Wonderful customer service! I felt like my hair was properly styled and cut, leaving me so happy with my hair. A special thanks to the wonderful stylist April who worked on my haircut. I love it so much definitely coming back.🩷

I deleted my review because I felt bad and I wanted to give them a chance to fix it. The way the owner reacted to the situation was so rude and unprofessional, I’m putting my review back up so no one else has to deal with this. It’s super long, I know. From the beginning, I asked for bangs (first photo). Over the phone, they said walk in is fine. While Grace was cutting my hair, I apologized for coming in an hour before closing. She did my hair SO GOOD, I was so happy and pleased that I tipped her 30% instead of the usual 20% because I felt bad coming in an hour before closing and because I was just so happy that I was ready for Grace to be the only person I go to. My bangs were pretty long in the first photo, I would get poked in the eye a lot and I also wear glasses but Grace reassured me that once I used my hair roller it would lift so I left it alone for a week to test different styling techniques. I was still getting poked so I decided to call, I asked how much to trim and the lady who answered said don’t worry about it, just a quick trim. I come in, the owner says it’s $25, I mentioned the phone call and she said oh okay and no charge. I have no idea what happened between the first time and this time. I asked for a TINY bit off. But she just chopped so much and it’s uneven. I gave Grace my hair roller to show me how to use it (some people start at the end, some people start at the top, I wanted HER technique). They’re completely two different bang styles now. I left a review but then I immediately felt like, okay you know what I’ll give them a chance to even it out or whatever. Deleted the review. Tried calling and they ignored me. My boyfriend called and the owner called back. This is where it went BAD. She didn’t let my boyfriend speak AT ALL, the way she was talking was basically go f yourself, it was my fault I didn’t know how to style my hair (weird because I was really happy with my bangs and styling when it was too long, it was just a little long THAT IT, she was trying to make us feel bad for leaving a negative review because it’s a small business, told us we were ruining a small business. She said Grace had to close her shop, is retired and only works there part time. Again, basically kept repeating that it was MY fault that it came out bad and I didn’t know how to style it. Also mentioned how the haircut is normally $125 but gave me $65, but when I called over the phone before coming the first time, they said $65? I wouldn’t have gone if it was over $100. I had NO issues the first time, they were just a little long, that’s all. Just needed a centimeter off. I have no idea what happened. To end this, Grace is a very very kind lady, she did mess up my bangs. The owner is what ruined this completely. The owners disrespect towards her customer, didn’t apologize for the mess up, blaming your customer when your hair stylist is the one cutting my hair, I didn’t cut it. I specifically came back because I didn’t want to mess up doing it myself. Again, Grace’s only fault is messing up. It’s the owner who handled this situation very poorly and what prompted to put my review back up for others to be aware, the other reviews are not lying when they say she is rude and disrespectful and very unprofessional.

No puedo dar cero estrellas porque no se puede pero me molesta que se digan profesionales y hagan trabajos así de mal. mi esposo fue por un simple corte de cabello y esto fue lo que recibió, nisiquiera se tomaron la molestia de limpiar el cabello del cuello. Le tardaron 40 minutos y le cobraron $30 y salió bañado en agua y cabello pegado en su piel por todos lados. Habían otras estilistas y nisiquiera se tomaron la molestia de corregir a su compañera o ofrecerle arreglarle el corte, solo lo dejaron ir así. El llevaba prisa ese día y confío en el servicio que le dieron. Lección aprendida! El fue un Sabado-17-2024 en la mañana. I can't give zero stars because I can't but it bothers me that they call themselves professionals and do things this badly. My husband went for a simple haircut and this is what he received. They didn't even bother to clean the hair off his neck. They took 40 minutes and charged him $30 and he came out covered in water and hairs stuck to his skin everywhere. There were other stylists and they didn't even bother to correct their colleague or offer to fix his cut, they just let him go like that. He was in a hurry that day and he trusted the service they gave him. Lesson learned! He went on a Saturday-17-2024 in the morning.

