I’ve been coming to Valencia for a few months now. I’ve lived all over and finding a nail salon with every move is challenging. For those looking look no further! Tracy is exceptional any idea she executes beautifully and she is such a delight and so kind. I highly recommend her and Valencia!

Used dirty tools on me, passive aggressive and tired, not an enjoyable or relaxing experience. Left feeling grossed out and guilty for even going. I got a mani pedi with clear polish. Would not recommend.

Best pedicure options I’ve ever had, I love how spa-like it is, also have gotten my manicures here and they are great as well. Everyone is so nice that works here, I bring all my friends and recommend it.

As a first-time customer, I was disappointed with my experience at this salon. I requested stiletto nails, but the technician, Bella, applied tips that were too wide for my fingers, resulting in nails that looked bulky and unflattering. Despite this, I wore them for two weeks, even with one nail broken and another cracked. I decided to give the salon another chance, and after speaking with Bella’s husband on the phone, he assured me that I would receive a discount. Given that I had already spent over $200 (including a tip), I expected fair treatment. During my second visit, Bella did provide the stiletto nails I originally wanted, but the overall experience was far from pleasant. I felt rushed, and there seemed to be impatience on her part, especially since I required a full set redo. While I was working remotely during the appointment, Bella made a comment suggesting that if I needed to work, I shouldn't come at that time—something I found unnecessary and unprofessional, as I’ve never encountered this type of remark at other salons. To add to the frustration, my total bill came to $165, with only a $10 discount. Considering I had just spent over $200 two weeks earlier, I expected a more significant discount. Spending over $300 in two weeks for two full sets is excessive in my opinion. Additionally, I found the communication lacking, and when asked to redo certain aspects of my nails, there was a noticeable attitude. In summary, my experience at this salon was unsatisfactory, and I wouldn’t recommend it. However, if you choose to visit, proceed with caution. In addition, I have always placed a high value on how I am treated as a customer, and unfortunately, my second experience did not meet my expectations. To add to my frustration, I had my nails done on Monday, September 30th, and just one day later, one of them cracked. Having spent $165, I certainly did not expect this issue so soon after the appointment. This outcome feels both unprofessional and unacceptable, given the price and quality I anticipated. While this is my personal experience, others may choose to visit your salon at their own discretion. Good luck.

My daughter and I just came back from getting pedicures - it was a nice and positive experience! Both ladies were extremely nice, the salon is extremely clean, uncluttered and peaceful with spa music, and an important issue for me after going to other nail salons is they were NOT PUSHY! I've had bad experiences with other spas with the techs trying to push additional and expensive services on to me which I do not appreciate, but here they didn't do this. We unfortunately didn't get the names of the ladies that served us, but mine was very gentle and very thorough and I had a relaxing pedi. I'll definitely be going back!

Pleasant and friendly atmosphere. My nail technician Thomas explains what he is doing to your nails and gives you recommendations on how to preserve your nails. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience! Highly recommended! They are primarily appointment only which means there is not much of a wait, everyone was extremely kind and personable. I asked my daughter how I should get my nails done, so she sent me a pic (third pic). I showed Tracy and she did an amazing job. I've been to a few places in the area and I just haven't been satisfied with the work. This is my fourth time here. I also got a pedicure with two acrylic toe nails (i like my toes even) and they looked great! The overall pedicure was super relaxing. I definitely recommend Tracy! Thomas has also done my nails and he too, does amazing work!

I came in as a walking looking to get a pedicure before I went into labor at 9 months pregnant. The staff was so kind to me. I ended up adding a manicure on and a second tech came over and did my nails while my feet where being done because they wanted me to be in the most comfortable chair. I was absolutely shocked at how considerate and thoughtful everyone was. Thank you so much for the best experience!

I had a great experience here today. I don't get nails done often, but my husband set it up as a mother's day present. I got the milk and honey pedicure. For $65 it was well worth the cost for a full pampering including so many massages, hot stones, wax and toe color. My feet have never felt nicer. The staff were so nice as well, it was a very welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be back, and will bring my husband with me next time!

My experience here for my first time was the BEST! Very kind, kid friendly, and all around the best. I went with two of my friends, and they treated us so well in a timely manner. I haven't had my toes done in years, and the older lady made sure I was well taken care of.

Shortened version - 3 bad, overpriced experiences, at 2 different salons, in 3 months, led me to Valencia early last week. Now I will not go anywhere else. I am a new loyal customer! Pic does little justice for how beautiful my nails are now. (The one nail is not crooked, my finger is... hahaha) More detailed version - I visited 2 salons in 3 months and was extremely disappointed. The first salon did a gel mani/pedi (no acrylics, just polish). The polish on my fingers peeled off less than 2 weeks later. For around $100, I expected them to last a little longer. Then I visited a different salon and was a little taken aback to pay $70 for a full set (before adding tip). Upon getting home, my family said the nails weren't even, and they were right. I went back to the first place, hoping to get a different tech - I did, but only for my toes. The same lady from before did my fingers (they were too busy to ask for someone else). It was not as bad as the first time, but not the best quality for paying $140 for a pedicure and a fill-in. (Pedicure was only $60, no hot stones, very little massage.) My fingernails looked like they needed another fill-in within 1 week of being there. I went to Valencia this past week and was shocked when Thomas, my tech, showed me how thick the acrylics were from these other places. I was embarrassed to see that, and how crooked my nails really were. He did an AMAZING job fixing months of mistakes. Thomas took his time with the fill, he shortened my nails, made them even and filed down the thickness to make them look more natural then carefully, meticulously polished them. It was well worth the $55 I paid. The ladies doing pedicures (for other clients) were so friendly and talkative, just like Thomas. He took the time to explain their services and talked about his experience in the industry. All services *WITH PRICES* are listed online. You can see they really care about what they do. I will definitely keep coming back. I can't wait to have them do a pedicure, hopefully with my hubs in the chair beside me...lol.
