I've only been here twice. However, both times were a great experience and made the entire weekend very relaxing. Great environment. Good prices. Very skilled masseuse both times. The only suggestion would be a tailored music selection or the ability to play one's own version of soothing music. I could chill to some Enigma or Enya while getting good massage.

Front desk was friendly and welcoming! I scheduled two services, a massage followed by a facial and both were great. The staff walked me through the appointment and were very accomodating. The atmosphere when you go in it’s really nice but the waiting room chairs aren’t really comfortable. I truly wish they had a locker room as I had to carry my clothes inside of a bag after each service which in my opinion defeats the relaxation portion. I will definitely go again and just focus on one service at a time to avoid carrying my clothes around.

I am not revealing the services because I didn't have a chance to. I called 8 days before my online request and the lady said that there was availability for that day and time I requested. Shortly after went online to request that day and time for booking. I never heard anything back as the day I requested is approaching so I called and now they're two weeks booked out. I WAS TOLD THEY'VE BEEN VERY BUSY AND SORRY THEY WASN'T ABLE TO GET BACK TO ME. WELL AND MY WORLD THAT'S CALLED BAD BUSINESS AND APPARENTLY MY BUSINESS WAS NOT WANTED OR NEEDED AND THAT IS FINE BY ME!!!

My wife and I arrived right when they opened at 9:30am for our 9:30am appointment. They ended the massage early because they were behind schedule and so refused to give me the full length massage. In addition the quality of the massage was very bad, the worst I’ve ever had. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Been coming to Urbanna Spa for too many years to remember. However I have always had a great experience whether it be a facial or a massage. The new location is great and the atmosphere is always welcoming and beautiful. Can't wait to try out the Salt Spa and just want to add that Karen gives an amazing massage! Facility is very pretty and front desk staff are friendly. It was probably the worst massage I've ever received. My masseuse never asked if I was comfortable with the amount of pressure. She massaged as if she was in a hurry. Rushed massage + firm pressure= a lot of pain and soreness for me. I definitely won't return and won't recommend this place to anyone.

I recently visited Urbana Spa, and it was truly a luxurious experience from start to finish. The ambiance was serene and set the perfect tone for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation. I started with some time in the salt cave and infrared sauna, which was incredibly calming and prepared me for the treatments ahead. The Japanese head spa session with Sarah was phenomenal – she had a gentle yet thorough technique that made it deeply soothing. Next, I had a massage with Caryn, who managed to release tension without compromising on comfort, leaving me feeling light and relaxed. Finally, my facial with Justyce was the perfect finishing touch, leaving my skin glowing and refreshed. Every step of my visit felt thoughtful, and the staff’s attention to detail made me feel truly pampered. Urbana Spa exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait for my next visit. Highly recommended!

I went for the first time for a "deep" tissue massage. The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff was friendly. My massage was subpar. It felt like a basic massage that anyone untrained could have given me. I seriously question whether they were a liscenced therapist. She didn't spend much time on my problem areas, which were my shoulder blades and shoulders, but spent a lot of time on my feet. And when we were done she abruptly snatched her hands from under me and snatched the cloth off of my eyes. I won't be back, it wasn't worth it. I didn't walk out of there feeling relaxed.

Urbana Spa's newest location is amazing, the ambiance and friendly staff when you enter the door is one of a kind. I've tried to allow more time before and after my massages to sit and enjoy calm and beauty of the relaxation area. Karen is an amazing masseuse, she is so in tune with the body, mind, and spirit; one of the best I've ever had. At this point, I'm committed to this as a regular in my total wellness regimen. Michael was my massage therapist and he was absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable, I got the Swedish blend and it was the perfect combo between working out those knots and the traditional relaxation techniques. The facility was stunning with four floors of amazing. It was very clean and peaceful and smelled amazing. I cannot not wait to go back. Michael again was just so pleasant his thoughtfulness translated well into his massage.

UPDATE: This company is the most unethical spa that I have visited!. Just because I gave them a bad review they will not take me anymore even though they know that I have unused gift cards in their system! The most unethical business that I have come across. I had made an appointment but fell sick with high fevers but the front desk girl was so arrogant and rude. Her first and immediate response was absolutely bo cancellation policy after 24 hrs even if you met with an accident! They would not cancel and charge the card no matter what. They will screw you over no matter what. The manager could not care less or could not be bothered. Not worth my time and stress! Totally do not recommend this place. After arguing for 15 -20 mins trying to convince you how I fell sick the night before the appointment. You gave me an option to just pay the service provider, Ofcourse for a 90 min massage.

The spa itself was OK. I really like the relaxation room and the massage therapist did a wonderful job. But customer service at the front desk was very unprofessional. I was concerned that I was paying for two services when I only wanted one service: deep tissue massage. But instead of answering my question or taking the time to understand my question, the lady kept raising her voice about mandatory 20% tip. No matter how many times I told her that I didn’t have a question about the tip she kept referring to the tip. Her tone was very hostile and condescending and it was my first time at the spa. She did not ask how I liked the service rendered or if I was interested in becoming a member. Hand and stone massage is not as big, but I’ve been going there for four years and I love it. I have never experienced such a nasty attitude from any of employee since I’ve been going. I left Urbana less relaxed then when I came in.

A friend of mine recommended this place for a facial and was not disappointed, my face feels healthy and rejuvenated. My esthetician Sarah was amazing! Even though I booked last minute I never felt rushed, everything was as smooth and as professional as anyone can ask for. I'm already booked for my next treatment.

Came here with my fiance for my birthday. Worst massage ever. Too hard when i asked for her to lighten up it was to light. No in between, either glides hands on you or is absolutely painful. Could hear her checking her phone repeatedly in between. On the form they ask if you want stretching, i put no but still received 1 leg that was stretched. Neck massage was the only thing decent but left there with neck pain. Would not recommend and definitely not coming back.

Extremely knowledgeable and kind staff! I had an enzyme facial and dermaplane. My skin looks amazing, and it’s three days later! Highly recommend and I’ll be back soon!

I had a great experience at Urbana… from the check in (such a pleasant front desk support person) to the tea, to my masseuse. Brandon was my masseuse… he asked me if I had any areas of concern and he was attentive to that area and I felt so much better when I left. Thank you! I will be coming back!

I had an appointment with Brandon today at & I called to confirm and these people gave my appointment away saying I didn’t make the appointment! There was 3 people at the desk that could confirm but they wouldn’t look into! Every time I tipped this man $100 & $50 and you try something as ignorant and this! Screw URBANA and everybody that works there!!!

I visited Urbana spa for the first time last week, and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Everyone there is accommodating from the time you walk in the door. The new building is top of the line, the front desk staff is welcoming, they even offer you complementary wine. And my therapist, Sophia was amazing. If you go to this spa once there is no need for you to go anywhere else. I will definitely be back. So if you are looking for the perfect place to relax and get a great massage plus find a staff that is more than accommodating, then definitely give this place a try.
