Been going to Mark for years. I’m not the best at getting my hair cut on time but no judgement in his end. He listens to what I want & does a great job making my thin hair look its fullest. Front desk is great too. Always helpful and pleasant.

I have been a client of Nikki’s For more than 10 years… Perhaps 15 I’m not sure. I started with her at the sandy springs location and Followed her to the East Cobb location. She is an expert and professional hairstylist and hair care consultant. I highly recommend her for her skills and also her great personality.

Make sure you are charged the correct amount before you leave!! Loved the service I received. Added a 20% tip when asked by the cashier how much I wanted to include. Got home and found out he added an extra amount to the tip over what I wanted. Called the salon to get the charge reversed and they initially said I had to go to the salon to get it back in cash, but then when I said I’d just dispute the charge with my credit card they said they would refund it. That was 10 days ago and still no refund. Make sure you check the tip charge before you leave the salon.

!!!10/10!!! CHAD IS AWESOME!!! I got a haircut from Chad and I am so thrilled with the result! He was professional, personable, and thorough. I had some requests for the haircut. He listened and executed the requests while taking some creative liberties (with my approval) to make sure it was a good looking cut since he knows more about hair than me. The hour I was there went by so quick due to it being such a great experience. The staff at the front were friendly and I was seen at my time of appointment. The booking for the appointment was also very easy online. I will most certainly be returning to Chad for haircuts in the future! Great job!!!

Chad was phenomenal. The only person I will trust with my hair. Not only did he take great care of me, he also just listened and didn’t make me feel like I was just another person on a conveyer belt. Had my hair cut by "new talent" Ethan but there was little to suggest he was anything but a pro. Ethan offered style suggestions and opinions that were useful in helping me decide what the heck I wanted to do. During the course of the cut I learned that Ethan comes from a hospitality background and that genuine care shines through in his new profession. Me being pleased with my haircut is one thing but when both mother and girlfriend say things like "great" and "so handsome," ya know he done good.

Everything was great. The place not only looks awesome, but the service was great. I was well received and got a lot of attention to what hair style I was looking for and my hair type. Besides the haircut, I also got great recommendations for what products to use in my hair daily. I also could buy the product right there, which was very convenient. Kohen did an excellent job, and I'll definitely come back.

Got a haircut by new talent Ethan and I couldn’t recommend more! The wash alone was worth every penny and then he was attentive to my wants while also respectfully making professional recommendations. The salon environment was so wonderful and Ethan’s expertise took it to the next level. I will for sure be back and look forward to another experience.

Ethan (new talent at this time) gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever had. He gave me confidence right away that he knew what I wanted but wasn't afraid to give his opinion on what was best for me. Took his time, and executed the cut perfectly.

Reese was fabulous!! I love love love my color it kind of reminds me of jen Anniston’s highlights in the season where she cut her hair shorter . Highlights Very precise . Lovely hand massage . We had a slightly limited time bc I booked something I wasn’t supposed to ( oops !) but you never would have known that she was (I think ) a little pressed . She was a delight .

Mekaylah is an incredible stylist. I appreciate that she is chill and doesn’t make feel obligated to chat if I just need to sit and decompress. I have literally loved my cut every time I leave. And it always grows out well. Mekaylah is such an artist- I would follow her anywhere. Also love that Van Michael is a calm and relaxing atmosphere and always smells great.
