I was told that they would give me a refund of $25 towards a pedicure for $10 for the very poor manicure they did on my daughter. Once I got there they would only give me the credit if I took down the poor review I gave them, that's so shady. So I did and then the manager only offered me $10 credit bit the $25....very wrong and poor customer service. The person that did my pedicure was good but the pedicure only lasted 4 days and it is cracked and chipping off. They use very poor and old polish obviously because twice now I've had a pedicure there and it doesn't last more than 5 days. Will. Not return.

My favorite stylist ever, Stephanie with Hair Cult Salon, works here. The space is small and intimate but she always does and amazing job on my hair. She's well versed in all types of hair and you can tell she really loves and takes care of her clients. I'm a hairstylist myself with fine hair but a TON of it. I'm very picky about who I see, but I never worry with her! She's all around an amazing person and stylist!

Valencia Salon Studios is a place where individual hair or nail professionals rent an individual space. I was there today to visit Emily Lopez to do my hair for the first time (amazing!) and I was a bit lost. So know this: a) there are two entrances - one from the front parking lot on Shea, and one in back, b) this is not in the same shopping mall as the pizza place and the karaoke fish place and all those places - it's next door- trust your google map!, c) I couldn't find Emily at first because I didn't realize there were so many separate practitioners and she was way in the back (which is where I'll park next time). So if your favorite stylist sends you here, ask them where they are - it's not too huge, but it's helpful to feel less silly wandering around.
