Ratha is so amazing. She’s the hair stylist of my dreams and I’m so happy to have finally found her!! She works really hard and is so detailed. Easy going and also voices her opinions on the best approach. I trust her!! She did a rose color balayage the first time I saw her and today she did the coolest ice pastel purple and pink balayage and it’s hands down my most favorite! I had huge smiles all day. Thank you Ratha!! 💖

I have been getting my hair colored with Ratha for nearly a decade and trust no one else with color! She's helped me with figuring out what I wanted when I didn't even have a full vision. In the past I've tried to do my own hair only to completely @$#% it up and she has always managed to save it without damaging it further. She also sells home olaplex products at the same price as most retailers so it's super convenient to just grab and go.

I was looking to change up my look and Ratha did an amazing job! I showed her a few reference images, told her what I was aiming for, and she gave me a beautiful A-line bob with colored highlights. I love it! The space is bright, clean, and welcoming. Online scheduling was a breeze and Ratha was super accommodating even though I forgot to book extra time for bleaching. I have been searching for someone comfortable and skilled in working with asian hair and I'm so glad to have found Urban Apsara! Will definitely be back!

Ratha is the best stylist I have ever had. I was unable to locate a single photo of what I wanted so I showed her 3 & she is the only person who was able to envision what I was looking for and made it happen. I have struggled for years to find someone who can work with my thick long black hair and she was absolutely amazing. I felt so beautiful after my cut & dye. It took a long time, but it was expected with the amount of hair to work with. Thank you Ratha for the wonderful stories and experience! Highly recommended to treat yourself here! Ratha gave me a short hair cut with some curtain bangs, she knew what she was doing. Was also helpful in listening in what I wanted but also added in great input to how we can achieve/what might look better.

Ratha is the best when it comes to hair color. She has been doing my hair for more than 5 years and I followed her from her previous hair salon. I have not found another hairstylist that can match her work and able to achieve the color I always wanted. (I have virgin Asian black, fine hair) and she has saved my hair from red/ orange/ brassy to the Ash brown color that I wanted. She listens and always advises ok what’s the best for your hair.
