Great experience! I called ahead to schedule an appointment with TN for the perfect holiday nails and they got me in within an hour. My full set with gel polish is literally the best nail design I have ever had! Will definitely be back!

I've been going here for over 3 years now and will never go anywhere else! Great customer service and great work. I will suggest calling ahead or making an appointment, they're so good they're always busy!

Walk ins are Never Welcome here and they are rude

Customer service is full of rude people. Their signs says walk ins welcome but I walked in and their first excuse was they're booked. There was one person in the damn salon.

I just drove an hour to get a pedicure. I got there a hour and a half before their website says they close, and guess what, they're closed. They are also aware that the closing time is incorrect on their site but have not fixed it. I am extremely disappointed.

I really wanted to give this place a second chance, but after trying again, I will not be returning. Both times I had appointments and waited the first time 45 minutes, and the second time 20 minutes. To make matters worse both times they were extremely rude. I have never had such a negative experience and poor customer service skills at any other nail salon. The rude behavior we experienced from two different nail techs was unwarranted. Very disappointed. Also, their full set did not last even one full week and when I went back to have them fix it, I was met with more rudeness claiming it wasn’t chip, but general “ware & tare.”. Don’t waste your time or money, go somewhere else.

My daughter and I visited this salon for the first time yesterday. I am thoroughly impressed and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great nail tech. The gentleman who did our full sets is highly skilled and did an amazing job. I got coffin shaped nails, my daughter got almond shaped and he NAILED it! The lady who did my design was awesome as well. This place is definitely our new go to. Prices are fair and reasonable and the environment is relaxing and clean. Check them out!!

Amazing folks, very professional. Place is ridiculously clean. Clean before seating clients and after. Fridge stocked of drinks for customers. Definitely a great place to have your maintenance done for men/women. Got a pedicure with my girlfriend who setup the appointment. 😁😁

Came here for gel manicure, and service was decent! I did walk in and I waited about 20-30 minutes before they seat me. My tech (I couldn’t remember her name) was thorough and I like the result. Price is too high, I got charge $45 for french gel manicure and I have short nails. Overall atmosphere is okay, some techs were talking loudly, but it was a good visit.

I wanted nails done not just panting.but that's all they did. Could of asked if I wanted tips or just a nail painting. Heck I could of done painting on my own.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Horrible experience!! Staff was very rude!! Wanted my eyebrows done thin and she had a problem with it!! It was my first and last time!! Stay away from them.

If you are a woman of color I would suggest going somewhere your appreciated and not tolerated. I was told that the color I picked out ( a light lavender) would not go well my skin tone. I was polite and said ok but inside I was offended, upset and felt unappreciated . I also got cut on the side of my finger by the drill and I got a “sorry” as he continued.

Vivian is the best! Super friendly staff and a very clean shop. I wish I found them sooner. Just remember they only take tips in cash. I will definitely be coming back!
