This has been the worst customer service I have ever received. The morning of my appointment, I booked an Uber but due to an error on Ubers end, we were dropped off at the wrong place and would now be late for our appointment. I called the spa and they were unwilling work with me. My boyfriend called the spa shortly after (within 5 minutes) to see if anything could be done and spoke with a gentleman. The gentleman said, although he could not offer a different time slot or a shorter massage, he would be willing to work with us to get a refund. But, because we booked the massages through Groupon, the gentleman said we had to go through Groupon to get the refund. I submitted a claim with Groupon and was told they would reach out to the spa to confirm this. When they did, the spa denied the refund. I called the spa and spoke with a woman who was very rude. She would only tell me they could not issue a refund and would not listen to what I was trying to explain. When I asked to speak with the gentleman I spoke with prior , the woman hung up on me. When I tried to call back, my call was continuously declined. I called once more and the same woman answered. I told her I needed help figuring out what to do with this refund and asked to speak with the gentleman. She hung up on me again. I am appalled at how disrespectfully I was treated and how unprofessional the service was. This has been a horrible experience and I would not recommend trying to deal with this spa.

I booked a couple’s massage as an early Christmas’ present for my boyfriend and it was a great gift. I loved the service and the massage was very relaxing and thorough. Raquel was amazing!! We will definitely come back.

This was a terrific experience. Was greeted warmly and offered a tea. The place was welcoming and clean. Raquel couldn’t have been nicer and is an excellent massage therapist. Look forward to returning soon.

This place is awesome! They really understand and make sure that you are pampered and made to feel that you are the MOST important person there. They strive to make sure your visit is perfect and relaxing. I LOVE this place because of the personnel. I feel like I am going to my best friends home and being surrounded by those I feel comfortable with! Obviously aside from being extremely professional from the best facials to best couple massages .. It’s been a couple of years since I see Raquel and she is just the best. Really kind , sweet and Professional person. I give the Spa a 20/10

I recently visited this spa after experiencing some back pain from my desk job, and I’m so glad I did! I opted for a full body massage, and it was absolutely amazing. I left feeling rejuvenated and like a new person. The ambiance of the place is beautiful, which added to the overall experience. I even found myself dozing off during the massage! I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for relief and relaxation. You won't regret it!

Varua Med Spa was excellent ! The atmosphere was calming, with soothing music and dim lighting. My massage therapist, Carlos, was professional and attentive . I felt completely relaxed and refreshed afterward. Highly recommend for a quick escape and quality service!

AMAZING! Simply Amazing experience. Llegue a ese Spa por recomendación de una amiga que me habló muy bien del trabajo de Raquel. Ella no se equivocó, Raquel es una muchacha muy profesional, tomo el tiempo de explicarme que tratamiento es el que necesitaba y cual era el correcto para mi tipo de piel. Tiene mucho conocimiento sobre el cuidado de la piel y te enseña cómo cuidarla en casa. Les RECOMIENDO!! Este Spa a todos para que tengan una experiencia tan POSITIVA!! como yo.

Started off with an acne treatment and ended up trying more services. It’s a very relaxing environment great care and professional. Everything it’s very clean and sanitize. Wonderful place to get everything done. 100% recommend
