This place is absolutely amazing. Not only is the vibe inside so chic and bold and empowering without over doing it, it’s also filled with so many talented and devoted women working there. I see Charlee regularly, and on my gosh she hits it on the nail everytime! She always educates me on what works best for my hair and for overall hair health. If you’re looking for a new salon, local or not ..this is your place!

A luxury experience with professional and kind staff. I’ve been going to Charlee for years and have always enjoyed the atmosphere of the salon and watching all of the hair specialists work. You can tell when people love their job by how they interact with the clients. I am always impressed by the details put into this business - ran by a true boss babe and all of the boss babe staff.

Haley Valentine is an absolute gem! From start to finish, she was the epitome of professionalism and talent. On my wedding day, Haley made me feel like a true beauty queen! She arrived on time, worked efficiently, and brought such a fun, positive energy to the morning. My hair looked absolutely stunning and stayed flawless all night long—even through hours of dancing! My bridesmaids couldn’t stop raving about her either; she made everyone look and feel amazing. We are all so grateful Haley was part of our special day. If you’re looking for a skilled, reliable, and wonderful hair stylist for your wedding (or any event), I can’t recommend Haley enough!

I hadn’t had my hair cut or colored for six months+ 2” of roots with blonde hair. Took a shot on Abbey since she had an opening, my hair is gorgeous now. She did an amazing job.

Hannah for Haley Valentine Collective was such a treat to have for my wedding day. I changed my hairstyle last minute before my wedding, and she nailed it! We had so many guests come up to myself and my bridesmaids asking where we got our hair done. She was efficient, kind, and so fun to be around! Recommend to all brides!!

I saw Charlee for a cut and color. She worked magic!!! I had a few pictures and told her (probably not well) a general look that I was trying to achieve. I think she was able to read my mind because I have never left a salon looking or feeling so good. I’m so excited I found her! Also, you know this place is good because it’s truly painful to post a good review when you have to book an appointment… this just makes it harder to get something in the future, but she is excellent and I don’t want to be a gatekeeper.

Hanna and the entire Haley Valentine team were amazing for my wedding hair. Hanna was so easy to work with on my trial and executed an amazing style. On wedding day, she single handedly styled 9 (!!!) people in the wedding party. Everyone was thrilled with their hair, and it lasted all night (which included hours of dancing). I couldn't recommend them anymore!

I had my hair done by Haley for my wedding day and it was INCREDIBLE 100/10. My hair stayed put all day and night and looked incredible. She did an amazing job.

Always an amazing experience with the Val Gals. Not only do they do amazing hair, but they offer an all around relaxing experience! The studio is a vibe, playlist is 🔥, tons of great products, snacks, and friendliest staff. Highly recommend checking them out!

Anne was absolutely amazing! She not only styled my hair for my wedding, but also 8 other women. She was kind, funny, and easy to work with. She listened to what everyone wanted, and everyone loved their hair! Anne made me feel gorgeous on my wedding day. I highly recommend her and the Valentine Collective Salon!

Ella was great! I’ve had some scary experiences at other Seattle salons, so I was so pleasantly surprised to stumble upon Valentine Collective. The salon was clean, easy to find, and everyone was sweet. Ella let me know she was an apprentice, but you’d never know because she is very knowledgeable and confident in her ability. Going to be back for some extensions soon 🙂

Everything about my experience at Valentine Collective over the past year and a half has been a 10/10 experience, and I recommend this salon every chance that I get! Haley is a gem - and is so talented! I always leave happy with my hair (I am a blonde and picky about who I let do my color!), and the salon itself is beautiful. Highly recommend!

I love these girly pops! Haley saaaved my hair when it was chopped off into an unfortunate uneven bob by a completely different salon. Then, Kayla helped me color correct and got years black box dye out of my hair (an angel) to start my process of going back towards my natural hair color. I also recently saw Ella for a quick trim and she gave me exactly what I asked for! No matter who you see here, you’re in great hands!! Whether i’m in the mood to chat, relax, or put my airpods in and escape into a good podcast, they’re completely fine with it which I appreciate as a sometimes anxious human. :) 10/5 stars honestly. I appreciate you and your VCO team, Haley ❤️

The entire bridal team was incredible from the first contact to the wedding day. They were responsive, receptive, reassuring, professional, and so fun to work with! My stylist, Hanna, was creative and so talented! I’ll recommend them time & time again to any future bride!

I tried valentine collective out for the first time about October 2023, and just had another appointment, May 2024. Each time Abbey has done a great job with my hair and gets the vision down of elevating a look but still remaining natural! It is pricey for a mini blonding session+haircut, but worth it to indulge yourself on the occasion. The salon is in a good location with easy street parking, and is overall a cute space

After moving to Seattle, it took about a year to find a salon that I like in the area. Valentine Collective has been exactly what I was looking for and more. Just what I needed :) I have seen most of the stylists and had consistently great services. I love the aesthetic to top it all off. That’s for fitting my needs VCO!!

I got a gloss with Ella. Her vibration definitely added life to the salon. She was kind and upbeat. She also took the time to educate me on my hair type and product which was helpful. I would rebook with her! The salon itself was really cute and upscale.

I have been to Valentine Collective Salon about 6 times since May 2023 and I have had such a lovely experience every single time. I started off by seeing Haley who did a beautiful job taking me to a nice summer blonde to help me grow out my natural color! And Over the past few months I have been seeing Ella who is absolutely phenomenal! On the weekends sometimes I like to get a blowout to save time and both times Ella did absolutely amazing. I also recently needed a big chop in which I was not thrilled about and explained to Ella that I may become a bit emotional. She took her time making sure I was comfortable at each stage of the cut before cutting any further. It really made the whole experience a lot less stressful and in the end I received a cute new haircut for the summer time. If you’re looking for a new salon, this is your place!

My favorite salon I have ever been to! The space is beautiful, all the gals are so friendly, and they are amazing at what they do. I see Haley regularly to spruce up my blonde (or copper during the fall) and she always does an incredible job with both my color and cut. I don’t trust anyone else to cut my hair! I have also seen Abbey when I couldn’t get in with Haley and she was also incredible! 10/10 recommend ❤️

My first experience at VCS was wonderful! The salon is quaint and beautiful - such a chic vibe. I love their assortment of products as well as bevvy options they offer during your service! My first appointment was with Abbey, and just like the salon, she was wonderful! Super cool and down to earth and left happy with what she did with my hair. Can’t wait for my appointment back at the salon next week!

The salon is clean, they have snacks and drinks to offer clients. I booked a haircut and deep condition treatment with Kayla. She fixed my choppy, uneven haircut and I didn't even need to lose any length. After years of shopping around for a solid stylist in Seattle I finally found a good fit. I will definitely be back to see Kayla!
