I love this place. Lauren cut my hair and understood exactly what I wanted. My hair needed some nice layers and she gave me just that. Everyone is very sweet and prioritizes the customer :)

Pam is awesome! She takes time to listen to what you want. Everyone is courteous. The shop is very clean and inviting. A very pleasant atmosphere!

My girls and I love the service Pamela provides us with ! My hair length keeps growing meaning she has great hands and always makes my girls feel so comfortable while she cuts their hair .

Pleasantly surprised with the exceptional cut I received today 01/06/25. Sadly, it's hard to find a great hair stylist in general. Today was the day I found that person. From start to finish Liz was the ultimate professional & detailed hair stylist we seldom come across. So I salute management for employing such a talented stylist. Keep up the great work!! Super disappointed. I have my own hairstylist but she was out of town so I set up an appointment here at 12pm and didn’t get seen until 12:20. Emily was my “stylist”. Originally, I went in for a wash, cut, & blowdry. I opted out of the cut since time was now limited. I’m glad I did. When it came time for the wash, it was the laziest and lackluster job. My scalp wasn’t washed at all and the back of my head by my neck was completely dry to give you an idea. I asked if she could style my hair into curls/waves since I had an event later in the day, she looked at me like it was an inconvenience. She didn’t have any time of conversation with me at all throughout the appointment and it just felt awkward and uncomfortable. I have long thick hair and she used what looked like a 1/2 inch curling wand. Only the bottom 1/4 of my hair was curled when I walked out. I wish I could’ve seen my hair being curled but I was turned away from the mirror, I would’ve stopped her if I had seen. The curls lasted maybe an hour or two before falling flat. My service was $55, when you book online it just says price varies. Emily said she gave me a discount since I didn’t get a cut but I don’t know if that was true or not since my receipt says cut, wash, style $55. Never coming back.

Walk ins are welcomed, but some lady got off her phone to tell me I have to make an appointment, then goes back on her phone. Wouldn't recommend at all. Rude and lazy employees.

You do need to book an appointment, it's not walk in basis but the ladies there are all so amazing! They understand if you're running late and accommodate because of the construction going on around the basset area. Liz and Pamela were amazing and gave us a discount for the inconvenience. I've finally found my go to hair cut place for my boys. They're 2 and 4 and they feel so calm with them and they always have a great experience🩵
