I have always had positive experiences at the salon. The front desk staff are welcoming and helpful with appointments. Jessi does a wonderful job on cut and color. I always receive compliments on my hair!

best salon i’ve ever been too. i had not cut my hair for 2 years, and this is where i went. my barber was erik, and not only did i get an amazing haircut, but amazing advice on how to maintain it, and how to get it cut again. would HIGHLY recommend him and this salon. 100/10 experience.

Unprofessional & I came in to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted. The tint was gone in 2/3 days… they served me wine while waiting. It seemed like the 2 ladies at the front desk were whispering about me. I will never come here again

Jo absolutely blew me away. I was recommended to her by my other stylist here as I wanted a pony tail for my wedding rehearsal dinner. I love that they recommend each other and know who is best for what style! Jo was so kind and helpful. She kept engaging me the whole time and made sure I loved what was going on before she continued with anything. My hair looked absolutely KILLER and I have been getting compliments left and right. I have REALLY long and thick hair so keeping it in such an intense ponytail is not easy and it stayed in all night. I am in heaven. Also ambiance was just amazing here- the woman getting their done next to me were so sweet, everyone was chiming in with wedding stories and wishing me the best. It felt like family and I had never met any of them before. Epic

I would like give five stars just based off MY experience here. When I brought my fiance here to show him how great it is to get a hair cut here we were left confused and pretty disappointed. From the front desk, the girls have always been so sweet when booking appointments/checking in. I had my hair done by Nicole. She is amazing! Love the way she made me feel seen and heard about my hair wants/needs. After a great experience, I brought my fiance here but couldn’t get an appointment with Nicole at the time so we went with Erick. Either our personalities didn’t mesh well or something but it felt like his appointment was rushed through. He would tell my fiance to look one way and then instantly grab his head and make him look another way. He let my fiance walk out of the salon with sopping wet hair. When I asked oh we aren’t going to blow dry it? He said no it’s going to air dry. My fiance‘s hair shoulder length. I’m sorry but his head was dripping wet like he just got out of the pool. His shirt was just as wet at this point. Almost $100 haircut for a man and he let us leave like that? Thankfully we had random shirts in the car to try and help dry off his hair. We’re a pretty hesitant to get another cut for him here now.

I’m not originally from Maryland so I had been looking for someone trustworthy to take over coloring my hair. I have natural dark blonde hair and am really picky about who does my color and Krista did an absolute amazing job. She listened to what I wanted, gave suggestions on how to go about touching up and enhancing what I already had. She was so sweet and i absolutely love how my color turned out! Everyone in the salon was so nice and the girls at the front desk were so friendly it made my experience all the more better.

1st time at Vaughn Diann upon a referral from my friend. From scheduling to the welcoming atmosphere was wonderful. Lily cut and colored my hair and is so personable and professional. I love it.She's terrific. Huge shout out to Chris and the other team members who offered help and assistance as I hit up bump in the road and am recuperating in a wheel chair. Everyone was so gracious and I very much appreciate it.

Danielle gave me the absolute perfect cut. It looks and feels gorgeous. The staff and the salon itself create an atmosphere that screams high end. I’m literally smiling and kicking my feet it’s so good.

Katie P is the best! She is an incredibly talented stylist and an amazing person to boot. When I moved to the area it took a bit to find someone who can cut my hair in the style(s) desired but she was definitely worth the wait! Highly recommend!

Top quality salon! The front desk, stylists, support staff all shower each client with attention. Many of the stylists have worked together for numerous years, they are very tight knit, client oriented, and support each other to bring the best service to the client. They have a team of exceptional color experts; myself and 4 daughters are clients & recieve consistent compliments on the quality of their coloring services. I have 17 years of experience as Leslie's client & will not go elsewhere. Everytime I leave, I feel great about the services I received. 10 out of 10 recommend this salon.

I came into the salon with a terrible “balayage” from another salon and was able to be squeezed into a color consultation with Krista. Krista was extremely knowledgeable about my hair and knew exactly what we had to do to correct it. Even though she didn’t have a ton of time she was able to glaze my hair so that it could last till the next time I saw her. I’ve gone back twice and each time I am more and more impress with her work as well as the other stylists I’ve seen while in the chair. All the employees are super kind and attentive. Best salon in Annapolis! Thank you all!

I had a wonderful experience at this salon this morning! My 4 year old daughter and I really needed haircuts after letting our hair grow wild during the pandemic. I booked appointments here because I saw that masks were required regardless of vaccination, which was important for me with a child in tow. Jordan and Tracy did a wonderful job cutting our hair and making my daughter - who was nervous - feel comfortable! Bonus: my hair looks great and my daughter was super happy to have a fancy salon experience with Mommy. I think we will definitely be back!

Jessica is a must see for color correction! I previously dyed my lightened blonde hair purple, pink and then burgundy. At home I attempted to strip my hair which lightened my naturally brown roots to turn yellow/orange, my mids were left an unflattering red and my ends turned green/blue (oops - I think I just described the Steelers logo haha). Jessica managed to fix my quarter life crisis. Everything blended so well and I couldn’t be happier!
