The space here is beautiful! They also have a wide selection of teas, of which I tried two, that were delicious. However, both my partner and I got a scrub spa service that was definitely lacking. It wasn’t thorough nor firm enough to have any real effect on our skin. Perhaps their other services are superior but the scrub was subpar. That being said, the staff was very welcoming, kind and accommodating.

I highly recommend Vallo wellness spa. My facial there was top notch(!), and the relaxing environment cannot be beat. The owner and staff are amazing and as a nearby business owner, they showed us Grace when we had a big hiccup providing catering services due to an unforeseen, unfortunate circumstance. 5+ stars on services, owner and staff!

This is the best spa ever! Everyone was so attentive from the moment I walked in. I received a tour of all the things they have to offer. I was offered tea and fruit infused water. The fireplace lounge is a must! Could stay there all day. I will definitely be back. Thank you Valo for leaving me rejuvenated.

I have been here twice so far and couldn’t recommend more! It is extremely relaxing. I have been searching for a spa in Omaha that feels like you are at a 5 star resort and this is definitely the place!

I loved my experience here from start to finish. The receptionist who scheduled my appointment on the phone and also greeted me up on my arrival was so kind and welcoming (I forget her name at the moment). I started with a body scrub/wrap with Halle, who provided such a delightful and calming energy. Following that, she brought me a nice warm cup of tea after my spa treatment that I enjoyed in the salt sauna. After my treatments I hydrated in the lounge with some citrus infused ice water. I feel relaxed and reenergized. The entire facility was immaculately cleaned, inviting and those robes are oh so cozy! I will be coming back and also purchasing the neroli already I forgot to buy today 😂

Valo Wellness is a place that cultivates relaxation. Sydney is always keen into hearing what my body needs and her expertise is unmatched. I highly recommend Valo Wellness to all my friends looking for an Omaha spa day!

Always an amazing massage experience with Sydney!! The music, the pressure, the vibes, and I love the sound meditation at the end. I also love using the wellness playground services, my favorite being the PEMF mat. All around love the vibes at Valo.

I'm so sorry but I had a truly terrible experience here, the first time I came it was lovely and a truly great experience which made me want to come back, but the 2nd time I was freezing cold the whole time and the massage felt uncomfortable and I felt tense and achey in my back the entire rest of the day

The spa was very nice and offered a lot of different services. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Kirstin, gave me an amazing massage and communicated what to expect from the session and asked me what I wanted out of it. The spa offers memberships and retail products, but I didn't get pressured into signing up or any add-ons. I greatly appreciate that, as a sales spiel would have taken me out of relaxation.

There are very few places that can make me feel relaxed and peaceful, and Valo does that. I have anxiety, and usually I have a hard time with people doing massages and pedicures, but not here. The staff listens and cares. They listen to what is physically bothering you, and help you find comfort and relaxation.

Best spa ambiance that I’ve been to in Omaha! The lockers, robe, slippers, and relaxing waiting room makes you feel like you’re on vacation at a 5 star resort. I’ve had 2 really great maternity massages with Sydney. She offered cupping therapy during our session and it has helped a lot with my upper back pain. They also offer different kinds of tea and citrus water before and after your session. The price is a great value for the overall experience. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a true spa experience!

Kelly the owner went out of her way to help get everything booked for my friend and I. She lives 7 hours away and she surprised me with a quick spur of the moment weekend trip. My husband ended up booking everything, but there was a mix up with the dates my husband gave her and she responded kindly to this. I appreciate the professionalism that was handled.

Very happy with the experience. This is the first place with a spa experience that I have been since I moved to Omaha 7 years ago. They do the robe, slippers, tea, and relaxation room. Kayla did a great job. I have had problems with other facials being too aggressive for my skin. I often will have peeling skin several days after a facial. I left feeling great and my skin still looks good 4 days later.

We had a girls group of 4 and we had the most lovely visit. We all had facials, they were all perfect. Everytime I visit Valo I feel pampered and taken care of in the most professional manner.

Wow!! It is absolutely the best spa I’ve ever been to. The staff, the massage, the rooms, the fireplace room all incredible!! I definitely recommend it.
