Urban Nirvana- Columbia

I have been to Urban Nirvana twice now. The massages are very mediocre to me. I would say they are over priced for a rub down, both times. I went back to try it again but same results…..I had Lauren Clark and my partner had Ra’eesa Barnett-England. My arms, thighs and legs were rubbed with oil no massage. For those prices this was very disappointing. Now EVERYTIME I have come those hydro facials have been spectacular. Kathryn Daughtry did an amazing job and gave details on each process. The way she explained and gave advice on products to use was simply incredible. While I will not visit for a massage I will do facials. Overall I’m ready to return back to Atlanta/overseas lol services are more upscale and professional.

Brandi was absolutely the best massage therapist I've had at Urbana Nirvana. She was kind, gentle and always made sure I was comfortable. I highly recommended her!

It was my first time there and I took my daughter for a full body massage for 30 minutes for her 10th birthday. They were very accommodating and I called ahead to see about scheduling since she was a child. They were very helpful and my daughter saw Joriann. Super friendly and made my daughter feel special on her birthday. We will be back!

I had my hair styled and cut by Drew . Not only was she knowledgeable, she took time to hear what I wanted , and what best looked on me based on my hair and lifestyles . I highly recommend facials and waxes with Hailey and Kat. They are efficient, friendly and professional. My massages here have always been quality, although one time I paid for a 90m hot stone and somehow they sent me to the wrong room for someone else’s appointment. I did receive a discount for that incorrect service, however. Recently they begin to charge service fees on debit card payments which wasn’t explicitly explained to me while I was making my payment. I wasn’t happy that I ended up paying $30+ extra, and would have went to the ATM had I understood.

Lexi was amazing!! I booked waxing services & I couldn't have asked for a better esthetician 🥰 The conversation was great & 2 Lexi made sure that all questions were answered... Even the ones I had about a service that I needed to book in the future! I cannot wait to go back & have my facial and maintenance services with Lexi! 85 Be warned tho... Their candle collection and body butters are a dangerous place to stop!! Insanely wonderful smells 💜💜💜

My friend and I came in for an hour massage, we saw Ra’eesa & Serita. They were both AMAZING. We had an amazing experience, to the point where my friend fell asleep she was so relaxed. She was a little anxious about it being her first massage, Ra’eesa was so calming & I wanted to take Serita home with me. They were awesome and we can’t wait to come back again! Everything was very clean, everyone were very efficient. Would 10/10 recommend!

Reilly gave me an amazing hydrafacial today! She recommended products for my particular skin care needs and seemed genuinely interested in helping me with my skin goals. I’ve already booked another which I’ve never done. 😃 Also, my skin looks amazing and feels even better!

I recently posted about a not so great massage I received here. I don't know where that review went, however, after seeing that review, Urban Nirvana reached out to me and listened to my concerns. They offered me another massage to make it right. It was really amazing! Jocelyn (she was NOT the person who gave me the first massage) gave me a wonderful massage. It was unfortunate that my very first experience here was not good, but their customer service and concern for making things right is top notch. I really appreciated them taking the time to reach out to me.

I've been going to Urban Nirvana for a couple years now for my massages. I recommend them to anyone in need of a great massage, with a relaxing atmosphere and pleasant associates. I've had a few different masseuse over the years but have been highly satisfied each time.

MY GIRL ANNA. The hands of an angel. I came to her in PAIN and she did all kinds of stretching and magic massage techniques to make me feel whole again. Literally the sweetest person and amazing at her job. She’ll never get rid of me now.

i went to urban nirvana a few days ago. My husband got a me a total nirvana massage which cost 170+ tip so i was hoping it was going to be an amazing massage to which i was looking forward to. I was expecting my back and neck to feel alot better after the massage, although my massage therapist Jennifer was very nice but i do think she needs alot more experience to be called a master massage therapist. No pressure was applied even though i told her i want focus on back and neck. She applied pressure with her thumb at one point in the massage which was painful but in general it was almost like she was very tired and wanted to be done with the massage. This massage didn’t feel any different than a regular massage not sure what the difference was for the total nirvana. For the price i paid I didn’t have a good experience. I think since i was the last massage of the day the therapist was probably tired. I literally felt the same after the massage. I have had a lot of good massages this was probably the lowest on my list. No robe was offered and i heard they have showers here which i wasn't told about at all.

Morgan is an amazing artist when it comes to hair. She has an incredible associate whom places close attention to detail. They are a wonderful team that make magic happen every week when I come to them. I highly recommend them. I am very hard to please and they do it for me. Come see them. I have gone to urban nirvana for a massage many times and always have a great experience. On my last visit I saw Edith, per a friends recommendation and let me tell you what!! Edith not only provided an excellent massage but she went above and beyond to focus on my problem areas and provided an intense stretching session mixed in with massage. My hips are very thankful for her this week!
