I went for a gel manicure today and it was good. I rarely get my nails done so I was leaving and noticed a bubble in my nail. The owner (I think) saw me messing with it as I was leaving and insisted on fixing it. Not only did he fix the bubble I could feel he made sure every nail was perfect. He buffed them again and put a new clear coat on top. It was very kind of him to make sure they were absolutely perfect before I left. His attention to detail and his customer service are amazing! Thank you!

This was a delightful experience. I had a gel pedicure by Billy and it turned out so lovely. They took reservations for me and my girlfriends and we were in and out on no time. It is beautiful space. Very comfortable

This was my first visit. The staff was generally welcoming, although the woman who did my pedicure was gruff and unfriendly. The polish job is arguably the worst I've ever received. (Regular polish, not gel.) I def wouldn't go back and I'm a little surprised at all the positive reviews. Curious if those are legit. I will say the massage chair was lovely and the best part of the visit.

What an amazing experience. I have never had a technician talk to me about nail shapes based on my nail bed. Helena was amazing and k can’t wait to go back! Truly great service!

Honestly one of the best manicure I've ever had. Keith the owner helped me and he was so fast and precise. All my nails are even and smooth and the perfect length and shape. And all in under an hour. $60 for a full acrylic set and completely worth it!

Called for a last minute appointment, as I was in from out of town, and they got me right in! In and out in 1 hour and a job well done! Exactly what I wanted!

I'm baffled by the high star rating of this place. Firstly, it appears that every employee here is in a sour mood. My husband and I shelled out $150 for two number two pedicures, and I ended up with gel nails. The so-called hot stone massage was laughable. We were given cold water to soak in, and when we voiced our concerns, they simply ignored us. I didn't experience any semblance of a foot massage, and when it was all said and done, I left with my toenails cut way too short. On top of that, my gel application was clumpy. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this nail salon. There are plenty of other options in the area! Please don’t send response to me saying you will fix, as this should of never happened in the first place and he saw and rushed us out.

My first time here and I loved it!!! Will definitely recommend to others! The service was quick and professional! I will be back! New Review: After the horrible experience I had this morning, I changed my review from last year. I called and made an appointment yesterday. I requested 10:30am with Keith. Lady said she can move me to 10:15am bc he had an appt at 9:30 that should take long. No problem. I arrived early, waiting…. A nice lady came up to me and said she can start my nails while Keith finish up. Keith turned around and I informed him I had an appointment at 10:15 how much longer will he be? He could give answer (he started on this lady right before I came so I know she didn’t have an appointment). Since he couldn’t tell me a time I left. What’s the point of making an appointment when Keith want hold up to that appointment. Never again.

Place was very clean, and did very good pedicures, only thing is i had a small scab on side of my foot from my dog stepping on it and she scrapped it off with the foot callus remover tool.

i rarely trust people with my nails but keith is great. he does his best with my complicated design requests lol there’s another lady here that does my eyebrows and she’s great too. i always forget to ask for her name but she’s so kind. the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is usually calm. i’m usually able to walk in and be seen fairly quickly

Helena did THE BEST job on my nails! Best dip nail treatment I've ever gotten. This picture is four days out and they still look amazing. Two and a half weeks later, and nothing has chipped. going in this Friday just because the nail bed itself is beginning to grow out. They've won me over as a forever customer!

I went here in September and Vicky did a fantastic job! I got acrylic polish on my hands that lasted a month and regular nail polish on my toes that lasted the same length of time. The atmosphere of this establishment is so relaxing and the nail technician was very good at her job. Highly recommend!

Keith and his staff are always so friendly and accommodating. The salon is super clean and they all do an excellent job. Lots of choices in the area but Venetian is the one to pick!

i typically come here for pedicures but started getting dip as of recently so i made an appintment with keith. they turned out perfect! a very clean facility, everyone was helpful & so kind.
