I'm rating as a 2 because while the massage was adequate (average-3⭐️), the rest was a 1 (or less). This is the first massage I've gotten where I had to pay upfront before the services were rendered. I thought it was odd, but since the lady spoke no English (she had a translation app on her phone but wouldn't speak to me using it-she only wanted me to speak into it) I figured I'd point to the service on their menu, pay, and be done. I also added a tip, but since I was paying before services were rendered, I left a minimal tip ($7). Again, the massage was just ok, but she left the door open while expecting me to undress. And then... after the massage was over, she stood between me and the door, wirh her hand out demanding a tip. I tried to explain to her that I had already put a tip on the card, but she wouldn't move. I reached in my purse and pulled out the only cash I had-a $10 bill. So, I ended up paying $63 for the massage and tipping her $17 for a barely average massage. Strangest experience I've ever had at a masseuse. I will not be back.

My favorite masseuse here is Lele and, although she had been gone for a while, she is now back and taking good care of me. She always gives me the best, most thorough massage with just the right amount of oil and she is very intuitive about finding my problem areas. She keeps things clean and is very easy to deal with. She rotates out from time to time so I try to come as often as possible while she’s here.
