Best massage EVER!! If you are looking for a true therapeutic massage experience, V Spa is the place for you! Reading some of the other reviews I can see where the disconnect is coming from if you’ve only ever been to an American spa. This is not that. This is far above that. I get the 90 minute combo for $80 and I will always tip $30 because I appreciate the effort these ladies put in and they deserve every penny! Do your body a favor and come check this place out

The BEST massage I EVER had. The place is so clean and the price can’t be beat! I definitely recommend them/her! I will be going weekly from now on.this is an edit, went there Monday the 4th at 11:30 am It was the most rushed massage, we felt so uncomfortable. She was running around answering phones, we were left unattended, we were very dissatisfied. We paid for an hour but was so rushed, don’t think I’ll be going back.

You are going to love this place! The first time I came I had severe back pain, and they treated me very well. The second time was also wonderful as well. Thank you for being so kind and professional.

Although, the workers are sweet and welcoming and the place is clean and calming, their work is really rough. They have me and my sister in the worst back, neck and shoulder pain. To think we would have a relaxing experience from this is an understatement, we can’t even sleep on our backs and have bruises. I understand you have to be rough on some people, esp heavier people. But they should also be able to distinguish the difference in people and take it down a notch. Or two. You can’t massage every person the same way. SMH. Also, there is a lack of communicate, even after I told her it hurt she continued to do it, and if I tensed up to show her my pain, she didn’t stop.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Don’t waste your time with this place. They said they could take us both (as we were in a hurry) right then, but then they said my boyfriend had to wait 15 minutes. We both were supposed to get 30 minute massages, but he got 15-20 minutes max. She was extremely inappropriate, removing clothing that was meant to stay on (one of multiple examples). I then paid, including a 20% tip even though his massage was an absolute rip off, and they were livid that I only tipped 20%. Unprofessional and way overpriced. Worst massage experience I’ve had in Denver.

Went here with my boyfriend for the hour long reflexology/massage combo for $60. My treatment finished first so I waited outside. My boyfriend came out shocked at the audacity of them to DEMAND more of a tip. Our services came to $120 and he gave them a 20% cash tip only to be shown a sign with smiley faces and pointing to the $20 for EACH person. Bottom line, if you want more money, just charge more money and don't ever expect more than 20-25%. I will not be going back here again. There are PLENTY of more options right around the corner, even in the same plaza!

I get foot massages and body massages about once a week and frequent many places on federal. This was an interesting experience. We had some language barrier issues, but nothing too major until it came to payment. The prices had just gone up compared to their menu, which i didn’t think much of right now. What I found upsetting was the demand for a very large tip. I offered 20% on my service even though it was lacking on some pretty basic items. The lady then pointed to the sign and said $25 expected gratuity for services. She seemed to be upset when I offered to pay 20% tip and gestured and reached to grab another $20 from my wallet. I have never had anything happen like that before. Not sure how I feel even doing a body massage if I have to put my belongings down. Not a good experience.

I’ve been fortunate enough to go to V Spa three times since the new owners/management took over this spring, and I’ve been very impressed! They’ve been incredible, and I always leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. As someone who requires frequent massage for chronic pain, I’m very grateful to have them nearby.

My experience here was interesting to say the least. When you walk in, you can immediately tell their main objective is making money and not much else as the interior is pretty dingy and they didn't have the air conditioner on which made the place very hot and musty. The music was on some strange repeat so the same portion of a song played every 15 to 20 seconds or so. Nothing there seemed all that clean. Not dirty, but not clean either. The massages were decent especially for the price paid. What was strange though was that I tried leaving what I thought was a pretty generous ~35% tip but the lady took it and said "more". I didn't quite understand so I asked her to repeat herself. She said "more tip". I was very confused and just happened to find $5 in my back pocket so gave it to her where she took it and said "ok bye" without looking up. Like I said, very interesting experience. I am Asian myself so I know Asian bluntness when I see it. The feeling here is much more not caring as opposed to bluntness. Probably won't go back or recommend anyone to go. There's a reason why it's so cheap. I would highly recommend paying a bit more and having a more relaxing, better experience.

The massage was way too rough, she man handled me and actually made my shoulder feel worse. There's a huge language barrier they don't really understand anything so it's hard for me to tell her what I wanted and how it felt. I never felt so rushed in my life getting a massage. It was not relaxing whatsoever.

We work in restaurants and are on our feet for 40+ hours a week. Every time we get a massage here we come out feeling totally rejuvenated. There is a language barrier but that has no effect on how amazing this place hits the areas that you are having trouble(s) with. Very highly recommended and we will be going to them for a very long time.

I almost froze to death I did the 1 1/2 foot and body manage I still have my shoulder knots and dont even feel as if I got a massage last night. all I got was some rocking forearm on my shoulder for like 20 min lame. And my husband did the 11/2 full massage he about froze also the room door was kept open and he got a Weak sloppy message . I'm a CMT and I know how a massage should go. They just want the moey dont care about the client. Than they expect a big tip lol I will never go back or recommend them .

Beware Fraudulent charges. Overcharged by $10. Called and the person on the phone said they are charging extra $10 because of the covid-19. I told him that there was no sign nor did the person who was giving the massage indicate that. He told me probably because he doesn’t speak English. I told him that wasn’t my fault and that it was illegal for them to charge me extra without telling me. He said the owner will call me back. Meantime i will be calling my credit card company to dispute this charge as fraud, and I will also be calling DORA and lodging a complaint. It’s not right to use the Covid-19 to charge extra and make a profit. Definitely not going back!!

Just had another great massage session today at vitality spa. I had the combo 2 75mins where you get both your feet massage and half hour Body for $50. What a great deal! I have been going to them for years and surely they are one of the best places in town very good massage and clean environment with reasonable price all staffs here are very friendly as well plus it got several good Asian restaurants in the plaza and I can grab something eat either before or after a massage. I understand during the whole COVID pandemic they had to close down for couple of months just like a lot of other places and they are still not operating at their full capacity yet due to taking additional precautions and it’s really reasonable for them to raise their price during these difficulty times. It’s really sad to see some ppl are hating on them just because the additional $10. Anyways love this place and will be back soon!
