I came in and saw Kat after a bad experience with great clips. She was able to fix my hair and give me some styling tips and share product that she used on my hair with me and how and what to use and how to use it. she is actually fabulous and amazing. I would recommend her to my friends and my family And I will be back to see her. And she even told me that if I decided, I wanted to color my hair to let her know and I will actually definitely do that

would do 0 stars if I could. paid 70 dollars after tip to get home and realize the right side if my hair was ENTIRELY different than the left. then, upon further inspection, i see that where i asked my hair to be shaved down to the skin, there are full patched of just unshaved hair and it looks ridiculous. do not let them fool you when they tell you how experienced they are, they still dont know how to cut basic mens hair.

I love going to my stylist, Cat, here! She does a great job and I always walk out happy! Today she added a much needed pop of color. Beautiful!

I love my stylist!!! She is customer oriented, she enjoys what she does. She does a great cut!! The gals that wash hair aren't too friendly. They do give a good head massage and wash. The gal that checks in and out is very unfriendly!!! She hardly speaks and doesn't say thank you when checking out and paying. I intend on getting her name my next visit and may speak to the manager. This was my second trip.

I have been very happy with my level 1 stylists, and the few level 3’s. I love the consistency of great shampoo/head massage regardless of level. HOWEVER, Veda has one big problem. Front staff: very superficial style, many days I have called them probably 30 times, left a few messages. They have never responded with my request to book blo-dry. That is not a sign of a well managed shop. Front staff needs proper training and rewards for new behaviors. I do not a feeling that they like their jobs.

I had a wonderful massage by Kathleen! The facilities are beautiful and very clean, and all of the staff members extremely friendly. My Swedish massage was great, and included so many things i would have considered extra such as hot stones/hot packs/hot towels. Highly recommend Kathleen!

K’la is the only person I trust to cut my hair. She is such a phenomenal hairstylist and I only have good things to say. She is truly an artist when it comes to cutting/styling and has such an abundance of knowledge. She also treats her clients with the utmost respect and professionalism! Cannot recommend her enough!

I had the most amazing hairdresser. Michelle is a miracle worker. She fixed my terrible bleach job that I thought would never be salvaged. The price is worth it.

Please hire a new receptionist, who isn’t rude, unwelcoming, pathetic and has better social skills. My sweet husband called trying to schedule a couple appointments for my birthday. He had no idea what they were called, because I didn’t go into much detail with him. I didn’t think he’d call on my behalf. And instead of the receptionist being kind and helping him figure out what he could schedule, she was rude had attitude and was arrogant. Do better Veda

Updated 2024: I really like Aveda products and go to salons that use them. Several years back Veda used to be like a spa experience where I felt valued and pampered. Now it's really like most other salons. Not sure how cost compares to other salons, but they add on service charges due to the minimum wage increase, so expect to pay extra for that too. I'm loyal to the Aveda brand (color lasts forever, hair care products only require a small amount and also last a long time), but not necessarily this salon. They moved from their previous location (over off of Circle/Lake).

My creative stylist Leah and her team do such a great job! The scalp massages and hair washing is so relaxing! Leah is a master at highlighting and coloring, whatever I want she'll make 100% effort to make it work!

Ashtin was incredible! She is super friendly and welcoming. She did a great job on my hair and was a great listener for what I wanted and gave great recommendations! I 10/10 recommend and will be back to see her again!

I just moved to the area. I have African American textured hair that I was looking to get colored. I had an awesome experience with Courtney Beardsley. One of the top 5 color jobs I’ve had. I will definitely go back to her again!

Went to Cat several months ago for the first time ... I needed a haircut within a week and she was available. She listened to my description of what I thought I wanted, made a suggestion that I liked, and it turned out to be one of the best haircuts I've ever had. Went back this week for a second time and again, had a great experience. So glad to have found her!

After talking to my hair dresser, about reviews I realized I’m the worst and haven’t left one. It took some trial and error to find someone who actually cares about hair even when it isn’t theirs! I came in today to help Fiona reach her goals as a hairstylist and to say I’m beyond amazed is an understatement! My hair hasn’t looked this good in a while, my hair was horrible and after 3 hours worth of work being a color,shampoo,cut and style my hair looks amazing! Peep the before and after! This whole salon was super nice offered water,coffee and tea and I’m in love! Thank you so much Fiona! I’m so sorry I couldn’t leave a tip but you deserve the world! Thank you so much!!
