This place was great, I got the Oxygen Hydra facial my face feels refreshed, hydrated and extremely soft. The customer service was great and it was worth every dollar. I will definitely make this a 6 week routine.

I love coming here. I’m on my second of laser for my armpits from Vanessa Marc Spa and they not only are smooth and hairless but they have also lightened up so much. I just started my Brazilian laser package and Vanessa makes me feel very comfortable and I’m loving my results already. Baby smooth

I was scrolling through Instagram couple of years ago and came across Vanessa Marc Spa. I was looking for a spa place to treat myself but also better my skin. One day I booked a Men’s Facial and ever since that day I been consistent on coming back. My skin been looking better and I been looking to improve my skin from Vanessa. I recommend people to attended Vanessa Marc Spa. They use high quality products, vegan products and is a black owned business.

My wonderful son surprised me on my birthday. I went to Vanessa Marc Spa and received for the first time a lymphatic body treatment massage and a lymphatic facial. Both of the treatments were so amazing, no more dull and dry skin. The atmosphere was great, services were amazing, and satisfying, Vanessa and her team truly rock and I will be sure to see you all soon. My new favorite spot.

Vaneesa Marc spa is one of the best in New York City. I go to them for all my skin care needs. I have used their chemical peel service and it has worked great for balancing out my skin.

Yikes! Was not the vibe.1hr late to start appt…. after waiting outside for half an hour when I sneezed in the waiting room ( oh I waited another half hour btw) she asked me not to get her sick bc I would throw off her schedule lmaoooo no acknowledgment or apologies for lateness. Skip it if it’s on your wait list girlies, def not the star treatment I was hoping for. Also super tacky to ask for a review on the spot and asked to copy and paste the previous post like ummm no thanks. Have to question if any of these reviews are real. Not going to be back so not worth lying about my experience.

A massage where the masseuse is wearing surgical gloves the entire time?? In all of my many massages in life, this was an odd first. No one even asked if I had medical issues or how hard or light of pressure I wanted. And the room walls must be paper thin, I could hear footsteps and talking outside, and the door to the room was literally right next to the lobby. NO THANKS. NEVER RETURNING. Fancy address, not so fancy experience.

Pretty awful massage. I’ve gotten better “massages” when the agents at the airport give me a pad-down. If you offer deep tissue massage, I suggest knowing what that is. I got a lovely “how was your experience” email afterwards and expressed my disappointment…. Nothing. The least they could do was acknowledge it. My masseuse didn’t speak English, which also complicated matters. She was lovely but my expensive massage was so light it was more like petting.

Had a great experience at Vanessa Marc, my specialist was very nice and patient and showed me what we’re doing step by step for my RF therapy (arms) I do see a slight difference and will continue with more sessions. The place was very clean and welcoming and staff was nice. Will come back soon!

MY FAVORITE NEW SPA PLACE! This is my second visit to VanessaMarc Spa. I really loved the oxygen hydrated facial and Swedish massage. I felt so renewed and refresh! Very peaceful environment. Gabriela did an amazing job. She also explained the benefits of my services and maintenance tips, it was a pleasure getting to know her. Thank you VM, I will be back:)

I called and asked questions about services. I was charged $1,687.68 for services I NEVER EVER received. "Vanessa Marc" has not answered my calls questioning why I was charged for such a large amount of money and I never step foot into her office. HORRIBLE!!!

I purchased a gift card for my mother as a gift. My experience with Vanessa Marc was very unprofessional. To start, once you purchase the gift card, you don't receive a digital or physical version to provide to your recipient. Instead, I received a confusing call from Vanessa asking me to book services. I was notified each time my mother used the gift card and booked services. Rather than obtaining the gift card recipient’s name and contact, Vanessa sent confirmations and inquiries to me each time. Vanessa, by the way, pretends to be her employee in all her interactions rather than identifying herself as the named owner, Vanessa Marc. When my mother booked her final service to use the gift card's remaining balance, I received a call from Vanessa late the night before the appointment asking if I wanted to pay the difference between the gift card balance and the services. Not only is it highly inappropriate (I purchased the gift card for the amount of the gift I wanted to provide), but she also lied about her intentions in making this call. While she told me this was to “ensure a seamless experience “ for my mother the next day, in reality, Vanessa was not present at the appointment to collect payment. She called both me and my mother to collect the balance the following day. While my mother enjoyed the services, Vanessa’s customer service and business practices lack the professionalism and class she tries to portray through her online presence. The experience is not worth all the hassle and unprofessionalism my mother and I experienced. I regret purchasing a gift card from this spa.

I am so thankful I found Vanessa Marc Spa. First because I am always happy to support a women owned small business and second because EVERYTHING I have had done here is GREAT. The lymphatic massages, vacuum butt lift and laser hair removal have all been great. I cant recommend this spa enough!! And I cant wait to try more services.

I’ve heard such good reviews about this place and absolutely love how inclusive it is! I decided to try the mix and match laser hair removal, which includes six sessions. So happy I was paired with Sade, she was so helpful, informative, and great to talk to during the session. I look forward to the other 5 session I’ll have with her! 10/10 recommend!!

Loveeee it here! I had my laser done with the amazing Sade! Everything was amazing she was amazing. She had me laughing the whole time lol she’s sooooo pleasant to be around makes you feel so comfortable! Everything was pain freeeee and i can’t wait to see you in six weeks !! Defiantly recommend!

Truly love Vanessa Marc Spa! I literally have no bad words. I go every 5-6 weeks for my laser treatments and every time I’m there it is such an experience. Vanessa and the staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and super sweet. First time I started my laser journey I had slight discoloration and few in-grown hairs. Now my skin is smooth , color is back to normal and I haven’t seen one in-grown. I leave there comfortable and happy with my results. I am very thankful for Vanessa and can’t wait till my next session. If you haven’t checked her out yet, you need to it is truly worth it.
