NEVER COME HERE!!!! My nails have never looked worse!!! And I told the guy I was going on a trip and wouldn’t be back for awhile and he said he would redo them but when I showed back up today. he said it’d been over 30 days, And that I had to be back within the 30 days. which was never stated because I said that I was going to be on a trip and didn’t know when I would be back but the young guy at the front said it was ok! The old guy at the front was so rude and just kept restating what the computer said and he said I would have to repay to do them which I would NEVER EVER come back here to get my nails done unless they were free. So unbelievably rude. Even in the beginning when I told them how ugly my nails looked I payed 85 dollars for them to look ridiculous! Never come here and tell friends and family… unless you want your nails to look horrendous!

Jay and Veronica are both amazing!! Jay has been doing my nextgen nails for about a year and Veronica my spa pedicures. I highly recommend both of them. My favorite treat to have when I go is the iced or hot veitnamese coffee.

Sometimes this place is great, other times it's just meh. I really liked my lady, but this round was rough. She was in a hurry and was not mindful of my cues that she was hurting me. Actual polish was slapped on and I had to get her to fix some bubbles from the rush. I come here regularly, so I know they can do better, especially for the prices we pay

Usually I show nail techs pictures of how I want my nails done and I come out with them looking nothing like the picture. That was not the case with this place. Kristy gave me a manicure and pedicure. She not only made it look like the picture, but she made it look 10x better! She was very creative and took her time. She was also so sweet, I enjoyed her so very much! I 100% recommend!

I’ve been a loyal customer for 4+ years and yesterday was the absolute worst experience I’ve had. Went in for a full dip set and pedicure. The young woman that did my nails had a very ugly attitude when I asked her if she could clean up my nails around the cuticle. She got upset and refused to fix all of my nails after I explained to her what I wanted. She fixed one hand and left the other as was. I hesitated getting the pedicure but stuck it out. I did speak with the front desk assistant and explained to her that my nails looked horrible and wanted someone to fix it. She agreed that one hand was really off. Instead of getting me someone else that knows what they are doing she puts me back with the girl that messed up my nails and she is still trying to explain to me that I’m wrong. So I’m there getting my pedicure and the lady who was giving me my pedicure proceeded to tell me that I had a hairy face and should wax it. I asked her how much for that service and she told me she would tell me in the wax room. She was very pushy and aggressive about it. I follow her to the was room just to get her price and next thing I know she’s slapping hot wax on my neck then tells me she’s going to charge me $70 I never asked for this service. I was bullied into it. I looked on the website and saw that full face wax is $40. But the neck is extra. I never asked for that. It was too late. She had already started. I have never experienced anything like this before. Not sure what is going on but it’s highly unprofessional also the tools for the pedicure aren’t being properly sanitized. I will never return to this establishment, very disappointed and dissatisfied with this experience.

Not a great experience. Went in to have my acrylics taken off and just regular nail paint put on. They took the acrylics off no problem by filing it down. The technician kept getting the stuff flying around in her eyes. Then she proceeded to file my nails and paint them. Very sloppy work and left my fingers white from the acrylic removal. Said thank you and not yet and then proceeded to walk away and leave me for 10 minutes just waiting. Went up to the front to ask if I was done and they said yes. No one even offered me a beverage but offered everyone around me a drink. Just not a great experience overall

I have been dedicated to seeing IVY for the past 5 years! She is the absolute BEST. She is so kind and she is very detailed with my toes and nails. The salon itself was very clean, I was greeted promptly and kindly. The Vietnamese coffee is delightful. 10000/10 recommend you come see Ivy!

I had asked for a simple almond light blue set. I was argued with at every request I had made. Had eyes rolled at me and head shaking. I had been refused an almond shape and then charged for almond shape (because that makes sense) and overall was not treated well as a costumer.

Went here for the first time on Sunday. I was very hopeful because the appointment started off so well. The nail technician was very nice. She took her time shaping my nails and the shape was nice. However by the end of my appointment I slowly became disappointed. The French tip I got looks sloppy and some of them are not even. Today as I was looking at them I noticed that the top coat on two of nails at the very tip is already chipping off and one nail appears to be lifting already. I spent $95 and 24 hours later they’re already messing up.

I love going here to get my nails done. I don't have a specific tech that I go to. Every one that I've seen has been great. If you're looking for a luxury nail experience this is the place to go.

I went for a mani & pedi. The manicure was great and I had no issues! During the pedicure, my nails were clipped in a way that resulted in two ingrown toenails. I previously have gone for a manicure and had the technician cough not once but twice on my hands. I have given this place several chances but do to the repeated issues, I will not return.

I’ve been going to Valencia Nail Spa on I10 for many years and always saw my favorite nail tech. Up into recently my last visit was not good. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails done and told her to use bubble bath nail polish with white glitter french tip. I left with my nails looking like the color of peptobismol and the french top part didn’t even have the curve like it should, it was a straight line. Some of nails were not even colored on the sides. I brought it to her attention and she tells me ok. I guess maybe she was having a off day. I immediately told the tall older guy that works up front at checkout who has absolutely no customer service. He tells me ok I’ll take off ten dollars. At this point I’m like I want my nails redone but not the same day cause I was there for two whole hours. For the amount of money I pay and the tip I leave, I except a 💯. I called another Valencia location and left my information for the owner to call me. Never got that phone call! Because of the rudeness of the older tall guy and no response from the owner, I now go to another nail spa in the area that do amazing work, customer service is a 💯 and their nail color selection is wild (amazing).

Lynn is the absolute best! She is very knowledgeable and very good at her job. I have been seeing her now for 7 years and couldn’t imagine seeing anyone else. I always have the best experience. You will not be disappointed.❤️

Ethan has done my 💅🏻 nails twice now with the Dip Powder. He is fabulous. I have enjoyed both of my experiences & my nails have looked great for a month! The staff is wonderful also!!!

I didn't love this place the first time I came (2 years ago), but it was GREAT today! The service was excellent, and their piña coladas are SO good! We will be back for sure. Very relaxing. I also really appreciate that they didn't ask me to pay until I was on my way out, because it kind of ruins the relaxed feel when they bring your ticket as things are just getting started with your service.

I’ve always had great experiences here! Nudo did my nails today and I wanted a specific ombré look but usually get dip. Nudo recommended acrylic for a smoother look and I absolutely love the way they came out! I didn’t get the usual arm/hand massage that I love, so that’s the only reason not 5 stars. Will definitely be back again! Thank you

My nails are completely ruined to the quick. Really awful. My advice is to NOT go here but buy your own drinks and do your own nails. OR go to a legit nail tech in Boerne.

The lady that did my pedicure was so nice and I'm happy with nail repair. The color looks awful, it's so uneven in alot of spots. I couldn't get a close look until I was gone or would of said something then. Not worth 80.00
