I tried to show a picture of the (very simple) nails I wanted and he glanced for not even a millisecond and then gave me the complete opposite of what I wanted. I wanted long sharp nails and I got dull teeth glued to my fingers for the next two weeks.

I’m surprised there are bad reviews on here, and I can’t speak to the nails- but I came in as a walkin with my baby in a stroller. I was greeted immediately and pointed to my eyebrows and said wax. The gentleman doing a pedicure motioned for me to go back and I asked if I could bring the stroller. The woman came immediately to do my eyebrows and my baby became fussy halfway through. The other woman was trying to cheer him up and that was so sweet. $10 for eyebrow wax, no pressure to wax other areas or do other services. Helped me push stroller out and I ended up tipping $5 because I felt the service was over the top. Would definitely go back for my nails!

Just ask for Tracy and thank me later- she never disappoints. She’s detailed, takes her time and she takes pride in her work. She’s very sweet and friendly, will always recommend her services to my friends and family. Thanks Tracy ❤️

Horrible service. I took my mom here who lives out of town and the man that works here was so rude. He gave my senior citizen mom horrible treatment and he constantly gave her disapproving looks when she asked him to be a little tender with her manicure. Based on previous reviews he seems to be a HUGE problem. I also noticed that he was rude to another customer that was a senior citizen. I'll never bring my mom here again.

I booked an appointment for a Saturday at 10:30. I got there early in hopes they might be able to start early. They weren't very busy yet, so they took me right away. I scheduled a mani/pedi. I had a guy on my feet and a guy on my hand. I had a great experience and they did a wonderful job. Two weeks later it still looks like I just left the salon, no chipping or anything! The only thing that was an issue was that the language barrier was a little challenging! that it sometimes to be expected. They asked several times about what I wanted to make sure they understood what I wanted and that was appreciated. I will return!!

Can’t really give a review on services, because first time I called and made an appointment and when I went there, at my appointment time, I waited 15 minutes and then when I asked how much longer I needed to wait and they said maybe 40 minutes more. I could not wait that long because of other commitments. I tried another day and called and made an appointment and when I went, same thing happened again. So they might have good service, but don’t know. What I do know is they don’t really honor their appointments.

February 2023 was me & my granddaughter first time going to this nail salon. Our whole experience was horrible the gentleman that was doing my service was rushing same thing with the lady doing my granddaughter. The nail polish we picked out must of been old they had to put nail polish remover in the bottle. It was very thick on our nails & toes which made it very hard for them to dry. Messed up as soon as we went out the door. Didn’t want to go back because they was rushing from the start. $75.00 that was wasted on inadequate service.

I can honestly say this nail salon has definitely went down the hill I've been going here before covid all the time and even during covid however you can definitely see where the talent and quality of what they do has deteriorated drastically how do you not put any lotion on after a pedicure that should be standard that's another cost saving method that is trash you ask for a specific person and don't mind waiting yet they give you someone else because they want to get that dollar sadly to say will not come back I gave them another try after 6 months and not impressed with the results when you have to tell the nail technician to make sure they get all of your toes including your pinky toe and they get upset that you call them out on that Houston we have a problem

My first experience with this nail salon was Horrible customer service over price!! Once arriving there I wasn’t welcomed and there was only one other customer there, I was asked what did I need , I told them they acted as if I didn’t say anything. Two young caucasian women walked and was seated right away and then asked what we’re they getting today! I was blown away from this !! After I stated that I was there waiting the male turned to me as he was cleaning one of the young ladies hand “ oh your service will be $55 for a nail polish change and one nail repair and then $40 for my toe nail polish!!! I felt REALLY Disgusted with THIS TREATMENT IN MY OWN NEIGHBORHOOD!!! I will never support a company that judges people from look and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

New to Charlotte and this place was near my house so i thought i’d try them out. The wait was long but it was understandable. However the service has left me extremely disappointed. My nails were sculpted too thin and they broke when i was opening my car door. I’m just glad my real nails are still okay😭 but they were so unprofessional. I’m half viet so i can pick up little phrases and sentences. I over heard one of them talk about a lady’s toes being crusty and that’s when I decided to not come back. Maybe i was too rough on the nail or something so i can overlook the nail immediately breaking but them dissing money paying clients is so low. I’ve been to other salons and they never did it so i don’t know why they’re so unprofessional here

The eyebrow lady was nice but they have crazy quotes on nails. I came in to get one nail fixed and they told me it would cost 55 for a full set and 10 for a repair. This is ridiculous. The man working here is extremely rude. I wont come here again. I was told they dont have the same exact color so I would just get all rhimestones on one nail instead they wouldnt tell me the price. So instead of getting what I asked for I just cant get my nail fixed.

