I pulled some muscles BAD in my back three months ago. I got a gift card for Christmas, so finally went to get a massage last week. I’m telling you, Alyssa R. worked some kind of magic on me, and my back feels so much better! Unfortunately, the cost is a bit out of my range, so I won’t be able to make this a regular thing, but I do hope to go back and have her put the mojo on me again.

Taylor and Fabiola are great for waxing! I had a massage with Jean I think and it was good 🙂 The only thing I don’t like is the noise, especially during the massage I could hear doors opening and closing, voices, etc.

Booked a massage for a recent trip to Greeneville and glad we chose Urban Nirvana. The facility was clean, staff was friendly and I had a great massage from Denise. Upon entering they provide a very nice robe, slippers and a locker to keep your things. Denise asked about my needs, applied the right amount of pressure and very professional. I would definitely book her again.

Facial was an express 30 minute facial and it was exactly that. Rub, rinse, and repeat in silence. Would not recommend a facial here. The massage was amazing!!! The girl works Thursday and Friday only but would highly recommend. Got my neck and shoulders feeling much better. She listened to my needs and executed.

Facility was clean. Staff was friendly. I had a 60 min massage. Not super impressed. The lady wanted to talk while performing my massage and it just kinda killed the whole relaxing vibe. It was my 40th Birthday … didn’t really wanna chat. My massage was okay. Honestly , my sciatica is bothering me more now than it did before.

My wife and I both had our hair done with Laurel, one haircut and one color. We were both so happy with our services! Laurel is so friendly and very thorough making sure you get the perfect style you are looking for. We will definitely be going back to see her!

I had a massage there by Brittney and it was one of the best that I have ever had. She was very nice and professional and gave a great deep tissue massage. Front desk staff was also kind and professional and Hayley is amazing ❤️

Always happy with my hair when I am fixed up at Urban Nirvana. Kristina is the best! She makes my shorts cuts look bomb!🤙🏼I haven't had a cut by her that I don't like. Great atmosphere and fairly easy to get an appointment!

I absolutely love the atmosphere! Kelly is awesome as a Massage Therapist. She is so easy to talk to and really cares about you. I highly recommend Kelly. Also, if you get a chance, do the feet session. Soooooo worth it!!!

I have been going here for close to a year now for my massages, and I always see Michelle, who is truly a healer. I have chronic back pain and I always leave her appointment with significantly reduced pain. She is so friendly and kind, and is happy to talk with you during your appointment or not, depending on your mood. She consistently checks in with you during your appointment to make sure the pressure, etc. is alright. Consistent massages with her have undoubtedly improved my quality of life significantly. Yesterday, I had my hair colored by Jo, who is an absolute artist. I wasn’t sure exactly what I was going for, but she spent a lot of time with me offering suggestions and answering my questions both during my consult and actual appointment. She was gentle, even when she had to brush out teased hair, and super friendly. I don’t mind sitting in a chair for five hours with that type of company! We decided halfway through the appointment to add pink into the mix, due to the way my hair was lifting, and her ability to go with the flow and improvise resulted in my dream hair. Michelle and Jo are fantastic at what they do, and all the people at the salon/spa are so friendly and helpful. This is my go-to place for massage/hair; I highly recommend them! Oh, and they have super cute stuff in their shop!

I went for a facial and the experience was great, but my skin is so broken out from the products used. They also massage your shoulders and back during it and I’ve never had my back break out so bad… it’s been two weeks and it’s still awful. I called twice to ask what product they used and was told I would be called back two times and never heard a word from them.

Location and parking was easy, facilities were well kept and calming. Brittany was my massage therapist, and she did great work and I can tell she’s a very intuitive worker. I felt complete bliss being at this spa. Highly recommend!

This place has cancelled appointments multiple times or cut services I requested short because of staffing issues. I was 5 minutes late to my wax appointment and they couldn’t do any accommodations, despite my flexibility on MULTIPLE occasions. Horrible customer service!

UPDATED REVIEW*** sadly my usual stylist switched salons and I was so nervous to have someone new do my hair…thankfully I got the pleasure of having Laurel as my stylist. One word; AMAZING. She was so nice and helpful with picking the right cut/color for me. She has pure talent.

Wonderful experience at urban nirvana with Michelle! I had a 60 min massage and the time went by all too quickly! She applied the perfect amount of pressure, had great muscle releasing techniques and a relaxing atmosphere. My neck and shoulders feel 10x better!
