The guy doing my toes seemed more interested in his phone. He didn't do the collagen socks on my feet and he also didn't do the calluses on the bottom of my feet either. My nails were gorgeous though especially for having barely any nail and wanting square. Couldn't be happier with my nails.

I’m so happy to leave this review!! I came in at 6:50 and they closed at 7:30. Not only were they kind enough to squeeze me in but they still took their time even after hours to finish well!! Highly recommend! And shout out to the nice lady at the front who let me use a charger to charge my phone for free!! Their French tip acrylic is 🔥

They’re pretty good at same day appointments, everyone is friendly, and everyone pays attention to detail which I love. I think Whitney is my favorite as far as total result 😍😍😍

Honestly I was a little bit hesitant to come here, but I was so tired and did not want to drive and I live across the street. I’m so glad I came I had the most perfect experience, everyone was so nice, on time, and my manicure and pedicure came out beautifully!!!! I went to Kathy and Chloey but everyone’s work looked good! UPDATE****12/13/24- still coming here and I just go to Ruby and Whitney! Fantastic ladies and service!

I just moved to the Downtown area and was in need of a new nail salon. I’m glad I found Urban Nail Bar. Prices are reasonable, the service was great and the nail techs were really nice. I will be returning and would definitely recommend!

I decided to give this place another try. I went in for a Pedicure and Manicure. Ive gotten a manicure from this place maybe 3 or 4 times and the service has always been relatively subpar for me. Nonetheless, I arrived around 6p. It was only two clients there, so there was no wait. I was seated quickly and asked which treatment i wanted. Both hands and feet were being worked on at the same time. The nail tech working on my hands cut my nails down to the desired length and then began to file. I asked if she could make then round and she began to cut them shorter first mistake, two more clients come into to the shop, They were seated and then immediately asked what did they want to drink ( mind you, I had been here and not once asked if I wanted anything to drink. I finally asked for water). The guy doing my feet was like oh we forgot to ask but had not forgot to bring the treatment menu over twice. Lastly, of the few times I had visted the establishment in the past. I only paid around $30 for basic mani with clear pink gel. I asked for that and the nail tech on my hands told me it was going to be an additional 27 for clear pink gel. I was completely confused because the regular clear was just an additional $10. Needless to say, I will not be going back. I just feel the service and quality has continue to be reduced...

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Please don’t waste your time with this incompetent crew…they are convenient if you live/work downtown like myself, however; they have horrible customer service, mediocre nail techs & are severely over priced! When you think of a downtown nail salon you’re expecting a certain level of quality across the board…well not here!! The experience was so poor I literally walked out of the nail salon with my nails incomplete…😔

I just moved from Chicago and have been looking for a nail spot. My daughter and I went. She got the little girls treatment and I was really impressed by how they took their time and didn’t rush her service, she got a scrub and a foot massage too. I got a gel French pedicure and French gel full set and they took their time to make sure I loved how my nails look. My feet look brand new. Everyone was super friendly also. Will definitely make this our new spot.

I have found a jewel of a nail tech in Mango! He takes his time to make sure my nails are shaped perfectly. He keeps me coming back! Update: Mango no longer works here.

Instead of Gel x per appointment they did builders Gel (1st time for me). After 6 days nails started lifting. I got them done for my sisters wedding in Europe where I had to go to another nail salon to fix what lifted. Then got an infection in one nail. I will never get builders gel again

I’ve been coming here since I moved to Dallas and everything is nothing short from amazing they are very clean and nail it to the T with the designs or pictures u show them I want . Also never a wait when I do a walk in .

There needs to be a negative star option. The nails techs are mediocre and incompetent, and they charge way too much money to be as subpar and sloppy as they are. $75 to not get the service you are asking for is robbery and I work hard for my money. I will never spend another penny in this place and if you value quality and customer service, you should avoid this dump. Can anyone recommend a good nail salon in downtown Dallas, please????

I LOVEEE THIS NAIL SALON!!! I first went to mango & he was amazing! I went to ruby for my toe nails and she’s the only person that could do the design I wanted!! SHES AMAZING at art designs! Ava also did my nails beautifully and took her time & very gentle!! Everyone is talented here! I would give this place 10 stars! They hooked me in the first time & I’ve been coming back ever since

Made an appointment at 5:00 p.m. but they made me wait 20 minutes. Only came up to me saying that I was a bit annoyed. I had to leave because I cannot be 20 minutes late for my other appointment

The sign said complimentary drinks. They offered a drink menu with prices. They didn't specify the price changes with me for my friends extra charge when I originally said for her nails. When I went to discuss the issue the price said $45 They charge $5 extra dollars The menu is outdated for their prices They false advertise at their window. For what the prices are there the service doesn't meet expectations.

Came in as a walk-in and they took me in super quickly! Everyone’s super friendly and attentive, Ruby did my nails and she did an amazing job! Definitely will be coming back to see her again, highly recommend this salon!

I recently moved to Dallas and as many know, finding a new nail tech who brings your vision to life is hard.. But Ruby did not disappoint! This had been the first time where I left my appointment with nails that looked exactly like the inspo pic I showed. Ruby did a phenomenal job, and my overall experience at Urban Nail Bar was relaxing and nonetheless great. I’ll definitely be coming back, and glad I found Ruby who I trust to bring all of my future designs to life! Highly recommend coming here for all your nail needs!

My mom and I were visiting Dallas together and wanted to get our nails done. We stopped in here and had the best experience ever! I absolutely love my nails and wished I lived in Dallas so I could keep coming more often!! Would 100% recommend!

Went not even a week ago to get a dip set. I had a nail break - totally fine I was cleaning and thought I’d go get it fixed. I went in to get it fixed they charged me $10 despite having a 7 day policy. I always tip the technician when a nail breaks and they fix it, but this nail technician didn’t prep my nail properly, (did not even care to take off all the old dip completely before reapplying) and did not finish them properly. Instead of finishing with the dip top coat she did a gel coat. I was then charged $10 they did not buff or finish the nail whatsoever when done. I will not be back. Oh, and there were gnats flying around the first time I was getting my nails done.
