The room was extra hot and got to sweat a lot. Some of the hot yoga classes I’ve gone to weren’t that hot mostly just very warm. Joshua was really great. I really liked his teaching. Started slowly then progressively gotten faster, the slowed down again in the last five minutes.

UYS is a great place to practice hot yoga; quality instructors and the heat in the studio is on point. Great community and it's a Top 5 best yoga studio in Seattle, Recommend!

Any plan is super hard to unsubscribe. I have emailed them 3 months ago to unsubscribe because I need to move, and still there is no one responding to my email request. I haven’t been able to use the service for 3 months but still am getting charged.

Wir haben nebenan im Urban Coffee Shop einen Espresso getrunken, während wir auf den Bus unserer City-Tour warteten. Draussen haben wir festgestellt, dass das Urban Yoga Spa wohl zum Coffee Shop gehört, oder umgekehrt. Vom Yoga Spa hat uns insbesondere die Werbung beeindruckt und gefallen.

I was going to try it for the first time and the customer service is so bad. They have two doors on two streets and both are locked without any sign or instructions. Even there is no instruction on their profile. There was no receptionist too.

The place was not cleaned upon arrival, from the locker rooms, class room to bathroom! I think it’s the dirtiest studio in Seattle.

A little late in reviewing, but my memories of practicing at this studio are ALL GOOD. The community really smacks you in the energy when you walk in the door and then the washrooms and all the amenities, while perhaps could be slightly cleaner, were above and beyond most studios in terms of what they provide. But the best of all was the HEAT (what a great sweat!), the teacher and sequencing, and the music!! The music was loud and upbeat and singing together at the end was spesh! I'll be back! xo

I seriously love this place! I have been practicing Vinyasa Yoga for about 3 years and this studio has the best flows! Each teacher has different sequences so you aren't repeating the same flow everyday like most mainstream studios. Team is friendly, welcoming and encouraging. I hope to come here for a long time.

Visiting Seattle and staying in a hotel downtown - so glad I got a chance to do a hot yoga class here. It is HOT but great. Clean, big space, good instructor, reasonable price. I recommend it!

I was really excited to visit this studio, drove 30 minutes in traffic, then drove around for 30 minutes to find parking. Says on their website that the have a 10:30 class but when I arrived at 10:20 doors were locked and closed sign was posted. Very disappointed.

I would've been a first time customer but they cancelled my massage appointment without even letting me know. They're available on MINDBODY so I scheduled through that app. I got there early then noticed they emailed me a few hours before, saying their massage therapist was available at 11:45am. They didn't say my later appointment time wouldn't work and there was NO mention of a cancellation at all. It was only when I called that they let me know they had actually cancelled my appointment. The employee said they didn't have my number, but they definitely had my email address and could've at least communicated that via the email they sent. They didn't offer any apology, discount, NOTHING. The receptionist started telling me about another business I could go to but by then I was done with them. What unbelievably BAD customer service...

My favorite yoga studio downtown! The classrooms are clean and zen. The classes are heated and you can’t leave a class without sweating everything out. All the instructors I’ve ever taken classes with are amazing.

A very clean and calm space with good vibe. As soon as I walked in, I feel that I was completely isolated from the streets I just walked in which is exactly why I came here. Staff I met were all pretty nice and friendly. A great place to get away from all the craziness in this extraordinary time!

This place is amazing! The part of the room with the lower ceiling is hotter.. but overall it was perfect temperature for yoga.. I like it hot and this was a great studio..

I signed up for a one month trial in the fall. I specifically confirmed when making my trial month purchase that this was a single time purchase and that it was not a recurring charge. I have now made four requests to cancel the recurring charges and refund the unauthorized charges. I am still being charged and am awaiting refunds. I have no interest in leaving bad reviews... I just honestly don’t know what to do at this point.

I enjoyed the size and pacing of class. Sarah was clear explaining positions, suggestions for levels of strength and kept a good energy. My first time at Vinyasa and planning to come back. Thanks for an invigorating session.

I have had a few massages at Urban Yoga Spa and all of them have been fantastic - highly recommend this place! I had a different massage therapist each time, and all of them were great.

Meghan’s class was awesome! $5 to rent a mat is ridiculous though. Mat was kinda stinky too. Would be 5 stars if I had my own mat but I was traveling

Well maintained, clean, excellent instructors and staff. Everyone is friendly. I love Morgan's intentions that she sets at the beginning of each class and how challenging her classes are. She is an inspirational person to learn from.

It's like if Cobra Kai was a yoga studio. 😂 Overall, staff and instructors are great, a nice no nonsense facility. Stay zen, sweep the leg!
