my husband purchased a 1 year unlimited laser hair removal treatment on groupon back in 2019.. due to covid it was cut short by a couple mouths. So for Christmas in 2022 he got me another years worth for me to finally finish. Love Laura and that is the only reason I am not rating this a 1.. I was only able to get one session done cause she stated she had to move due to rent increase and she stated she would let me know in a month or two where she will be so I can finish.. well that was almost 7 months ago and I have tried to contact with 0 response. That's not how you keep a customers by ghosting them when they paid for a service and you did not complete your obligations. Very disappointed 😞

Just like other reviews, very nice to start with but ghosts after first treatment and is scamming people. DO NOT GO HERE. If I could leave 0 stars I would. There was a Groupon deal going on for $165 for unlimited hair removal treatments for a year on a large area. I stopped in just to ask a few questions about what that would entail. She explained and said that the lady who was supposed to have an appointment at that time hasn't showed up and she told me I could get it done right then. I was gonna pay through Groupon and she told me she would honor the same deal if I payed cash. So I gave her $180 cash and she gave me a treatment right away. I was supposed to have and appointment on the 28th of December so I showed up and the door was locked with the closed sign posted. I texted once and called and left her voice-mails. I went to her reviews online and saw that many people have complained about her not responding and being very unprofessional. People who run a business should stick true to their word and run it properly or not run one at all. I don't even care about the money, I just can't stand people who aren't true to their word. I also don't want anyone else's time wasted. It is currently 4:30pm and I am still sitting in front of this lady's store 1 hour after I was supposed to have my appointment. I hope she is talked to or better yet, shut down. - Sincerely an angry customer

Literally the best!! I'm such a babie and have to take multiple breaks during my laser hair removal. The owner is always patient and kind with me. She gave me every bit of information I need to see the best results. Always honest and truly has a great energy about her. I would recommend for any treatment she offers. I have nothing negative to say about this amazing spa and the incredible owner.

I came to V Aesthetics for laser hair removal on my neck and cheeks. Laura was awesome. I originally called and left a message. She got back to me the same day, and offered me an appointment that day. She explained the whole process and the machine she used. Price was more than fair. Places like this are why I avoid large chains whenever possible!

I had an appointment scheduled with Laura at 1100 AM. I arrived a few minutes early knowing that I would have to fill out consent forms. That took me all about 3 minutes. A walk-in from the salon next door came in asking questions about a product that she also sells. Laura took me to the back room and just told me to wait. I waited approximately 20 minutes before putting back on my clothes and letting her know that I was no longer interested in her doing my laser hair touch up. Mind you this appointment was set up 2 weeks ago and I had to ask her if she wanted me to remove my clothing so that she could do the treatment. She was very unprofessional and seemed upset with me because I told her I did not want her to do the treatment. Definitely do not recommend.

Laura is a wonderful massage therapist. She identified areas of pain and knots and removed them. I feel very rejuvenated & will be back again soon! Would highly recommend her.

Terrible customer service, I ordered a facial for my girlfriend for her birthday and she called several times to make an appointment over a span of three weeks, leaving messages and there was no response at all until about a month after the initial contact. Ruined her birthday, thanks a lot!
