This place was wonderful. Super worth it. I’m super indecisive but Linda was super kind and patient. She worked with me to make sure I was satisfied. The work itself was great. Left feeling happy! Will definitely come back again!!!!

I can't thank Queen at Valley Nails enough! After a not-so-great experience at a different salon, I was feeling pretty discouraged. But Queen was incredibly supportive and worked her magic to fix what I thought was beyond saving. She truly cares about her clients and her skill is unmatched. I’m so grateful to be back in her hands—she’s the best!

I came to take off my gel and get a regular nail polish. The person who did it, painted the nails well (that's why 1 star added) but ultimately really damaged my nails. First, by taking off the gel she took off parts of my nails, it was painful. I didn't even soak the nails in acetone, the gel was scratched right away, breaking my nails. Then after a couple of days I found I got multiple hangnails. So, in 1 hour from perfectly healthy nails I got damaged ones with hangnails that will require weeks of rehabilitation. Really regret that I trusted this salon and haven't just done it at home.

I used this place for 20+ years. They change the new owner. I was going with her for 10 years and only one time I complain my polish it was not good didn’t look good so I asked for a refund on it one time after 20+ years onto the rest of it she refused to give me the money back and she told me it was very rude with the lady who did my pedicure when I use it for 20 years I already complained one time and she told me in a text I was very rude to ask for my refund ..I was going to a wedding look like this !! Sad but true I was a good client for long time !! Sad because I’m DIDNT said anything to be rude

I was greeted with a smile and was seated immediately. I was helped out by three different ladies and everyone was so nice, funny and personable! On top of the amazing service, I loved my nails. This will definitely be my new regular nail spot.

I won’t be coming here anymore after the owner herself and some of her staff members are rude and seem to get upset whenever I’ve asked for them to fix something I don’t like or if they mess up on a design themselves I have to literally ask for them to fix it or else they won’t fix it and leave it as is…I don’t understand why do I have to ask for it to get fixed it makes no sense and then they get mad as if it’s our fault. The refills cost the same as a new set which I also don’t understand when I asked the owner she acted as if she didn’t know. In general the customer service lacks and if you have an appointment heads up you will have to wait atleast 15 min I’ve had to wait more.

Even if it’s a rush please don’t have an attitude with your customers because they want you to change your gloves and use clean tools between clients. I don’t want to spread foot fungus.

First they filled up my tub with very hot water all the way to the top that it almost spilled out. The older lady doing my pedicure didn’t seem to have much experience, she kept hurting me and trying to move my feet a certain way that wasn’t comfortable. Took way too long and still left my nails longer than I wanted. Sadly I will not be coming back here .

Just came today for the last time. I’ve been a regular customer with Hanna and today I was extremely disappointed with them & their customer service. I got a new set on Friday the 22nd on the 26th my nail started lifting so I texted her & went on the 27th to get it fixed, Hanna was getting her nails done so another lady came to me & just put glue in it I told her that glue doesn’t usually last but she just said it’s okay it will because it’s a new set. On the 30th the day before I had an event the same nail started lifting again & 2 other nails. After my event all of my nails except 2 were lifted. On May 2nd I contacted Hanna & let her know she said she will redo it all of 50% off I agreed without fully thinking of it. Then I realized if I paid half off it would be the same price as a refill so I would be paying for 2 sets but really only had 1 it wasn’t worth it to me for only having these nails 5 days so I asked her if it’s possible for me to just get a refund if not the full amount then half & she said no. Then the other lady said that some ppl get their nails done for 1-2 days then take them off which had nothing to do with the situation that was happening at hand. I kept asking if it was fair to them that I paid $75 to have my nails done for 5 days & I didn’t get an answer once they just kept going in circles saying they’ll fix it for half off. I’m extremely disappointed with Hanna because I was a regular customer to her but I will never be going back after this and I hope that others don’t even bother with a place like this that will scam others with no hesitation. Wish I could put less than 1 star.

What a horrible job she did on my nails, I always came here and Hanna always help me but I wanted to try someone else, I just wanted to change color she did but the lady doesn’t want to know how to make a design, after 2 hours 2 of my nails were damaged, horrible designs

It was amazing, had a little day date with my wife. I got my eyebrows waxed, pedicure and a haircut. She got her nails done and toenails and it was like 135 for all. Not bad at all and the ladies there are very nice.
