Came here on Saturday 9/28 around 530pm. I got a pedicure with gel polish. The lady who performed my pedicure completely butchered my cuticles and cut so deep into my skin on both toes to where I am still in pain along my cuticle and it's been 3 days. She did a halfway file job so my toes are all slanted to the right. No conversation or asking of I wanted a deluxe or regular pedicure. The massage consisted of her rubbing lotion on my leg for about 5 seconds then wiping them with a hot towel. Not therapeutic at all. Sloppy paint job and literally slammed the led light onto my toe every single time they dried, like it was on purpose. I won't be back here but If you want someone who actually cares then go to Joy. She did my wax and pedicure here and did a great job in the past.

I have been coming here for about 8 years and I don’t have to complain about anything. Very friendly staff and a very clean environment. Love what they have done with the place. I know I shouldn’t compare about places but personally for me this is the best nail salon to go to, especially around this area. Prices have changed, but let’s be realistic, everywhere prices have increased. I DO NOT understand why there are a few negative comments about this place. I have gotten pedicure and full set done and my full set nails as well as the nail polish last very long, no matter the service I get done. I hate to see rude customers raising their voices at them for no reason. Whatever you choose to get done is the service they will give you and what they will charge you. V & B Nail Spa, please keep up the good work. Happy client of 8 years :)

Very nice friendly staff. However the quality of work is not great. First time I got a full set there in the summer I had issues with lifting after a couple of days and nails falling off. I didn’t go back for a while. I did give them another shot the week before Valentine’s Day and same thing. At week 2 every last one of my nails has fallen off literally the whole acrylic nail just came off in whole. I paid $75 for this full set. Not happy.

I got my full set with gel and a pedicure on 1/27 today is 2/6 and three on my nails are coming up from the bottom. I came into the shop for a repair and I guess I wasn't spending enough money to get decent service. I waited as I watched 3 women complete pedicures and take breaks I made it clear that I had only recently received my service and was still forced to 25 minutes wait while 3 women in a slow nail salon avoided providing me services. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Take your money somewhere else

I stopped in to get my feet done, maybe because I'm a guy this woman thought she had to be rough but after cutting and making me bleed no apologies, its been 3 weeks and I still can't wear my sneakers because there's something wrong with my big toe.

I will never go back to this nail spa. I was given a gift certificate of $56. This salon is owed by a Vietnamese lady named Lisa. When I first met her she was very nice the shop was very clean and new tables and chairs. Everything new per Lisa. I was happy my nails were done but then my nails started comn off...on the third day. Then by one week I had 6 nails to come off. Lisa fixed 2 nails on exactly one week and then next day another came off and Cris fixed that one ..next day in church 3 camr off. I sent picture of my nails to Cris. I went back in nail shop next day. And the owner Lisa stated I have to pay. She was rude. I'm not paying to get fixed when my nail didn't last one whole week and 2days

Was quote 44.00 for gel pedicure time check out was told different price. Wasn't posted or anything. Said my feet was rough had just had pedicure week the day I went in charge 3.00 extra. Stayed girl said my feet was bad. And the young lady never spoke to them about my feet. Very rude and nasty attitude. Never again.

Worst nails salon, they are unprofessional. We got our nails done there and my daughter nails fall off the next day. I can tell what they doing I use to do nails, I know how there suppose to look like. the way they polish not even .I won't come back .

I was going here for over a year. Lisa was my initial nail tech and she was great! She left and I started seeing Lucy she was good and fast but she messed up my appointment and would not reschedule me or respond back to me.

My second time visiting here, they don't know how to comprehend and acts if you are doing them a favor by patronizing them they are very nonchalant and don't know what gel manicure Natural polish and the time says 9:00 but they get there around 9:20 1 employee and 4 customers waiting, I will not patronize this business again

This place is VERY rude and unprofessional I asked the nail technician to fill my nails which are coffin shaped she cut my nails square and wanted to argue once I told her this is not coffin shape... Very ignorant nail techs

Worse nail salon I’ve ever been too. Customer service was 200% unprofessional. Nail tech told me I was too big to sit in the chairs for a pedicure but remind you I was not the only heavy person in the salon. I will be following up with a call to the Better Business Bureau as well. I really wanted to give no stars but this was the only way to ad my review.

I wanted to share that my experience…. here was awful. I came for a pedicure and brow, First I came in and picked my color timing was okay getting in a chair, it took the lady 30 mins to start on my feet. From the looks of it she had nothing important going on because she walked back and forth to the sink to the front desk with nothing in her hand, once she started she stop to eat and start on my feet. She act as if she didn’t want to do the pedicure, she was so unsure if she wanted to touch my feet 🙄. Then while she’s continuing with my pedicure she skipped so many steps not to mention this whole time I see roaches crawling on the floor 🥴I just wanted her to stop serivce all together. At this point I no longer want my brows wax I’ll find some else who’s cleaner and give me what I pay for. Oh yeah it’s the elderly lady with black glasses.

Walking in they asked what I wanted. I said a pedicure and no one really said anything. So I picked a color and sat down. Never did they say I’ll be right with you or just sit down and we will get you in. Finally after about 7 minutes another person walked in who worked here and asked if I needed anything. I told her a pedicure and she proceeded to walk past me and mumbled to pick a color. I told her I already did and she kept walking. I sat and waited another 5 minutes and she finally asked me to come sit down. I should have left then because this was the worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten. I asked her to cut my nails shorter and she said they are good. I said no shorter please and she reluctantly cut them but just barley. The foot scrub you usually get was about 15 seconds total of her just applying it to my feet only to immediately rise it off. And the foot/leg massage you normally get as well was the same. She literally put the lotions on my legs and the tops of my feet and rubbed it in for about 10 seconds and she got a hot towel and wiped it off. There was no sort of massage at all. The lotions were not even rubbed into my skin. WORST pedicure every!!

I hate to say it but this nail salon is so unprofessional I want to go get my nails done Wednesday and it hasn’t even been a full week and I only have five nails on my fingers and I also got my eyelashes done to all my eyelashes fell off I asked them to accommodate me and they’re going to tell me that they’re not and I have to pay again to get my nails done why should I have to when I spent my hard-working money for something not to be right $104 went down the drain and I would never go back to this place ever again I thought Nail supposed to last for two weeks not five freaking days I’m telling you please do not go to this place you will be very disappointed
