Vanessa has consistently given me the best facial I have ever had. She is very communicative, pays attention to detail, makes sure you are comfortable the entire time and chooses the best plan for your specific skin needs. She listens to what you want and takes her time - I have never felt rushed or uncomfortable at any point with her. She takes her job seriously and takes your skincare needs seriously. I definitely recommend and am looking forward to many more facials with her.

I have been to see Vanessa twice to get my lash lift and tint done. She IS AMAZING!! It always looks perfect/ she never gets tint in your eyes and she is the easiest person to talk to about absolutely anything. A true professional that cares about her clients and the work that she does which really shows when she works her magic on you. 5 stars all the way

I purchased a Groupon for a facial with Vanessa. It was easy to schedule and when I arrived to the place, it was relaxing and Vanessa was very pleasant. She’s thorough in explaining the process as well as accommodating to your needs. I fell asleep that is how relaxed I was. Vanessa is a true professional and had a great experience.

Wow. Vanessa is incredible! I purchased a lash lift from her on Groupon and scheduled at time of purchase. However, when I arrived, we realized it had not actually booked in her system! Since I am leaving tomorrow for a long trip, she was extremely accommodating and squeezed me in in the afternoon for an appointment. She has such a calming, sweet energy and her setup is very comfortable. My lashes look great!! Thank you, Vanessa!

Vanessa is extremely sweet. She really made the whole experience of getting my lashes tinted and lifted enjoyable. I only subtracted a star because I followed all the directions, but it didn't seem to last as long as I expected. I know there could be lots of reasons why so I'll give it another go and hope for the best!

Vanessa did a fantastic job on my lash lift and tint. She explained the process as she went, which was a plus. The spa music, neck warmer, and comfortable seating made this the most relaxing lash lift I've ever gotten. And the results are amazing.

I started going to Vanessa for waxing two years ago and she was an absolute commensurate professional. She is discrete, personable, and kind and prioritizes her clients’ comfort while delivering exceptional quality. So naturally, when I started experiencing skin issues, she was my go-to esthetician and she is AMAZING! She knows her products, gives amazing facials, gives recommendations for at-home care, and has truly helped my skin so much as I struggled with mascne during the pandemic and other skin issues, I travel across town monthly to see her and look forward to it every month. I've had the pleasure of having a monthly facial by Vanessa for the past two years and she is alway so professional and engaging. The facials are so relaxing. She always explains what she is going to do and which products she is using. My skins is always glowing and soft after my facials and has improved drastically since Ive started seeing Vanessa. I’ve been going to Vanessa for over a year for my Brazilian wax’s and let me tell you.. I was terrified to get this done! However, Vanessa has made this experience for me very comfortable and easy while having fun girl talk in the process. I love how easy going she is and enjoy my appointments with her. I drive from north Austin to see her because she’s worth it! I also have gotten my eyebrows waxed with her and wow - she fixed my shape the exact way I wanted. She’s overall really amazing! 🤩

I came to Vanessa originally for Brazilian wax after discovering her on Groupon. When i saw that she offered vagicial services in addition to her wax i couldn’t help but give it a try. IT WAS BY FAR THE BEST DECISION EVER!!!! No ingrowns or dry skin a month later. I now have moved to a different city but i still come back to Vanessa every month for a vagicial! I 100% RECOMMENDED!!!! 2023 Update: I’ve spent the last 3 years commuting back to Vanessa and her services in Austin! I truly wish i could pack her up and move her with me…Her services are that good!!!! I greatly appreciate Vanessa! She’s done wonders for my skin!
