I am very disappointed in the salon that I have trusted and gone to for years. I am not sure what has been going on recently but, Sunday 9/30 was the last straw. I had an appointment with Kim who did a shellac pedi on me. During my pedis, I usually go with my laptop and attempt to get some work done. During my appointment, I felt a sting when she was taking off the cuticle from one of my toes. I did not think much of it and checked what was going on. Did not notice anything. After, I went to my vehicle and checked out the area where I had the sting. I noticed that she had pulled off some of my skin possibly from attempting to take off the cuticle. I also noticed some blood. It was not very painful at the time but, did sting. I was in a rush to another errand and went about my day. On Monday 10/1. I woke in some pain. I cleaned the affected area the night before and when I woke, but I am unable to wear sandals due to the open cut (which Is why I went for a pedi in the first place). I called to make a complaint because I feel that she knew of what had occurred and did not make an attempt to address it or apologize at all. The receptionist informed me that Jade would give me a call back tomorrow (10/2) which is today. I got nothing. I called them around 3 pm today asking to speak with someone regarding my concern. They then informed me that the person who is responsible for complaints (Jamie) is on vacation and will not return until the 8th. LOL. I am in disbelief that a business, where I have been a loyal customer, and have not ONCE complained, you’re going to tell me I need to wait 8 days for someone to address my issue because they are somewhere on vacation? Okay. That will be the last time I am giving you my business. I would also like to add that in the years I have been there I have not ever had any problems and everyone has been so kind. But I will say, I have noticed trails of ants as well as baby roaches crawling on the floors at a very recent visit before 9/30. I am not one to complain but, I really feel that this needed to be said and not having my issue addressed immediately because of someone’s vacation, is not right.

I have been a customer for about 10 years now. I have to say the quality of my pedicure has decreased dramatically in the last few visits. When my pedicure looks HORRIBLE after two weeks it is so disappointing. What has changed. A very dissatisfied long time customer

Venice Nails has NO INTEGRITY & is LESS THAN MEDIOCRE! To have me pay $110 for this lack of quality AND service is outrageous! Then insult me w/ $5 off is hilarious! Had to drop down my shellac full set and shellac pedi services as we went along because this tech just kept getting worse and worse when I asked for sharp square (shape), Russian cuticle removal (or just any kind of cuticle removal), and to polish close to cuticle/skin….. Seems like I asked for TOO MUCH because she did the OPPOSITE OF EVERYTHING I ASKED FOR! Left the salon looking like I needed a FILL & fresh pedi tonight! YUKKKKK SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED $$$$ Ladies….I don’t speak I show pictures to back everything up.

I have been going here for years and absolutely love it!!! I have my appointments booked til the end of the year and would never go anywhere else. I love the colors they have, and the drinks are always a must!! If you don't know what colors or design, you want to do then just ask for a suggestion, they are always willing to help out.

I recently got lash extensions and a pedicure done by the lovely Gina and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! The lash extensions are gorgeous and look so natural. The technician was gentle and precise, giving me a 13-8mm gradient! The pedicure was also amazing - my feet feel so soft and relaxed. The technician took her time to ensure every detail was perfect, from the exfoliation to the polish application for my design. The service was top-notch, and the salon has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Gina offered me an array of beverages to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied with my experience! I highly recommend Gina for anyone looking for high-quality lash and nail services.

the pedicures here are great but do not get your hands done here. they didn’t file my nails straight so they’re all crooked, i showed a picture of what i wanted and instead of telling me they couldn’t do it they went ahead and gave me something i didn’t want. my nails look horrible and it’s literally about to be my birthday and my hands are ruined.

I left Venice Nails and Spa about an hour ago and I had an amazing experience. My nails were a mess. I wanted to sit on my hands everytime I went out. Stella brought my hands and feet back to life and now she is my new best friend. Thank Stella for restoring my confidence.

The 1st picture is what I asked for. The shape and the painted on French. The shape is so wrong that I just asked her to paint them all white. I was so upset. I said multiple times that the shape was wrong. She never listened. I usually have a good experience but I’m highly upset. And I still had to pay full price. Probably won’t be going back.

Fabulous salon always does exactly what I want and better definitely a must stop by salon they have so many colors and great nail techs. I usually get both a manicure and pedicure fills and shellac and it’s less than 150 including tips would recommend for anyone wanting to look beautiful.

Update: I returned with my mom and the nail technicians that did our toes did a great job. They took their time and were careful. However, they really rushed our manicures. The woman who did my manicure only put two coats on my fingernails. The product was not spread evenly on my nails and they began chipping within a few hours. I hadn’t even done anything with my hands when they chipped, I was sleeping. My mom’s fingernails held up a little better, but neither of our manicures even lasted 3 days (mine chipped off in less than two days). The first two photos attached to this post were taken right after the manicure. The second two were taken a couple of hours later. Take a look at how uneven the base coat and polish are, especially on my thumb and ring finger. We had a good time there and the pedicure was great, but the manicures were a big disappointment and a waste of money, unfortunately. ——— My mom visited from out of town and we got our nails done at this salon. They took very good care of us! My mom loved her nails and couldn’t stop raving about the mango margarita she received. The only negative feedback we have was that the ending was a bit rushed and her toenails weren’t very smooth at the tips.

Went last night around 5pm to get a pedicure for my birthday and I’m still in shock that I spent money on this! I’ve came here before and they’ve done a good job before so I thought it would be good but even though the girl who did my nails was nice they look horrible! The water was cold and the color was not the same as how it was on the wall preview, but I got over that fact and accepted it only to have my nails not even make it the drive home. I went straight home after I get nails done and when I took my shoes off my nails were destroyed. I understand I didn’t get shellac but I at least expected them to last a day if anything. I’ve done regular polish before and they’ve usually lasted at least a week. The girl told me how long to wait for them to dry and I waited while my friend was having her nails done which was about another 45 minutes even though the girl said they’d dry in only about 5-10 minutes. And they’re literally still not even dry and it’s the next day! I’ve never had this problem getting nails done and I don’t know if it’s the polish that’s maybe old or not good quality but I feel like $40 is a lot to just throw away. Not happy at all. Update: I did call and explain everything and ask if they could fix them and they said they would free of charge

I went in for just a fill in. They charge an extra $20 for oval French tip and another $5 for length?!? (keep in mind my nails were already shaped since I’m just here for a “FILL”). Clean place and was offered a drink while doing the service. Nail guy was nice at first but then became rude and his energy changed after i mentioned he was making my nail shape round and I wanted to keep the same style which was more stiletto. I only tipped him ($5). Total was $85 for full transparency they are price gouging
