I was in SA for NYE and needed my hair cut. The guy I like is coming back from Iraq next month and I needed my hair to look good because the previous stylist made it uneven. Jesse did a great job! I was concerned about where to go and surprisingly it wasn't expensive. I was quoted one price and charged more which was odd but I was so happy with the results. They changed the name though....beauty hair something? He took his time and analyzed my hair, listened, and took my input into consideration. He didn't talk while doing my hair and that's fine with me! I want full focus on my hair. He did some awesome layers I had not had before. So I'm excited. The layers go inward and outward with a soft full U shape. I kept the length of my hair!

I absolutely love this salon! Cecy is amazingggg! I have been going to her for over 5 years. It’s the type of trust where you can say what you are looking for, or show a picture, and then sit back and genuinely trust you are in good hands. The salon is always clean and I like that they offer threading also. I will keep coming back :)

I normally don’t go here) I went to go get my eyebrows threaded and keep in mind I have been getting them done for about 10 years now one of the ladies was really rude to me she kept putting baby powder on my eyebrows which kept getting in my nose and to add to that my eyebrows where uneven.Then she put a tissue and started RUBBING!! my eyebrows which where not only red and they also burned I have never felt anything like that before and told her to stop politely and she was looking at her phone a lot. And she was speaking in a different language but I could kinda tell she was yelling. I have never had a horrible experience I will never go there again so please I myself consider not going there again 🙂.

I have been going to Cecilia Ponce for years. She always does GREAT work. She does exactly what I ask and it always comes out how I love, no matter what I try. She is super sweet and very talented. She’s taken me from dyed black hair to being a redhead, to having platinum blonde highlights, all without damaging my hair. I know when I go to her, I will leave happy.

My first time here was fine, but the 2nd time I came here, I came with my mom and I’m disappointed and so is my mom. We came there around 3:30pm. We told them what exactly what we want. My mom is supposed to get dusty lavendar and I’m supposed to get ombre grey, BUT we came out with different color. My mom got grey hair and I came out with brown, grey, blue-purple-ish. It was horrible experience... We left around 10:55pm... Take a note! The mall closes at 9pm... It took them literally about 7 to 8 hours and yet they weren’t done. We had to leave because my mom works and it was so late already... Honestly, we thought that we are going to get out before 9pm but no... We left at 10:55pm just because my mom goes to work at 11pm... If we hadn’t told them about it, I think we would have come out around 12am... They rushed everything... After 7 to 8 hours our hair weren’t near to be done. They told us to come back. I came back, but my mom was so disappointed that she’s just going to dye her hair herself with the color that she plans to get in the first place. I came back bc I didn’t want to keep my hair like that. The result of my hair was so so... just because one side is lighter than the other side of my hair. I could still see some hair that has brown and blue-purple-ish color. I don’t speak spanish, but I understood some of their conversation. The lady that was dying my hair, doesn’t know why my hair came out with the color that it has right now. She even asked the lady next to her if my hair is grey omg... The lady told her in spanish that my mom has grey hair and grey is supposed to look like that. They made us pay the full amount... My mom paid $200 for grey color hair that she never wanted to get. She was supposed to get dusty lavendar... My mom paid $180 for my hair and honestly, It’s not worth it. I CAN’T BELIEVE THAT THEY MADE US PAY FOR FULL PRICE... They were taking their time and chit chat with each other and used their phones....The mall closed already and they were still bleaching our hair smh... My hair started shredding when she was brushing it... Honestly, my mom and I are so done that we are just trying to look on the bright side... We acted nice in front of them just because what’s done have been done and we can’t do anything else anymore... our hair are so damage... NOT WORTH IT. They shouldn’t have charged us full price! We could’ve gotten our hair done in a different salon. If you think that you can’t achieve the color, let us know and we can decide not to get it. Rather than trusting you guys and this happened... So horrible.