I called in for a service for a simple wash and they responded so rude and intitled. I asked for a gloss and they started acussing me of being a hairstylist and a liar and told me to to go get it done with whoever recommended. So rude and disrespectful. I was left so shocked and clueless I don’t understand their attitude

First time i found this place was 5 years ago, and everytime i do something to my hair, I always go back to Valentina Salon, for hair color, hair treatment or either for just hair cut/ hair trim. Rheina is the best! 😍 My hair feels always so soft and easy to manage. 💇🏽‍♀️Easy appointment, easy transactions and always transparent with the cost. Always will recommend this place for ladies who wants to have healthy hair and gorgeous look. Thank you, Rheina ❤️

I wouldn’t even leave a star. Reyna did my hair, I asked for a regular blowout and she told me “your hair is too thick” my biggest problem was putting direct heat on my curls. I paid for a blowout and she used a curling iron just for it to come out 5 min after. She’s very unprofessional. Speaking bad about her past coworkers & sharing their personal business. If I wanted tea time I could’ve gone to my home girl’s. Not only did I NOT get what I paid for, but she wasted my time and she was unprofessional. I tried calling for a refund and she locked her shop up as soon as I left. Not to mention the way she kept leaving my hair to text. The service was terrible. I’m still waiting on that refund ! These photos were taken as soon as I left the shop. I live only 5 minutes away. The effort you use to drag other women, you should put into doing hair, especially if I’m going to pay you for it.

I visited Valentina hair salon. Reina has done my hair before, but this time Linda took care of my hair. She did my haircut, and for the first time, I tried the Brazilian blowout. I was very happy with the end results.

I have been at Valentina’s Hair Salon three times. The first time Reina fixed my hair that another stylist messed up. The second time she recommended highlights instead of dye because my hair was so damaged. And this time she gave me full highlights and it turned out so beautiful. Reina is very knowledgeable when it comes to her profession and as long as she’s at that Salon she’s the only one that will touch my hair.

I been coming to Valentina hair salon since 2018, I was going away and I really need help with hair , Reyna walk me through with my choices, I need a lot help , My hair end with a nice color and highlights , and very condition ,. I had the strangest interaction with this shop today my mother was looking for a hair cut so I started looking on the internet and saw this salon I called to ask a couple questions before deciding if we wanted to make an appointment but they didn’t answer , no problem I didn’t leave a message or anything just hung up and found another salon and went there, about 45 minutes later I got a call from a number I didn’t recognize so I just left it so they could leave a message , they didn’t leave one but called back again so I picked up the person on the other end was rude and was asking wat they could do for me I said nothing I was looking for a salon service but found. Some where else they kept asking wat they could do for me I explained that I don’t need anything and that I didn’t leave a message I’m not interested in anything and thank you she then said “this is an office phone we can see everything “ I was just so confused and was like thank u good bye and hung up they called me back three more times and then texted me twice one with a video and the other their link to book an appointment the whole thing was very strange and off putting and seemed unprofessional and desperate, I never have received any kind of services from them but if this is the way they conduct buisness that pretty weird to me but go at ur own risk ….

The lady, who I am assuming is the owner, answered the phone and I asked if she had any availability today. She said she could see me at 3:00pm today. I asked her ONE question about price just to make sure that I would be comfortable visiting. She went off. She started telling me that she is over booking, that it takes 3 months to get an appointment, and that she cannot accommodate me today. AFTER telling me she could see me at 3… She was upset that she did not have a receptionists. She followed up with telling me that she only answered my phone call because I called twice. She went on about being so busy she is answering the phone and holding a blow dryer on the other hand… okay? What an absolutely rude person. She completely turned me off from visiting here and I am reading that other people have had similar experiences. I hope she stops being so busy so she can take some time to learn some common courtesy.

This was my first time here. I came in for a haircut and I am amazed by the results! Reina provided the services for me. Not only is she courteous but she is very attentive and pays attention to your needs and what you expect of the end result. She takes her time detailing every inch of your hair and does an amazing job overall! She is so sweet too! Salon is very clean and well maintained so that is an extra plus! Thank you for my beautiful haircut I look forward to making this my go to hair salon!

What the hell. Called to ask about $. The lady said $65 to start. For a straight cut. What? She admitted to double booking her stylist. So that seemed bad. Also, required a $35 deposit. Yeah. No thanks. The reason we keep paying these outrageous prices is because people keep doing so. This service needs to be more reasonable.

Fue la mejor decisión q hice me canto como mi color y highlights , la condición, y los productos q me recomendaron! Tienen una cuenta para siempre! Lo recomiendo al 100!

 I been coming to Valentina hair salon since 2020 I really wanted to change my dark hair color to blonde I went to a few salons in Fontana no one wanted to do my hair and , Reyna walk me through with my choices, I need a lot help , My hair end with a nice color and highlights , and very condition ,.
