I went in there yesterday to get mine and my brothers nails done we went in for 2 acrylic sets and what we got was nail tips with gel, nail polish over top of the tips and I paid a $100 for absolutely nun I go to cosmetology school and we just got out of our nail course witch included doing acrylic nails I think putting tips on your customer and then painting gel nail polish on top of The nail tips Instead of doing what the person asked and was paying for but didn’t get what was asked for but Still had to pay the price of what they were supposed to get is unprofessional and a rip off I should not have had to pay $50 for nail tips with gel nail polish over top

terrible service, always bouncing around person to person, called for a appointment at 1:30 didn’t get started til after 2 but the lady who walked in behind me with no appointment got serviced first as i sat here. happens everytime me or my friends come here don’t recommend at all

Horrible customer service. I took my little girl in for a mani/pedi. Thought it would be a fun time for her. They acted like it was an inconvenience to do her nails. She picked out a color. They didn’t even look at it. They started picking a color, not the one she wanted. I had to stop and tell them to let her pick her color. Again they seemed annoyed. They wouldn’t giver her a normal pedicure with water. They actually moved her to a chair and just painted her nails. I could have done that at home. She was very patient and polite even with the nail technicians treating her like she was an inconvenience to them. We won’t be going back.

Been going here for probably 10 years. Always fast and great quality. Love to support their family! I’ve gone to places in Green Bay/Appleton and still always find my way back here! :)

I had an appointment and they let walk in go before me. I decided to only have them remove my nails, they were very rough. I will not return. :(

Aside from waiting because of how busy they were even with an appointment (Mothers day weekend + walk ins) I am in love with my nails! They turned out so pretty and I'll definitely be going back. They do need to figure out a better scheduling system though

Always know better than to come here but not many options in the area🤦🏽‍♀️ horribly rude ppl! Left one girl under the drier for 45 mins while she visited the other tech. I was told to move away from my child so that the only other person in the salon could sit right where I was (yes there were other seats open) also let others sit by their friends but told me I can’t sit with my daughter! Very bad service.

The cost for the services provided was fair. They were somewhat limited in the “extras” you could purchase, but the pedicurist did a good job.

Very aggressive on doing manicure. I got gell done, which chipped within 24 hours. Place could use a good cleaning.

I will definitely not be returning sadly. I went here for my birthday to get pedicures with my Mom and daughter. They were understaffed for just us. It took a long time and my water got cold waiting so long. The actual pedicure wasn't great either. They did do an ok job painting my nails but I could have saved the time and money and did it myself at home.

Almost walked out and would never do that! They told me to sit in back by the pedicure station and left me there an hour. It was not until I started to put my shoes on and leave did they pay attention and say some one would be right with me. I have been here before but this really was the worst experience. So disappointing because they used to do a good job. I’m local and will not ever be back.

It was terrible. The service was really bad and when I got there I had an appointment already set up and people that didn’t got to go before me. It took 4 hours for me to get my nails done. That’s ridiculous

My fiancé goes in to get her nails done and they done a poor rushed job. My fiancé is polite and didn’t want to say anything she comes home upset and shows me her nails. We drive back I talk to the people to see what we can do. They tried going around the situation by saying “we’ll color over it” and etc like you not see what garbage mediocre nail job you did. After a fun ADULT game of back and fourth, we got our money back and nails removed. Never go here if you wanna play a game of tug of war with adults over your money and time.

These were my nails, I returned and kindly asked if they could remove them and possibly give me a refund. They got so rude, removed them, and then told me I couldn’t come back :( I’ve been going there through out the years and after one time not liking my nails they ban me.

Horrible, had an appt & people were walking in getting serviced before me.. my nails are square & i asked for coffin shape. They were rude ! I got no chip & it looks like a 2 year old painted them. Got a pedicure i couldn’t even enjoy he did it so fast.

My first time getting my nails done here, the older man filed the skin around my nails raw. The gel started chipping a week after getting them done. When I joined family on the next visit, I asked to be more gentle on the sides and sit together with my group. They said okay but sat us seperately. When that same man started doing my nails, he put a big glop the top edge of my pinky near the skin such that it made a big bump. I requested it not be such a big bump, he got angry, started to argue and walked away. A lady took over who did a better job, told me to "just relax" and that she has been doing it for a long time, did not fix the bump, and still didn't put our group together.

So , pedicure simple job. Didn't ask for anything other than a regular pedicure. The worst freaking polish job I've ever had done on my toes. Also the pedicure itself was worthless. I gave this place two other tries this was the third and the final won't be back. Now I have to go somewhere else to fix it.

Very disappointed in the service. My tech left in the middle of my manicure to go do a pedicure. I waited 50 minutes in my chair waiting for someone else to finish me. Then they tried to do acrylics when I specifically asked for dips. And she tried to convince me and actually started acrylics. I was about ready to walk out when she decided to do dips. Price was good
