Very professional services and Ms DJ is so sweet

had my first and last visit to this salon. The beautician that I had, Valerie, was very rough with my hair. She yanked and pulled it roughly after it was washed, and it was not deep conditioned. instead of focusing on one individual at a time, she hopped from client to client which made the experience very impersonal. People constantly barged in and interrupted her doing her work, and she would stop to answer the phone in the middle of doing someone's hair. All I wanted was a wash and set, and it took FOUR hours for that! The next day, my hair was very dry and didn't feel healthy and moisturized. I only tried this place based on the suggestion of a co worker who balked when I told her how much I paid at my normal beauticians at Healthy Hair Solutions. But in this case, you get what you pay for! Valentino's hair salon seems to be focused on styling hair at the expense of its health. Whereas I'm used to the opposite at Healthy Hair Solutions.
