Been going to Vanessa’s since i was 8 years old, i’m now 22 & her and her staff still do an AMAZING job! I never let anyone touch my hair unless it is myself or the people at Vanessa’s! They are very nice and get the job done. Thank you 🥰

Very upset . Today is my birthday , I went in for just a wash and blow dry. Nothing big . I left with something I could have done at home. I have very thin fine hair. She recommended things I can try , no issue there. The issue is this huge burn spot on the side of my head that is really hurting me and that’s oozing out. Will not return. Waste of money.

My oldest daughter is 23 and Vanessa took care of my hair back then, now almost 16 years later her staff Magdalena (who is wonderful at doing hair and so sweet)is taking care of my 8yr old's hair. I recently had a stroke and my daughter's hair is super thick, I took her to get braids then I had to wait for her sis or someone to take them out.I can't because my right hand is disabled because of the stroke. her hair was growing but those edges were thinning out Chile not Cute!!! So I decided what was best for my child was a mild children's relaxer and deep conditions. I'm able to wrap her hair nicely every night and she loves getting a wash & set every 2-3 weeks. This may not be for you but it's old school working wonders for her hair. BTW my daughter loves her hair, she hated those pretty braids which was torture on her getting them put it & take out. I'm sooo greatly appreciative Vanessa is still open to help me care for my baby's hair. Thank you guys so much, I love you Yvonne & Yasmin xoxoxo

Vanessa did a great job and worked fast. I wanted my shoulder length hair cut in a bob and she worked efficiently. I am very happy with the results and the price was fair. Cash only but there is an ATM in the shop.

Felt VERY well tooken care of by Magdalena so sweet so nice and humble she has been my best hairstylist thus far out of all the Dominican hair salons I have ever been to in my whole life no exaggeration so gentle and so sweet and listened to everything I wanted and was very patient and kind with me such a gentle sweetheart

I use to love them when I use to get my hair done by them years ago. I took my 9yr old there who has really thick coiled hair. All I asked for her was a hot oil treatment, with blow and flat iron. Fast forward a week when it's time for me to wash her hair. Soon as I wet it you can smell the chemicals oozing out her hair. It smelled like straight perm! Mind you her hair is naturally coiled up. My baby's poor natural curls are gone. Her hair is super straight smh. Never again will we go back! I called and spoke with the husband and said yall put perm in the shampoo. Of course he denied it and told me bring her in. I'm not traveling damn near 2hrs just for them to lie and deny in my face!

I used Vanessa for over 10 years with perms. I traveled 2 hours for my hair to get done. I LOVE THIS HAIR SALON. I haven't been there since COVID-19 began. Since I received the vaccine, I am looking forward for her to deal with my natural hair. THIS PLACE IS THE BEST.
