I contacted Emery via IG about what I wanted and sent her a photo. I mentioned I went to another place for my first extensions and was very disappointed and asked if she would be able to do something similar to the photo. She said she's willing to give it a try and honestly, she did amazing! She is very friendly, thoughtful and made sure I was comfortable. She took her time and was very gentle to the point I almost fell asleep which is very hard for me to do in a chair and only didn't fall asleep because of the door chime lol. She used her best judgment on what length to put on my eyelashes and I absolutely love the outcome!! The lounge is located in a shopping plaza so there's plenty of parking :)

Just had a customized facial by Rebecca! She is amazing at listening to your concerns and gives you exactly what your skin needs. I felt relaxed and enjoyed my facial. My skin feels great and glowing. Also, the salon is very relaxing and inviting. Go see Rebecca at Vegas Lash Lounge!

Emery is amazing! I had an appointment with my sister today. She was able to get us both in back to back. Even though are original appointments weren’t. When we arrived she was right on time. She asked us what we were looking for and showed us plenty of photos to choose from since we were woefully unprepared. We decided on a lash style that would fit not just what I wanted but me. She’s very conscientious about not giving her clients something that doesn’t suit them or will damage their existing lashes. How can you not love this in a stylist! The process is explained prior to starting so you know what to expect as well. The salon is comfortable too. You’re sitting in soft recliners not in a flat hard table. You have a soft blanket and a throw pillow. All this with the most reasonable prices I’ve found in Vegas! For all Emery’s experience you can’t find a better place!

I recently had my lashes done by Lexi and I am extremely happy with the results! Lexi is a true professional who took the time to understand my desired look and executed it perfectly. The process was comfortable and relaxing, and I felt at ease throughout the entire session. The lashes themselves are stunning - long, full, and beautifully shaped. Very disappointed. I was told that they have there way of doing things and if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else. I have been getting my lashes done for 7 years and am used to having what I pay for. I left with one side with having distinctively less lashes thane the other. In less than a week later it looked like I had not had a fill in over a month. I understand integrity, but not being told I could not have what I am paying for. When I tried to reach the owner, before writing this, I was told she doesn't take calls and she would call me back. $150 and a tip all for nothing. UPDATE: The owner reached out offered to make it right. However, when I went for tge appointment, which was supposed to be with a lash volume specialist, it was not a full appointment. But a fit in for about 30 minutes. Seriously dissatisfied. This place doesn't take what a client wants into consideration. Each time I was made to feel like they were the superior in every way. Don't waste your money here.

Greeted as soon as I walked in by the person at the front desk. My lash artist immediately came and took me back to their chair. Both were very friendly. Lori was my lash artist she did a great job.

My lashes look incredible after every visit. Bri is amazing. She’s always so sweet and does such a fabulous job. I can’t imagine going without lashes ever again. The salon is clean and comfortable. Everyone there is so nice. They have great prices too. Can’t say enough good things about Bri & Vegas Lash Lounge.

Paid a lot for really nothing honestly. Was expecting my lashes to be curled so I didn’t have to use a lash curler but there is barely any curl in them whatsoever. I also now have lashes that point down into my lower lashes. The place was nice and chairs are cozy just wouldn’t recommend this service ever.

So this was my first time getting my lashes done. And Lexi worked on mine. She is very sweet and has great energy and makes you feel really comfortable. I will be keeping her as a lash tech. 💕🦋💕

The lounge is VERY comfortable. They have comfy recliners to have your lashes done. I have been to many places and this is the only one that offers this comfort. It makes it worth it. The techs are all very friendly and professional. The price us about the going rate and fills are a nice price. I would recommend going here.

I have been coming here for over a year. I make my appointments 3 weeks in advance. Today I showed up and they said my appointment was declined. There was no phone, no communication, nothing. I am now having to scramble to find anyone to do my lashes for my event this evening. This is unacceptable and mostly rude. They do not value people’s time.

The customer service was amazing, the place was clean and comfortable. My lashes looked great for the first 24 hours then I woke up to a lot of lashes on my pillow and face, then I was afraid to wash them but of course I had to and more lashes came off 😭I'm only in town 5days now I have to waste another day in the chair not even 24 hours later. I'm really upset now I can't do stuff in the area.

Zion and Brandy are sweethearts with good work. Displeased that supposedly management was willing to loose business over a $20 reschedule fee. Either way, definitely superior management in the area who don't need to nickel and dime their clients for a first time offense. I won't be returning.
