DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! My usual salon was closed on June 22nd, 2022 so I decided to go to here and it was the biggest mistake ever! I came in with dark brown/ soft black hair - all even in color and my hair was past my shoulders. I brought in a picture of what I wanted (dark ash blonde with highlights) and was told by the front desk lady with short hair it COULD be done. She called over a lady with long blonde hair to look at the picture and she said she could do it FOR SURE. So l paid first and sat down ... RED FLAG. After spending 6 hours at this place my hair came out horrible and the lady doing my hair tried to get me to pay an extra $50 to cut my ends. I walked out of there with bleach burned hair, dark dye stains, orange colored hair and two completely different tones. The front desk woman really tried to get me to come back the next day to "fix the problem" which I told her NO! I'm going back to my regular place where they actually know what they're doing!!! I'm STILL waiting for my $130.00 refund from this place. JUST LOOK AT THE PICS IM ATTACHING. I’ve reported them to the BBB. This place is HORRIBLE.

I love coming here, feel comfortable as soon as you walk in greeted by the owner at the reception table. The hair wash lady whom isn’t verbal but amazing!!! Literally look forward to her washing my hair and scalp. Dide is the stylist I go to and is super sweet and attentive to what you ask for, my hair always turns out beautiful.

Terrible owner changes the prizes everyday one day is one prize and another day is another prize they use terrible products and she gives you a different prize evey time you going I am also going to report her to the business bureau because she should have the prices in a wall. You should be able to see the prices first before you make them up as you go.

Mi lugar favorito para arreglar mi pelo en el alto Manhattan. Las atenciones de su dueña siempre amable con sus clientes Y en especial mi estilista desde hacen más de 7 años ya Dide Burgos que es como familia y siempre me deja satisfecha con su excelente trabajo y sobre todo hermosa! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've been 3 times thus far and this last time has left me with very visible damage all over. I only got my hair blown out straight and she (platinum blonde haired woman) was prepared to do it without using heat protectant so imagine what would've happened if I didn't ask for it. They didn't even deep condition me as they normally do so it's just all bad on top of how high she had the blowdryer for my already heat trained hair and she's done my hair before. Another reminder to stop going to hair shops and if I could do 0 stars I would.

Being that there was so many great reviews about this salon on google, I decided to check it out. I was able to be seen immediately as a walk in. Arecelis, the front desk attendant was sweet. She explained the services and options on hair coloring. You pay ahead and I was given a slip of paper with what I wanted and ushered to the back. Color, trim, and roller set. The price was fair. Josy was the stylist assigned to me. She was good. Arecelis was attentive through out my stay there. She Checked up on me.I would go back.

Horrible experience. Went a few months ago. I usually wear my hair curly but figured I’d get a blowout one day bc of my busy routine and to try something new. As every curly haired girls worst fear going into a salon, I got side eyed and lots of sighs and eye rolls. The lady that did my hair seemed to want to rush with me bc it was the end of the day. She washed my hair, went in straight with the blower and then flat ironed. Months later I still have heat damage that I’m growing out. If you regularly straighten your hair and don’t mind the unprofessional environment, go for it. Natural hair girls, avoid at all costs. They will make you feel bad for going in and your hair will suffer in the long run.

Excelente customer service and very good attention to customer, they do a really good job. You can ask for MS. ISA, she did a beautiful haircut to me, I used to go there long time ago and I came back 🔙 and I'm happy 😁
