I have been a customer with Vein and Cosmetic Center for 6 + years. Last month I had my first appointment with Kate, and had 3 syringes of Restalyne Defyne placed to temples, nasolabial folds, and chin. Cost: $1400 I have had several filler treatments before. This was the first time I cried while being injected. I was told it was very common to "hit nerves" while injecting filler to the chin and nasolabial folds. Day after appointment I noticed my nasolabial folds were significantly longer and prominent, with new lines/creases extending from my normal nasolabial fold down to my chin. The left side was worse than the right side. It seemed like the filler wasn't placed correctly as the lower half of my face looked more aged, saggy, and "tired" than before my visit. I also had a noticeable lump around my chin area (which seemed to be "pushing" skin up creating a longer and more prominent nasolabial crease if that makes sense.) I contacted Kate, and while she was willing to work with me, she told me the "new creases" were caused by normal swelling, give it time and it should go away. After it didn't go away Kate stated this was an unusual occurrence/she didn't inject product anywhere near the new lines on my face/ I must have had a reaction to the product causing the lines. I explained to Kate "I can feel the filler" in the areas causing the new crease/lines-- she agreed to try to dissolve filler. I've had to go back three times after my initial filler appointment. I appreciate Vein and Cosmetic Center not charging me for the two filler dissolver treatments, and I was offered a free IPL session for my face with one additional IPL treatment to my upper lip area free of charge. After two treatments for dissolving, the new lines on my face aren't as prominent. But they didn't go away completely. I was told by Kate today that -essentially- even if the new creases didn't fully go away, they couldnt try to dissolve anymore because filler dissolver "isn't cheap" unless I paid for it on the go forward. Kate suggested it was my normal skin laxity and my body's unusual reaction to the filler that created these new lines on my face. The new lines on my face that weren't present until AFTER I had three syringes of filler injected. I am so very unhappy with the results. I am unhappy with the excessive time this has taken to try to resolve. Vein and Cosmetic Center has lost a loyal customer.

I have been coming here for almost 10 years. Kate is who I currently see, however, she is on maternity leave. ❤️ I had a Sofwave treatment done today. MIMI WAS FANTASTIC!!! GREAT conversation, very professional w a personal family touch. Felt more like a coffee date than a semi painful procedure. I can not say enough wonderful things about the ENTIRE staff from intake to check out! I am searching the list of treatments so I can return as soon as possible! 😉 Thank you! All of the staff , particularly the nurse practitioners , are very knowledgeable and helpful. I just had IPL for hyper pigmented facial areas with Kate and she was amazing. I’ve done the Fotana laser treatment in the past and was very happy with the results. They have a lot to offer there to combat sun damage
