I spent over $120 for two pedicures and one manicure, which I am not complaining about. The issue I had was that upon paying for the service, the lady behind the counter was watching me like a hawk once the option for a tip appeared. I input the tip amount that I wanted for the service provided and the lady behind the counter asked me if I meant to put the tip amount that I did or did I mean to put a $20 tip for the service provided. I informed her that I input the correct tip amount. She treated me as though she was entitled to a larger tip. The service provided was mediocre, the job seemed rushed, and the gel polish that was used on my nails chipped immediately after I left the shop. I have been coming here for several months and I will not be returning.

John did such an amazing job on my baby shower nails!! He is such a nice guy and was confident when I showed him the picture from Pinterest. I’m happy our paths cross and would definitely recommend! He also said he does a 1 month warranty on the nails if they start to peel or lose gems he will repair! Love it here and I’ll be back ❤️ (Love Milo too)

Went to get a dip manicure and all of my nails had cracks and really bad chips after 2 days. Picture below. Then I went a few days later to get them redone and the work was extremely sloppy. I had red polish all over my hand. I will not be coming back. Photos of the chip and repair below.

The picture speaks for itself. No matter what design I pick, Ny always executes it. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend this place.

Excellent service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable! John and his wife, Ni maintain a very respectful work environment. I love when they bring their shih’tzu, Milo to work with them! Eric, Lee, Crystal and Kayla have all also done my manicures and pedicures with excellent results every time! I always get shellac so my nails look great for a long time! I have been going there for YEARS since they opened! I always see so many colleagues from work there too!

Moved into the area about two years ago and chose this place because it was near by. I love coming here. Everyone is so polite and friendly. Super clean!

Nancy is an A-1, top flight nail tech. She put me through a bit of pain but the massive build up of callus on my big toe is gone! Much more than I expected from a simple pedicure and I am so thankful for the experience. The owner is also a class act that I am ok spending my money with.

This was the 2nd time going and bec the first experience was really great, I had high expectations...my daughter and I both got pedis, the Mgr came took the thing that goes between the toes really quick while they were still drying and now there are lines on her polish, and for myself I got the milk and honey pedi and the girl was rubbing my legs like she was in a rush, nothing relaxing about it..she didn't even leave the paraffin wax for longer than 5 minutes and same for the hot towels, and my heels were not even scrubbed right, had to come home and finish what she couldn't....spent $135 today and this was supposed to be a birthday treat for my daughter and I....very disappointed

Is my go to. But went through a phase of new ownership. I'd like to say service is back to par and the hiccup removed. Definitely recommend for walk ins or appointments. The service is fast and amazing 👏 I really appreciate NI! You HAVE to try her... paper thin and strong! Overall this will continue to be my go to!

Nice people but no one knows how to design toes unless you get shellac which made me fell that they just was trying to get me to spend more money.

This is by far my favorite set every done on me, this was my prom set. The charms never broke off, the nails never creaked or chipped. The art done was absolutely amazing, the atmosphere was so calming and very welcoming. I’m a loyal client and I 10/10 recommend!!!

Complete lack of communication wanting to charge me for a full pedicure but just doing a polish change! Almost walked out then manager took over THEN added a dang tip to my card!! Too many spots in town to deal with this kind of debacle!!!

I have been going to Veneto Nails on Potranco Road for a while. Every-time I go, the atmosphere is always pleasant, I’m greeted and I receive such great service that I dose off to sleep while being pampered. My nail tech is superb and on my brows Kayla is my go to. The services at this location are superb and you won’t regret your decision.

They are great the service is so good you get your moneys worth they take their time they are not like other places where they rush you in and out I always come here they off snacks and drinks and always recommend them to every body!!! I’m a bigger girl and always make me feel comfortable!!!

This is my 2nd time coming here and I did not like my nails I had them redo my feet and my hand looks horrible, 1st time I visited I had Mr lee and he did an amazing job with my nails. 2nd time I had a lady do it and I was not happy about it.
