I signed up for the membership after hearing how amazing of a deal it was! So far my experiences with the staff and services have been great! Sheryl did my teeth whitening and wax and she was so comforting and really made me feel at ease during each service! Luke did my lashes and had great attention to detail. He heard my needs/wants and delivered a beautiful set. Very relaxing. De’kia was a pleasure to have my nails done with. Highly recommend her. She was very pleasant to be around. Only complaint is the lack of color options available. Having the membership is nice but the lack of options takes the fun away from looking forward to getting your nails done. Would highly recommend Vanitygirl invest in more diverse gel polish colors asap. Update: since this review was posted they added new colors :) Claudia has been with the company since it started and she goes above and beyond for all the people at VG. She did a great facial and I even purchased the skincare line which I’m thankful the skin analysis takes all the guesswork out of which products my skin needs. So thankful for Claudia 💗 However sheyrl is no longer with vanity girl which I’m not sure why but I honestly got the membership because of her. She was so friendly and welcoming, every service I had with her she made me feel like a friend/family member with how comfortable she made you feel. I even told my mom about how great she was, turns out she knew Sheryl because my mom is the cfo and runs the bridal shows for castle mcculloch and sheyrl was the face of VanityGirl at the bridal show. My mom said everyone loved her also!! Hopefully she comes back.💗 Other than that I really love Vanity girl and all the staff members!!

Awesome services and a fun comfortable environment. Came in for Brow Lamination and my technician Luke was helpful with explaining the process and the other services offered because I had trouble choosing one before I came. Will definitely be coming back!

I've experienced my second service in two weeks and again it did not disappoint! Sheryl had me glowing like a soft ambient amber light bulb..smile. I had the dermoplaning with the new oxofoliation facial and let me tell you it started working right from the application of the first enzymatic gel. Using the oxygen within my on skin was great and rejuvenating. We have to take care of our skin as we continue having birthdays each year. Thanks Vanity Girl for yet another great experience and keeping this girl's self care in tact!

As I shared with you on Sunday evening, my nails smeared and I think since this was the 2nd time that I experienced this problem, I think the products are too old. Upon arrival today, you shared that the manicurist was unavailable . Rather than rescheduling, you rearranged your schedule to accommodate my schedule! I had an exceptional experience with the nutritionist, whose depth of knowledge in the field left me throughly impressed!! They made me feel so welcomed and comfortable in starting my journey. MJ’s clear explanations made discussing dietary concerns effortless. What really stands out to me is her commitment to her clients beyond the sessions by following up with us and giving us encouragement. I would highly recommend to anyone :)

I have been going to Vanity Girl for years and years. I have always received exceptional service. Everyone is always so kind and friendly and it’s always extremely clean. I’ve had teeth whitening, massage, facials, makeup, nails and my lashes and I would recommend every single one of their services. Claudia is the absolute best. I love her so much. I would never let anyone besides her do my lashes. She always does such an incredible job and I always look forward to every single appointment. She always makes me feel beautiful. And she also gives the best facials!! You won’t ever be disappointed when you visit Vanity Girl.

It’s been a while since I’ve left a review and now that I’ve been with some new technicians, I feel like it’s time for an update! Dezha has been absolutely amazing with my lashes… my retention has improved, she gives me exactly what I ask for, she is fast, consistent results and so enjoyable to talk to. Claudia has also done my lashes. Claudia is a lash veteran, she is very experienced, fast, and also consistent results each time! She has a great memory as it could be a while between me seeing Claudia and she will remember topics we spoke on last time we saw each other! Jazmin has been doing my micro needling and does a wonderful job, she is super sweet and easy to talk to, always feel very comfortable with the experience! Brandi has also performed micro needling on me and I had an excellent experience as well, she is so kind and I felt very comfortable! Both girls are experienced, and I’m totally happy with having either of them for my appointments! Ernestine has performed several services on me, she is multitalented and extremely diligent with her also being the GM, her costumer service is unmatched.. anytime I’ve had a question or concern, her respond time is within minutes… I have no idea how she handles as much as she does, but she does it beautifully! I’ve been a client for many many years, I’ve never had any issues, the girls make me feel at home when I arrive, and I am always very pleased with my results! They are open 6 days a week and work long days, making it easy to work around my crazy schedule! I’m super appreciative to have a place I can always depend on.

I’ve been visiting Claudia for almost 2 years for lash extensions. I love how efficient Claudia is while being so thorough at the same time. This was a great EXPERIENCE!! I called my Brow specialist SHERYL at Vanity Girl this morning to see if she could work her magic on my brows and give me a natural look set of lashes ….. even though she explained that they typically have very limited hours on Monday ,, she still fit me in ! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!!!! And the studio is very nice and welcoming , I can’t wait to get my MAKEUP done here by Sheryl too ! They have a MAKE UP STUDIO ….