December 2022 - returned because of the convenience of the location near my home and the service was much better! Every business deserves a second chance! *****Fall 2022 Arrived at this salon @ 6:30 (after work) and the OPEN sign was on. Walked in and told the lady at checkout counter that I wanted a pedicure and powder nail polish. within 5 minutes called back to pedicure chair and placed feet in water and pedicure was started. Within 5-10 minutes manger (whatever he is)walked past and I said hello. He went to the checkout counter and as walked past me again told me that they closed at 7 and that I could only get a pedicure and would need to return tomorrow for the power nail polish. I thought he was kidding so stated ‘really’ and he responded yes. Okay…of course this bothered me. 😡 But, the guy providing the pedicure was doing a great job, so I decided to enjoy the pedicure and waited until the manger walked past me again…to share my thoughts on how a good business should operate. ‘THE OPEN SIGN SHOULD HAVE BEEN TURNED OFF AND I SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO PROVIDE A PEDICURE AND POWDER NAIL POLISH BEFORE I SIT DOWN AND PLACED MY FEET IN THE WATER TO START THE PEDICURE!’. I gave the guy who provided the pedicure\polish a 35% tip because he did a great job! This is how you handle poor customer service, write a poor business review, but reward the worker who provided the quality service!

Edit: This became a long post after having visited 4 times. Read the entire post to make your own judgement call. First visit: I got a 'deluxe' pedicure with the leg massage, sugar scrub, green tea detox, etc. If they served wine with the pedi, I would NEVER go to another salon ever. My pedicure was the BOMB. The tech paid attention to the details and I love the precision with which she painted my toes. I am so happy with the service and price. Update: I have been back here three times since and received HORRIBLE service on two occasions and great service on one. One time my nails were so bad that when I went somewhere else, the guy kept shaking his head asking where I got them done. I still give the place 4 stars because some of the people here do a really good job. Here are my takeaways: Anne is fabulous with pedicures. Kelly is fabulous with SNS. Tracy is fabulous with eyebrows. Whatever you do, DO NOT let the guy do ANY service for you. He has done a pedicure, eyebrows and SNS for me and all three were TERRIBLE. Plus, he's extremely rude - he's usually at the first nail table as you walk in. Last time I went, I did notice another guy working there, unfortunately, I don't know either of their names to specify which one to avoid. You'll know the guy to avoid as soon as he starts speaking. He's really that rude.

I attempted to get a mani/pedi from this salon. I sat patiently for about 30 minutes. Another woman came in about 25 minutes after I did. A nail tech walked up to the woman and asked if she had an appointment. The lady said “no” and told her the services that she wanted. The nail tech proceeded to tell the woman who came after me to come on back to sit in her chair. Totally unfair to me as I came before her and waited quite some time. As I got up to leave, a different nail tech asked me “Are you ready?” as he was doing someone else’s nails. Of course I’m ready, I came through the door ready, but you chose to serve someone who came after me. She was getting gel polish just as I was. This was very unprofessional and unfair to me. I was excited to try out this nail salon since it is in my neighborhood. Never again will I step foot in here ever again. Learn to treat everyone fairly and respect people’s time.

I go here every 2/3 weeks and every visit has been wonderful. Love the staff, the work is beautiful and I always leave feeling pampered and relaxed! Perfect spot by the Harris teeter, grab a coffee from Starbucks and walk in for fast and efficient service ! -Veronica Miller

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Upon entering, the gentleman that i believe is the owner was extremely rude to another customer he was servicing with a manicure. The customer jumped back in pain and proceeded to pull her hand forward to rush through the service. When it was my turn to get my eyebrows done he was very rough with the waxing strips being applied to my face which I really did not appreciate. Not to mention I specifically told him what part I only wanted waxed and he just ignored my request! I didn’t want to cause a scene so I just proceeded to pay. He charged me more for no reason!! I will not be returning this place is unprofessional and money hungry. Everyone look for salons that actually care about their customers! As for the gentleman I would the displeasure of experiencing, If you hate your job you should quit! Don’t take it out on people who look forward to a little self care from this stressful world we live in.
