I am very upset they did not do my color well and threatened me that if you do not come for protein we will call the police and they will charge me 160 dollars for hair color only.

Dias atrás fui a donde Jenni a hacerme un cambio radical de look, desde que la conozco es impresionante como cuida de el bienestar de tu cabello. Yo soy pelo negra y haciéndome antes una prueba de color como es el deber ser así quedo mi cabello😍 esa mujer tiene oro en las manos y yo cada vez estoy mas convencida que sabe lo que hace, es una dura😍 yo la recomiendo al 100000%%

El mejor tratamiento que me he aplicado de proteína mi cabello está más fuerte y brillante además del excelente servicio no importa la hora no importa el día siempre responden tus mensajes lo cual es excelente para personas que no tienen mucho tiempo por el trabajo la súper recomiendo

I wanted to do highlights and my hair was black so they did a test with a little hair just to make sure that my hair wasn’t going to break and it didn’t but when they do it in all my hair omg , a lot of my hair was breaking I saw in the sink when they wash my hair and it was a lot, they said is ok , your hair is strong is not breaking but I’m not blind… they should be more honest and telll the customer the true and not just trying to make money cause for that I pay $280 and I pay to get my hair damage😮‍💨 also they should ask the customers what color they want on their hair after the bleach, they don’t have to choice what they want is not their hair 😡😤

Jenni is the TOP Hairstylist here, and is by far the BEST hairstylist I have had done my hair. I have had boxdye BLACK hair for years and I wanted a transition to a blonde balayage... she is always been VERY honest, it's a Long process without causing hair breakage and damage... at this time , these reviews stating hair breakage and not getting the color you want.. is not how Jenni works with MY experience... We have to be realistic of their desire of what they want, if color is priority, Jenni will explain that it will take a process , and if it's not doable to become as light as you wish, she will tell u..because her process is with care and quality of your hair... I've been to hairstylist that I was black and went blonde same sitting, and my hair ripped , and had hair that gave me a choppy look and had to come to Jenni for help ... Been there done that. Jenni and her staff care about ur hair and the process.. you may not walk out with the color you initially wanted , but she's honest enough, that it will take a process... if you walk in with Black hair, there's a big chance your not going to get the color you were anticipating , without damaged or breakage. Color correction , Color Dye, bleaching can all been done, but her priority is making sure your hair is at its best with the color correction and lightning . Here at my pictures from black hair, to balayage , the lightest my hair could have gone without damage and to finally the color and cut I wanted.. takes time and patience .

Me encanta Uzma Salón. La atención es maravillosa . Tengo años haciendo tratamiento completo en mi cara con Uzma la dueña quien es una persona muy especial y con mucha experiencia . Los recomiendo cometamente . Además tiene un equipo muy bueno en lo q se refiere a la parte de peluquería . Muchas son de Venezuela mi hermoso país.

So today 2023, I went there 2022 for my bridal makeup The daughter of miss Uzma her name Maham, she did my makeup I was first bride for her, I trust her and she did wonderful job She is very humble person as she did great makeup for my both event.

The lady who works thr is very rude n passes to many comments on customers.she charges more thn the owner everytime. Yesterday i went with my 3 guests who wr age 13 n 14 out of which 1 wears hijaab n she requested to go.inside in the room for facial wax n she said y u want to go inside u can jyst do it here as everyone with hijaab does tht, tht was very rude n 1 girl did not do eyebrows so she was asking her to do it n whn she said she doesn't want to do it she started commenting abt it tht all young girls do so what's wrong in tht n all , We all wr very disappointed n girls nvr wanna go thr again.. She has very bad habbit of commenting on customers n being g rude too.

This was my first time here, I recommend their services. The staff is really nice and talented. I had gone for high lighting and Mary did an excellent job. Uzma the owner is very friendly and is very patient.