Vanity Girl's Nutrition program is truly remarkable. MJ's expertise and genuine care are great. I have weekly meetings with her, and we have developed a practical and effective plan. This is a game-changer for me because I previously struggled to keep up with other nutritionists and diets. The results have been evident within just one month. The program utilizes an excellent app that enables me to track my steps, log food and water intake, and easily access recipes and nutritional information relating to the plan that MJ created for me. Also, I can communicate with MJ whenever I need through the app. I super recommend this program.

hands down the best place i’ve ever been to for lashes. everyone is so kind and welcoming, with the environment being extremely peaceful as well. dezha did my lashes and she did AMAZING. she 100% understood the assignment and helped me/walked me through which lashes would be best for me; she was so sweet, patient, and just had the most amazing energy. i will be coming back for more!

Absolutely wonderful experience. From front desk customer service friendliness to a professional artist to do my eyelashes. I’m so happy with the outcome. I even added on brow tint. Very affordable, clean salon, quick response and lots of availability for services. I will definitely be back!

My wife has been coming to this salon since Jenna and team first opened at the tiny office off Battleground. Seems she’s gotten too big for her britches now as all of a sudden she’s too busy to listen to complaints made by the people who made her successful. My wife won’t be returning, as she’s both insulted and disgusted by recent treatment she received at her last salon appt.

I have only ever had problems with scheduling here never with my service. I will tell you I don’t like the pretentious feel of some people in the salon and I am extremely happy that my girl Dezha is back from sabbatical. Destiny and Dezha are sweet, genuine, talented and my fave go tos. If you are normal and down to earth they are the girls to choose. Thank you to Ernestine, the manager, for all the hard work and dedication you put into your salon; it’s showing!

I was getting my lashes done at this place for over a year and loved it! Sometime during the pandemic, the service progressively got worse - lash refills took only 30 minutes and within a week, I was losing clusters. Claudia told me it was due to having covid, but I thought that was odd as I couldn’t find any research to back that up. Now, I have a new lash tech and my lashes are lasting much longer and stronger than ever! I do not recommend this place as they put more value in quantity over quality. Not to mention, I received an eyebrow wax last year and they burnt my skin! No refund or incentive was offered. Very disappointing since I was a long time client.

I’ve been a customer for over 2 years now and they’ve just lost me as a customer. Yesterday we had a tree fall into our driveway due to high winds and we’ve lost our power as well and couldn’t leave the house, so I called to reschedule and Manager advised me she’d call me back by 5 pm to let me know if they’d refund me the money… Didn’t hear a peep out of her. No refund has been issued. Never ever will I return to this place. I also don’t understand the whole concept of charging me before I have received the service, only this place. Terrible customer service, can’t ever get anyone to pick up the phone, nor call me back.

My best friend introduced me to this salon about 4 months ago and I am there pretty much every other week for lashes, nails, skincare, and now they offer massage services as well. Camille is a fantastic massage therapist! Right after she started at the salon I got to experience a hand and arm massage while my lashes were being touched up and it was so good I immediately booked an hour long hot stone massage a week later to help with my sore muscles and it was incredible, I highly recommend. I also cannot say enough about the Manager, Ernestine, she is fantastic and my nails have never looked better. I also get compliments all the time on my lashes, Dezha does a wonderful job! Love these ladies and this spa/salon.

Reasons for one star 1.) You HAVE to pay a nonrefundable deposit in order to make an appointment. 2.) You Have to sign an agreement pretty much saying THEY ARE NOT responsible for anything that happens to you. 3.) They will have a TRAINEE working on you WITHOUT letting you know ahead of time or even asking you if you are ok with it. I have came here multiple times to see if they change/ improve, but they seem not to care. So... Yeah... I think not. Not anymore. I am DONE with this place. No babygirl. There hasn't been any confusion. Trust me. I've been there pre-Covid and post-covid. Only thing that changed while I attended was facemask and disinfecting between clients. That (precautions) I appreciate.

In terms of how will they do lashes and SNS this place is 5 stars. However, since COVID, communication and customer service has not been great. I had been a customer here for over a year before COVID and had the best service. I stopped being my lashes done once the pandemic started but decided to come back for my wedding. Someone in my family got sick with the virus and I couldn't come in. I was told I could reschedule. But once everything was straightened out on my end, my multiple voice messages and texts were not answered fire months. I understand my deposit was nonrefundable but I wish there had been better communication with me rescheduling but now I spend the money but have no lashes to show for it

Last week I had the worst experience I have ever had since being a customer of over 5 years at Eye Salons. The stylist I had apparently put the wrong “pads” on my eyes causing the glue to stick my top and bottom lashes together as well as fill my new set of lashes with cotton fuzzies on either side. After almost an hour and a half of the stylist applying then trying to fix my lashes, I finally asked her if she could ask for help. I did this because she had tugged and pulled on my lashes until I was in pain. When given the mirror to look at the finished product I quickly noticed something wasn’t right. Lashes were clumped together and appeared to have lint all over them. The brush caught on to the multiple fuzzies that were webbed and glued into my lashes. I asked that it be fixed- that I had never seen this happen before. Another stylist attempted to fix the lashes but eventually had to quit knowing that if she continued to mess with my eyes they would become more irritated and I assume, realizing there wasn’t much hope for the horrible job that was done. I followed up the next day with the manager in hopes of a resolution and we agreed to have the lashes removed and reapplied by the only stylist at the salon I trusted. Fast forward to today, the day for my rescheduled do hope that we can come to a resolution following this but needless to say I am reluctant to ever have my lashes done in this shop again.
