfacing (which I’ve had done before for a similar price). At the appointment I told them again before the procedure what I was looking for and they assured me it was the same thing. After it waiting over 3 weeks I saw no results or changes in my skin. The owner was nice enough to bring me in and redo the photo facial and she targeted the spots I wanted done numerous times in the follow up session I did get the results I was looking for. I am giving 2 stars because both times I left without any after care. No moisturizer or sunscreen which I found odd and there wasn’t much cleaning done to prep the skin other than asking if I was wearing makeup. Online, it says moisturizing is imperative after a photo facial, so I find it strange they let you walk out without that. Maybe this place is great for other things but I would not come here again for laser services.

I've been getting dysport at this location for over a year. I've always had great experiences. Abby is a skilled injector and I've loved my results every time.

Kristen & Abby are the best injectors!! They always make me feel so comfortable, and give me the best natural looking results while educating me. Highly recommend Shelby for a facial easy to talk to and leaves me glowing!! 12/10 clean, friendly, and love going here for my treatments

As bad as I want to gatekeep... Abbey is absolutely incredible. She is so kind, patient and listens. I get the best results every time I leave her chair. All the staff is wonderful! Location is beautiful and convenient. Pricing is fair and easy to book services!

Great service. Intelligent staff. Went for PRP. Saw some progress which is great. They set realistic expectations and we’re very friendly. Took my mom too for hair and skin and she left feeling great about herself. 10/10 would recommend.

EmSculpt did what diet and exercise couldn't. My wife was introduced to EmSculpt at a MediSpa Open House. After further discussion with owner Kristen, I decided to try it. The results are excellent. I am in my late 70s, golf, bike and garden and weigh what I should. But EmSculpt realigned what diet and exercise failed to do. I highly recommend it. Thanks Kristen!

I’ve been coming to this place for alittle over a year and I love it. I work with Kristen Venard as I participate in their monthly facial club. Every month I see her and she does a great job cleaning my pores, dermaplaning my skin, chemical peels, etc. I’m so excited to see her next month to have my eyebrows tinted and laminated for the first time. Kristen is so sweet, always asks about my kids, and what’s new in life. I’m so happy to have such a great person to work on my skin. She’s very honest and tells me when I need to step up my game and when I should start/stop using certain products. I even had my tween daughter see her a few times for her skin. I also had Botox done with the other Kristin that works in the office. She is very knowledgeable and does a great job explaining the process. I definitely need to make an appt asap to see her again.

The facial was wonderful but the front desk staff was rude. She seemed very unwelcoming and was staring at me the whole time. She didn’t clarify that the full amount was being refunded and then I was being recharged another amount - she just turned the screen around for me to pay again. So when I asked if the previous amount was refunded she said there was no need for me to be rude to her. I don’t think I’ll be coming back again because I don’t want to deal with front desk.

Faydra is amazing at what she does!!! Hands down, the best. I can speak to that with respect to lip injections, botox, and pdo threads. And this is coming from someone (me) who has heavy eyelids that leave no room for error, and she navigated the botox and threads amazingly so that my eyes didn't get droopier, but are more open now. She found a repeat client in me for sure. As long as I'm in Scottsdale, I will go to her and only her.

I have been going to Uptown Medispa in Central Phoenix for over two years. The office is bright, clean and welcoming. I see Danielle and she has been a LIFESAVER for my skin. She’s professional, knowledgeable and always provides exceptional service. I’m dermal club member and it’s definitely the best deal out there. Every month I walk out with my skin glowing and renewed. Highly recommend!
