Amazing massage! Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The deep tissue massage was perfect and included all the stops: hot stones, warm towels, aroma therapy. I can’t wait to come back soon.

I have gotten two facials here and they were both amazing! I will be coming back for more. The facialists care very much and give you the best treatment for your skin type. And they listen to your concerns and explain what they are doing as they go. I definitely recommend.

I did a lot of research and came across Venelle. I showed Lily four pictures of the color I wanted and she absolutely nailed it! Lily was very caring and attentive, she brought out the book of hair samples for me to choose from on top of me showing her pictures. I also got waxed here and that was a good experience as well. All in all, I would definitely recommend this salon! Providing two pictures, one for outdoor lighting and one for indoor lighting.

I have been coming to Venelle for years, and the reason is their phenomenally good masseur, Yuto, and the wonderful facials by Nata. These professionals are above and beyond the norm! I get hot stones massage, bought a package, and it is worth it. Nothing is more important in a way than one's face, and the Nata's personalized approach to facials has been a game-changer (I am 64 years old, feel like 44 when I emerge from these luxurious facials). Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to Venelle for years to get my hair highlighted by Natalie and she always does the BEST job!! I’m a natural blonde but as I’ve gotten older my natural color has started to get darker and a bit dull- Natalie always makes the highlights and color look fresh and super natural, and blends the balayage so well that it grows out without the roots being obvious. 10/10 would highly recommend!!

Made a last minute hair appointment and was blown away with how amazing the customer service was! Natalie did my hair and completely understood what I was looking for. My hair has never looked better! We did a single process color and haircut with curtain bangs. She took my idea and brought my vision to life. Will absolutely come back to this salon and see Natalie again!

The eyebrow wax package is amazing. I feel like I never run out of waxes. I love that I get to come in and spend my money on a tip given directly to the employees. I don’t ever need to request a specific esthetician because all of them are so skilled. Reception is really friendly and upbeat.

Venelle is an amazing salon! I moved away from this area but I travel to come back here. Everyone is extremely kind and helpful. Their online booking is easy and very convenient. Natalie H does my hair and I love it every time, she is talented! The experience is worth the price and I will definitely be back to try other treatments they offer!

As a faithful customer of Venelles, I have had only wonderful experiences. The love and care and attention is so amazing and so worth it. I truly love Elle she has truly perfected the art of waxing and makes you feel at ease and comfortable. The facilities are clean and very organized. I highly recommend this amazing location. If you happen to pass by you will see Victoria at the reception desk smiling her radiant smile. She is the sweetest. You won’t want to leave as her happiness and joy is contagiously and radiant.

This is my favorite spa. I love spending the day here getting pampered. The hostess Victoria is lovely and makes you feel so very welcomed. Today Yuto gave me a massage and Cindy a facial. I can't even explain how good my entire body feels and my skin is glowing. Everyone at this spa is talented. They have a wonderful team.

A great find! The facials and the service is amazing. The receptionists are always so incredibly nice and helpful. The cosmetologist is knowledgeable and explains things and when to use products. My face feels amazing after I leave and I look younger. It is so incredibly relaxing as well. The services are so good, I leave feeling younger and relaxed. They have really helped my rosacea sensitive skin and it is such a luxury to go for my appointment I look forward to it. It’s a beautiful and friendly shop that really personalizes to your skin needs.

Went in to get a drastic haircut. The stylist that cut my hair went 2 inches too short (which makes a huge difference when it’s above the chin). She didn’t make an effort to talk to me after I made friendly chit chat. Then when I told her it was too short she tried to make it seem like that’s the length I asked for. When I clearly showed her it was to be below my chin, and she even clarified DRY length. I also feel like I got overcharged as my hair was just past shoulder length and it was $104? Not to mention she styled it where it looked so poofed and curled inwards like it was the 1950s. I then asked her to straighten it with a flatten iron bc I asked for it to be straight. This was a disappointing experience overall and I’m a little in shock and really sad about my hair.
