I had a pedicure today with Jenny, and she was amazing! She did a great job cleaning my cuticles and taking care of my ingrown nails. The gel polish was applied perfectly—smooth and even. I really love how my nails turned out. Highly recommend her!

Girls day was perfect getting treated here for mani-pedis!! Couldn’t be more pleased with their friendliness! The nails and art work is phenomenal!! We will definitely be back!!

Julie is the best! I see her weekly for my mani pedi like clock work! I love the Veitnamese coffee cocktail (#24) (Khoi makes it the best) Great service, drinks and environment. Been coming to here for almost a year! I also bring my husband a daughters occasionally 😅 everyone who comes loves the service **highly reccomend**

I got my eyebrow waxing and pedicure done by Theresa . I have gone to several salons and no one could get my eyebrows the way I like until now. Also her pedicures are superb . No matter how far gone your feet are she will have them looking brand new….TRUST ME ! I totally recommend Ventana salon .

I felt very attended to. Prices were fair and the techs were nice. The color I was looking for wasn't in the first book I was shown but Vickie got another book and showed me exactly what I was looking for. Definitely would recommend.

I had the pleasure of having my nails done by Jenny, she is mainly the reason I keep coming back to Ventana Nails, although I am sure the other ladies are very good. What sets Jenny apart is how caring, detailed oriented, sweet, gentle and efficient she is. The set and toes were around $166.75. Not bad at all! I love going see my girl! She takes here time and is always bright even when she’s not. I tip everytime I go, they are that good! Finding a good nail place is sooooo hard. They serve drinks but I don’t go for it bc of my own personal reasons.

I'm very pleased with my visit. I was here Christmas eve and was impressed that my regular manicure lasted over 2 weeks. Today, I got much more. I live 39 miles from here visiting my son. This is well worth the visit.

It was my first time visiting here and my first time getting acrylic nails. A lady named Taylor did my nails. I told her what I was thinking about getting and she explained the process and she did not rush. She was friendly and we had pleasant conversations. God bless you Taylor.

I love love loved this place! If you’re wondering where to go or contemplating on where to go; go HERE. The costumer service was amazing and my nail tech was amazing and we had amazing conversations! Love getting my nails done here! The polish lasts up to 3 weeks and the service is always top-notch. Plus, you get a free drink and a comfy massage chair - what's not to love? I've been coming here for months and will definitely be back.

Love love love!!!!! Queenie and Tiffany are my glam squad, they do an amazing job and my natural nails are always healthy. The advice they give to take care of my nails, hands and feet is always appreciated. I’ve made appointments for me and my husband and the staff has taken care of us making us feel welcomed. This was my first time here and it was horrible. Everyone seemed in a bad mood … upon sitting in my chair I showed the lady doing my hands my inspo she says she can do it awesome . we get to the nail art part and she says it’s “chrome french tip and a clear coat” I proceed to tell her that I think it’s pearl chrome with a darker clear coat on top …. REGARDLESS she ends up doing what she thinks was the design and I settled cause i’m not going back and forth with someone. Once I got to my car the nails HAD ALREADY MESSED UP . so after sitting for two hours and not getting whatI wanted to get done done I had to go back and talk to the manager. once inside the lady (i’m assuming the manager) ends up asking me what happened I showed her and went ahead and showed her my inspo picture and told her it doesn’t look like the picture and she says “ it’s cause we don’t have that color” THEN WHY TELL ME YOU GUYS CAN DO IT IN THE FIRST PLACE i end up telling her I want to do a whole different design and the manager sits me down and i wait ANOTHER 30 minutes ON TOP OF THE 2 HOURS . I had to get up 3 times while waiting for my nails to get fixed. the lady who did my nails the first time comes back and i show her a new design and she says it’s going to be 20+ extra for A SIMPLEEEE DEEP FRENCH TIP and they weren’t even done right and they’re patchy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND they didn’t accommodate me after the nails messed up and didn’t even fix anything and now i’m stuck with nails that look like teeth.

Me and my husband frequent this establishment every month or so. When they first opened they were very friendly and happy to receive our business. Today was another story. We walked in and greed with unpleasantness. The techs were very rude and seemed to talk about us in their language. One tech just ignored my request to cut my nails shorter while the other one did not service me with the request I asked for neither did she make any attempt to correct it. My service was below what expected for the prices we paid. More than a light bill! We choose not to spend our money where it is not appreciated. Will not use them ever again.
